Wow, the food and service are great! We had the Tom Yum soup and Pa-Nang curry. Both were very hot when they were served, had to wait a few minutes longer than normal to let it cool down, but the wait was worth it. I will definitely be back to this place.

Thai village maybe had an off day with its service. If you are looking for a quick lunch, this is not the best option. The food is delicious. We had yellow fried rice, tom yum soup, and green curry. All were tasty. They don't mess around when it comes to spice! We all needed several drink refills. What we were unimpressed by was the wait time for food; over 30 minutes. Maybe they were down a cook? They also do not accept coupons on the weekends, which was a let down. So if you have a coupon, you are out of luck unless it is a weekday. All in all, it is a decent place to get some good food, but we will probably stick with Bamboo Thai Village in the future. Same price, still delicious, and quicker service.

My favorite restaurant down south. The staff is great. They're friendly and they always remember what I want...pad pied, add pineapple, no spice. I'm a wuss. :) Everything seems fresh and very flavorful.

I love Thai food and this is one of the best places to get it! Great food

Ordered the kow pad kaprow fried rice for take out. Only waited a few minutes, the kitchen was extremely fast. The food was delicious, would eat here again. I also ordered the ice coffee, and it was good. I normally doing thai ice coffee to be too sweet, but I felt they made it just right.

Tom yum was delicious. Panang curry was really really good. Fresh rolls were pretty good, but the dipping sauces were not too much to my liking. Princess shrimp not my kind of taste... Was kinda boring. Service quick, courteous, and food was decently priced. Overall, 5 stars for making some damn good Thai food.

I give them two stars for good service but if it was up to the food we ordered I would give them 1 star. My sesame chicken was soggy and drenched in sauce. The broccoli was raw. The other dish was a pad Thai curry that was way too watery, bland, and missing that good curry taste. The service was great but I wish they would be equally attentive to the taste in their food.

I have been here a few times, each time hoping for a better experience but I am done. Service is horrible because the staff is always too busy watching sports on the TV. The food is mediocre at best. There are much better Thai restaurants in Tulsa.

Had the tom kaw soup. Not as good as KEO's in my opinion - but still worth getting again. My friend had the chicken curry noodles and I wish that I had followed suit. Will certainly be back. Super nice staff too!

We had the green curry and the Pad Thai! It was delicious, fresh and served hot! The service was great! Having lived in other major metropolitan areas, we are very picky. There are only a few places in Tulsa that we have given good reviews. This is one of them. Go for the food, not the atmosphere! Clean but not fancy!

The guy server is horrible! Very unethical! I didn't enjoy the soup, only had a mouthful & I was forced to pay the bill. He appears to be a very gruntled individual. Very disappointed. Will never go back or refer anyone.

Good thai food to-go. Don't try and eat there past 8 because they will turn you away unless you are a to-go order. If you say open until 9, stay open until 9.

I can't speak to the authenticity but I know what I liked. I had the Pad Ped for lunch yesterday and ordered it Thai Hot. Zowie! It was too hot for a juicy dish so I am looking forward to going back to get it medium because I could tell there were a lot of flavors going on. Plenty of eggplant, mushrooms and more. Comes with a big bowl of rice. This was my second visit and since it is just a mile away, I will be going back often. Easy parking, nice light, and I think it actually filled up during the lunch hour. Table service, kept the water filled, and came back to check on us. Just what I am looking for at lunch. Wish I had taken a picture, it was very pretty.

Delicious food! I recommend the pad thai or chicken curry. Both were great. The curry can get a little spicy (in fact there are two levels of spicy) so ask for mild or medium if you want to taste the meal.

Spent the night at the hotel across the street. Was looking forward to coming here. I read all the good reviews and the lone negative review, so I thought it was safe that it would be good. Even the girls in the hotel said it was good. I'm sorry I discounted the negative review as this was a terrible meal. I love Thai food. I ordered what I usually order. I forget the name on the menu but it was the equivalent to the "spicy chicken basil." I was immediately concerned when the food arrived no more than 3 minutes after I ordered it. I didn't even taste it and looked at my friend and said "that's interesting, this can't be good." Well it wasn't. The chicken in the dish was old, tough, and had that mildly spoiled taste. When was this cooked? I know it wasn't fresh, and I know it wasn't cooked just then. How freaking long does it take to stir fry chicken? It was 6pm on a Friday evening. There was only one person in there when we got there. My friend ordered the pepper steak but substituted the chicken for steak. Bad move, he got the same nasty spoiled tasting chicken. The dish had some green onions and lots of red and green peppers in it. The pepper pieces looked like they were also cooked at lunch time. The rice was fine, and the sauce was tasty. But even the basil didn't taste quite right. If the chicken weren't old tasting, and it was cooked fresh to order I would have liked it. But there was no excuse for this. I did manage to eat the rice and the peppers, but only two bites of the chicken and I was done. As far as the service...I don't know who the waiter was...he could have been the owner by the way I heard him carrying on the whole time. Well lets just say I've been around more pleasant people.

ehhh, i'm guessing most of the people reviewing this place never really had good thai food. Being spoiled by good everything in LA (not everything in LA is good, but you can find good everything there), this place is actually pretty bad. The staff is nice enough, but the food is way too salty and the noodles overcooked. i got the Pad See ew lunch and my noodles were literally the color of soy sauce. I don't think that's supposed to happen...The noodles were really soft from sitting in the sauce perhaps, and they just broke apart into tiny pieces when I try to pick them up. I guess if this is your only Thai choice in Tulsa, by all means, and just know this is NOT how good thai food tastes like.

