Best sandwiches, ever! My favorite is the Turkey Bacon Avocado on a Spicy Nacho bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. By the way, the jalapeno salsa cream cheese is amazing! If you like anything spicy I recommend asking for it. Only complaint I would have is that every time we tell them we are eating there, they put our order in a To Go bag. They must get A LOT of To Go orders!

Not bad for a bagel chain. The sandwiches and paninis are decent and the Nova Lox is probably my favorite. The menu board is somewhat confusing, and there are a lot of combination choices available, so make sure to be very specific about what you're ordering. However, the service is friendly and quick so that's a plus. If you're looking for a good selection of fresh bagels then this is definitely a place to go.

I've been going to Einstein's for almost two years. Mostly this location, but also the Capital Hwy and Hillsboro location. The bagels are decent. The coffee is Ok most of the time. The service is below average most of the time. Mainly slow. You order at one station and pay at another station. Then you wait and wait and wait and wait. I think I'm done with Einstein's.

I tried this place for the first time since they changed over from Noah's. It looks exactly like Noah's inside, not much has changed. I ordered six Bagel's and a plain Bagel Dog, the Bagel Dog was not fully cooked and doughey. The bagels are not good, nothing like Noah's used to be. I can tell they are full of sugar as they browned really fast in my toaster. I can make better bagels than these at home.

Overall I would have to say pretty good. Quality and consistent with some good options other than just a regular bagel. The breakfast sandwich I had with eggs,cheese and bacon on a thin plain bagel really was good. Definitely a good spot for a quick bite.

Not sure it's even worth reviewing a chain but what a horrid place. The orange juice was just disgusting and while our bagels were just okay, the service was terrible and they added some weird mayo sauce to my boyfriends without saying anything and it was gross. The two girls working the front were incredibly rude and fought over who would check me out at the register before letting me stand there another 5 minutes waiting to check out. I hope corporate at least checks these reviews and takes a look at them.

I work in the area but hate stopping in here. I never have a good experience here and really hate how Einstein's has taken over. I don't really know what else is out there for bagels. It was fast with a drop of disdain and hurried mess.

It seems so pointless to review a place like this; people don't look for reviews on a chain bagel place before eating there. That said, this place is so bad that a review just has to be written. First, the menu board itself is poorly laid out and confusing. Not a big deal, but a sign of things to come. We place our order at a cash register. This is where you pay, right? No. They tell you to go down to the next register, where they will have to ask you your name, pull up your order and confirm it again. Why this pointless extra step? I really don't think it benefits the employees or work flow, and it certainly doesn't benefit the customer. We went to go sit. The dining area is organized the same way as their ordering system: not at all. There is a row of seating at a bar along the window, but the other tables are pushed up against the stools, making this seating useless. The tables are shoved in tightly for no reason; I can't imagine this place ever being full. Then, the one thing that can save them comes: the food. We each ordered breakfast sandwiches. They were thrown at us and immediately fell apart. The tops of the sandwiches off the sandwiches themselves. Fine. The egg in the sandwich was scalding hot and there was very little flavor overall. Here's where the rest of it fell apart. With my ham, egg and swiss bagel sandwich, there were two peas. Yes. PEAS. I almost went up and asked how this could possibly happen. My conclusion was that they just don't clean. Something from yesterday's lunch got into what they made for me. I have had good bagels in my life. This was not added to that list. Go somewhere else.

I've only been here a few times but so far it's been pretty good. The everything bagel was good and the BBQ chicken panini. They definitely aren't perfect but the people are nice. Overall it's a good place if you don't know where to go for lunch and subway sounds boring.

Their bagels are pretty good and they have good variety in terms of bagels and sandwiches. But, I am usually pretty annoyed by my service experience. It's often slower, maybe they don't have enough people on shift? Also, last time I asked them what their non dairy options were and she offered me skim milk....

Good bagels, as one would expect. However, this place have EXPENSIVE breakfast sandwiches that are not that good in quality. Think microwaved eggs, limp bacon and under-seasoned sausage. Depending on the staff, the service is good. The regular staff members are solid, but (as you might imagine) the young kids are a flip of the coin. One day good and the other day bad. The store is spacious but setup in a slightly awkward fashion. The location at Beaverton Town Center is a good one, but most parking means playing Frogger to dodge the speeding cars driving by the corner restaurant.

They are always friendly and nice at this specific location. They also operate very quickly, even when there is a barrage of customers. The quality of the bagels are always exceptional and I have never had any issues with their bagels. I usually go for the six-cheese, toasted, with plain smear. I usually opt out for any drinks, but they run a special for $3.99 which includes a bagel and a (coffee) drink. Other than that, I definitely think they're the best bagel place in town.

Went this morning for breakfast after getting out of work. I was craving a bagel and couldn't wait. My hubby was craving a bagel with turkey and all that good stuff. But when he had got it before it was all cold and hard. So I asked the cashier Nicely if she could make sure they could toast it. She replied with "we always toast it!" but with a additive hello if you did I wouldn't be asking would I!? The whole time she was taking our order she had an attitude and seemed really stuck up. My husband even caught her glaring at me.I know it's early and she might be tired but we just got off work too and have been working since 7pm the night before and still manage to have a smile and good attitude. Other then that everyone else was super nice if it wasn't for her they would get 5 stars!

Gave this place a try a while ago and it was definately "meh". The wife wanted a quick breakfast before we go out for our Saturday shenanigans, so I said, "Hey, I love lox bagels, why not?". She ordered the cinnamon bagel poppers and I the Nova Lox bagel. When we got home, the poppers were more like croutons and there was so little cream cheese on the bagel that you could see the bagel underneath. Thats it, never trying them again.

I think this was my second visit to an Einstein's Bagel shop. In this case I had a living social coupon...I'm giving up on the flash sale coupons but that's another story. On this visit, the service was awful each step of the way. The person who took my order ended up deciding what type of bagel I wanted without asking me...after seeming put out at my questions about menu items. I asked for one of the toppings on the side and it was on the sandwich. We got home and didn't get the chips that were supposed to come with the sandwich. At the register used for paying, I stood there for over 5 minutes while a cashier came and went without every saying anything to me. 3 other employees nearby said nothing either. I guess I wouldn't have cared as much if the order had been right but that made it an overall disappointing experience and I won't go back. I'll go across the street to Jim & Patty...the coffee people.
