This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. They seem to retain staff longer which makes the visit so much more pleasant.

I do really like the drinks here, however I do not like paying the high prices they charge. I feel like the other local coffee/tea houses are just as good, if not better, and have better prices. I will say, the pumpkin spice latte is now made with real pumpkin and is delicious. Get it while you can!

Decent experience. Everything as ordered and customer service was on point. Not as great as when Frank and the game where there but it was still good. Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich was yummy with my coffee.

What is this "La Boulange" nonsense? It must be French for "Everything is smaller and we're going to charge you more now, suckers!" Also, the worst Chai Frappuccino I have ever (EVER) had was from this Starbucks. It was equal parts watery, and goopy. I don't even know how they managed to pull that off but kudos on the magic involved to make it happen. Customer service is on point though. It's a small location that gets busy frequently and there are a lot of squatters who... squat... Then I end up hovering awkwardly while waiting for my drink and I start thinking about purchasing some coffee-related paraphernalia that... $15 for a plastic cup?! Fornicate that...

This is a nice little Starbucks. Easy in and easy out, ample parking, and easy access from I-40. It seemed busy but not packed. I'm sure with all the traffic coming through, they've gotten very good at that most important of barista training: efficient friendliness. In about three minutes I ordered a drink, paid for it, reloaded my prepaid card, and picked up my drink, made to my somewhat high-maintenance standards. That's about all I need, but if they can also do it with a friendly smile and nice attitude, I'm sold! Yukonites you're lucky to have such a great Starbucks so conveniently located!

Too crowded inside, never enough seats. Drive through waits can be super long--I waited 45 minutes once. Staff politeness varies, none rude, but occasionally fail to even say thank you. The coffee is fine enough. The biggest problem is that it's just too busy for its size.

Terrible slow service. We had 3 cars in front of us in the drive thru and it took over 15 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window one of the drinks was wrong and we had to wait longer for it to be made correctly. As we watched the person through the window making the drinks they accidently tipped over the remade drink spilling part of it. When we got the drink about 1/3 was gone. Not good for business.

This is a cozy little Starbucks situated on Garth Brooks Blvd and very close to I-40. It is short on seating space since it is a little Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They do have a drive thru (I believe). They have a selection of treats ranging from coffee cakes to brownies. It is a nice place to come study or read if you are able to get a seat. They also have outside seating which is nice on a spring day.

Out of town visitor but I found the staff helpful and on-task.

I don't write reviews for chains, generally. I had purchased a Starbucks iced coffee in Texas earlier in the day yesterday. When I approached Yukon I was ready for another. (I'm in the process of driving cross-country) I can always count on Starbucks to not charge me for soy milk when I order a plain coffee or iced plain coffee. After going through the drive-thru here this location is the exception. Perhaps soy milk is a foreign concept 'round these parts but considering the barista in Texas understood my plight/corporation rules I am not giving this location the benefit of the doubt considering I was charged 50 cents for a drip of soy milk. I tried to correct the barista and she had none of it. WTF!?!?! It was literally a drizzle, I could tell due to the color and the fact that the soy milk did nothing to dilute the awful quality of Starbucks' coffee. I was desperate so I paid the 50 cents and went on my merry (irritated) way.

Overly crowded. My drink came out fine but the lady that set her young child on the serving counter and held her there for a while kind of ruined it. No one said anything. I have a picture, but I thought I'd be nice and not post it. Gross, Starbucks