Went in on a cold dreary day. Asked what they recommended, Got the tan yum (?) soup. Exceptional! Sweet, spicy, bit of a slow burn. Real lemongrass and ginger in there! Entree was Village Thai. Again, exceptional! Friendly staff, casual, great lunch place.

Super friendly. I stopped in tonight (which for future reference, was a snowy night in Tulsa... - I know, sounds like a country song), and I was treated wonderfully. Now here's the deal. I don't even know what Thai food is supposed to taste like. I literally walked in trying to get some hot soup for my sick wife. I asked for suggestions, they provided and everyone walked away happy. Is it great food? Well, it made my wife happy and for me to comment much further would be like someone from Bangkok writing a review of Coney Islander. For all I know, this place might be the greatest in the world, or it could be... No, it's pretty good, no matter what. Again, friendly staff, clean, good food. I can't go any higher on stars cause I just don't have enough experience to base it on.

Really good Thai food. Great service, decent prices. Like others have said, if you don't like spicy food, make your order mild with "no spice"

New to Tulsa, this place does not disappoint! The dishes we ordered were all fresh, nothing packaged. The atmosphere is definitely "lunch place," with TVs on the wall and various decor. No complaints! Be prepared for WAY spicy, even at "mild."

Really good food and service. If you are looking for good Thai food in Tulsa this is the place to go. Have eaten here multiple times now both for lunch and dinner and have never had a bad dish. The potato curry is especially good.

Went here with my husband. Had the curry, it was good! Service fast and curtly courteous. They'll make anything to your spice preference. As a warning their medium tends to the spicey side... They have a couple of TVs and when we were there they were watching sports. But not a sports bar for sure. Brightly lit, purple/red-hued decor, not 'cozy'.

Yes, very good food. Although not very Thai if you ask me. It seemed more Chinese with a lot of heat behind it. The service was great and the food came prompt. They have a lunch menu that has great prices. I recommend if you're loking for good food but not specifically Thai food.

We ordered carry out from here and me being a vegetarian I stressed this to them!! Got home opened up the containers and my food had beef in it - called them and the idiot tells me that he made it himself and since it's vegetarian there is no meat in there. I told him there is and he once again says no there isn't! Instead of saying I'm sorry bring it back and we will remake it fore you the guy kept arguing with me! Tool the food back and showed it to him and he had the f+++ing nerve to tell me it was eggplant! Worst flipping customer service ever!! We will NEVER go back and we will definately tell all of our friends about our experience there. We had eaten there many times in the past without a problem. As a matter of fact we love it but after this incident they can kiss my a+*

We went for lunch on a Sunday and was seated immediately. I got the panang chicken curry and it was delicious. It was a but salty for my taste though. But the food was good and the atmosphere was nice as well. Will come back!

I'm a tulsa native and traveller. I've eaten thai food all over as well as all over tulsa. The reviews look decent. If you've not eaten very much thai food you may really like it. I did not like it that much. The vegetable choice for the curries was mostly eggplant. Never seen that before. The restaurant was a little run down. I would recommend Lanna Thai or Bamboo Thai Bistro in Tulsa. This is a lame choice.

Disclaimer: my husband really likes this place. I however, do not. I ordered the Tom Ka to go. It was very mediocre with a weird combination of limp vegetables. My husband however likes the curries and frequents this restaurant.

Some of the best Thai food here in Tulsa! Be sure to try their Potato Curry with Chicken with Medium spice. It's soooo good!

Pros: My boyfriend loves this place and we come here any time he's in town. He's more adventurous than I am and enjoys a variety of items on their menu. His favorite is the pad ped (can't remember how to spell it). I stick with the pad thai. Which tastes good, so I never have to deviate from it. The owners are really nice. Close to my home. In a shopping complex with plenty of parking. They accept all credit cards. Their to-go service is fast and easy. Cons: Can't really think of any.

I wish we lived closer so I could eat at Thai Village all the time! Thank you for your hospitality, Paul--your food was AMAZING!! I especially liked the custom dish you made for me--I can't remember what you called it, though. I loved the Pad Thai and the Thai Tea, as well :) I highly recommend this restaurant to all who live in Tulsa!

A Tulsa favorite. Great Thai food with some Good spice. Also, great tofu options. If you ask for your meal "Thai Hot" be ready they don't mess around! I always go medium.

We were at a convention at the Marriott and needed quick food that would hopefully be yummy, too. Luckily, Yelp led me to Thai Village because it was deeelicious! They had cheap lunch specials ($6.95) and had a nice variety of items available as part of their lunch menu. I had the panang curry, all the way spicy. The waiter warned me that spicy really means spicy at their restaurant, but my curry wasn't as hot as other Thai food I've had. It was deliciously spicy, though. Really good flavors and a ton of food. My friend got some fried rice that looked fresh and tasty. It's small, quick, and yummy food for very reasonable prices. A great lunch choice if you're in a hurry in the area.
