I frequent this Starbucks, so I thought I'd share the lay of the land for this Starbucks. Let's start off with five stars because this Starbucks is closest to my work and until Whole Foods creates a rewards program, I'll get coffee here. MINUS half a star for the absolute crappiest parking in all of Tulsa. Tulsa was planned, built, and REVOLVES around the automobile. Think you'll be able to get in and out in five minutes? Forget it. Unless you do drive through (a pain in itself if you pay with your phone), you'll spend five minutes parking your car. MINUS half a star for being crowded a bunch. Great for business, not so great for people in a hurry. MINUS a FULL star for how mixed bag the people working there are. Came in one day with some time, and I really really wanted an iced tea latte. Iced Earl Grey tea latte. It's on the online menu. Ask for it, order it without a hitch. I've had it made at that location before, and it turned out magical. This experience was far from magical. This barista told me "We don't make that. I'll find out later if we make this but pick something else". I'm sorry, if you work at Starbucks, you should probably fully understand the menu. If you can understand "tall soy skinny wet latte", you should understand what an iced Earl Grey tea latte is. It's like a chai latte... Only with ice and Earl Grey tea. If the timing is right, this could be the perfect Starbucks, but for now... three stars.

Most Sbux I go to (with the notable exception of those in airports and grocery stores) are good. THIS ONE IS THE BEST! The staff is crazy friendly and know everyone's first name (anyone remember Cheers). Latte good... experience grand!

Most unhelpful Starbucks I've ever been to. It closes ridiculously early (9) for being next to a college. And their customer service today was horrible. I ordered a standard house coffee. I asked to put 1¢ on my Starbucks app so I don't have to keep reloading it. The lady put the whole thing on the app. Then I asked for her to leave room for cream in the cup. No room for cream. Usually those type of things I let go, but what Burnt the cookie was the fact that their Internet was not working. That was the whole reason I went there. TO DO HOMEWORK. And they knew it was down! I was trying to fix the settings on my pc for 45 mins, waiting for the network connection to troubleshoot and fix itself. I thought there was an issue with my pc. I overheard the manager say something to another customer who mentioned an issue with the Internet and he was like, "oh yeah! It's down cause of the storm the other day." What!?!?! I walked over to the counter and told them that that was the only reason as to why I went there and that they wasted a lot of my time and money. (Like I would go there just for a house coffee!) the manager just blew me off and never offered to make it right. It was more like an, "oh well, sorry about that." Then he walked away. I was fit to be tied. I should have demanded a refund. I will never go back to that Starbucks if I have any day about it.

As far as Starbucks goes, this is absolutely one of my favorites in town! The line in the morning is always super long but do not fear, they are amazingly fast. They are always super friendly and they do a fabulous job making drinks. Location is conveniently on the corner of 91st and yale so its easily accessible. I frequent this location often and have never had a bad experience.

Very slow service, and the location is not good for a drive thru. Would have made more sense to have this just be a walk-in only store. Most of the time I just get regular coffee at Starbucks, and I feel like the quality is not as good as some of the other stores in the area. The service isn't so great either a lot of the time. One time I tried to get coffee at 11:30 on a Saturday morning and they said they were out! What kind of Starbucks is out of coffee before noon on a Saturday? Believe the longest drive-thru wait I've ever had at a Starbucks was at this store. This store is nearest to my home, but I'll often drive further to some of the other stores which are way better. When I do end up coming here, I often regret it.

Starbucks is starbucks. Overpriced coffee for free wifi, clean environment, ok - service. It's pretty cold in this location. The drive thru is pretty busy, so I waited longer than usual for my iced coffee inside. I didn't mind. This place is - fine.

Horrible friggin parking for this place. Not sure why there is so little parking for a Starbux but it sure makes getting in and out a chore. The drive thru is obviously the main way of getting your fix here. People are nice, good job on the drinks, parking sux.
