The best ice cream ever, they had dark chocolate mint.... I was hooked for sure. I love this ice-cream, it is so light and creamy. I simply love the idea of choosing what i want to have them mix inside the flavor I have chosen. I had the dark chocolate mint with mini marshmallows in a chocolate dipped waffle dish, heaven.

Not usually a line here, or much of one, until summer....and OMG the sweet cream ice cream with a little graham cracker crust and Oreos mixed in is so amazingly good I have thought of reasons to come to this crappy little mall just so I might happen by Cold Stone. Ho-leee crap I love that stuff.

Usually Whenever I went in, there was always this black guy who have the WORST customer service. He was telling my boyfriend, (who was literally a foot away from me), talking about how woman are so picky. Then there was a 40ish woman behind me and ended up hitting on her for about 20 minutes while there was a line. I hated going in there. Until I went in and there were two teenagers, a man and woman, who have amazing customer service! They should definitely keep them working!

Their marshmallow ice cream it by far the BEST around. For a chain joint it's well worth it! I'd go here daily if i could afford it and if i was garunteed not to ever gain weight :)

This location is inconvenient to get to unless you're shopping Cedar Hills. Coldstone is Coldstone is Coldstone. Nothing more, nothing less. The staff are neither impressive nor underwhelming. I guess I was whelmed by them. Still tipped. Though I got no song of thanks to sing my praises.

I have been here twice now and both times I have left happy. I do not eat sugar often, but when I do I want something that will satisfy my sweet tooth. The fact that they take your ice cream selection and your toppings and then mix it by hand on marble slabs is pretty darn cool. Is it rocket science?? no..... but will the child in you watch with delight ......most likely. with the countless possibilities (okay maybe not countless.....but I am not going to count them) at your hand for the choosing you are sure to some up with a combo that makes your toes tingle in delight. it can get crazy busy here but trust me it is worth the wait. Or just walk around for a few mins and the line will go away. The staff is always nice and willing to answer questions and to give ideas.
