I'm a Starbucks addict & my hotel serves Starbucks but it's definitely not the real deal. Asked the barista of the Tiramisu Latte was good and she said you either love it or hate it but if I hated it then they would make me another drink no problem. But guess what..I loved it and the peace of mind she gave was a bonus. Super clean friendly atmosphere. Thanks Starbucks!

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks. Love the location but not much else. The service is always hit and miss, nothing ever seems to come out the same way twice. Today for example I go in and order a vanilla latte. I have drunk these all over the country and for the most part they all taste the same. Get my drink drive down the road a ways, finally take a taste and there is no vanilla in it. Go back on the return trip by there a couple of hours later order the exact same thing, and I get exactly what I ordered. When I mentioned that to the kids making the drinks they just rolled their eyes and ignored me. Like I said being by the St. Francis health complex it is a convenient stop while taking mom to the doc but the service is too spotty to make it a regular stop.

This is a pretty large Starbuck's and is located in a huge shopping center that has many fast food dining options. There are plenty of places to sit and hang out in here. The drinks came out pretty fast, which is always nice. The cashier however did not seem too knowledgeable about the drinks. She wasn't sure how many shots of espresso are in different drinks. I don't know if I was unlucky or what but when I went to the cream/sugar/napkins counter, it was a mess and not fully stocked.

I'm a big starbucks fan! Admittedly it's mostly because the Starbucks rewards program brings out my competitive side, but great coffee nonetheless. This particular location seems to have lots of baristas that know customer's names and customers that know other regular customers which makes it somewhat more like a local coffee shop joint than a Starbucks chain to me. So many new things to try all the time, really friendly staff, and plenty of comfy chairs complete with a fireplace! I'll be coming here often for sure. Gotta get from green to gold with my stars! If you know what I'm talking about then you probably drink too much coffee too! :)

Standard SBUX but equipped with a lovely patio! Inside is clean and had an exceptional amount of seating. A quick pastry or sandwich can be found here to accompany your bevvie. My favorite is the egg white wrap! The customer service here is above par. There was a 17 drink order placed right before me and the sweet barista told me, not in a stressed out way, but a "hey... It's going to be a while way." I was happy to grab a bottled juice abs save 20 minutes!

This was a great Starbucks experience on my way to a meeting in Tulsa. We stopped in for coffee and our group ended up getting one espresso drink, one drip, one smoothie and a bagel. Our order came out perfectly and swiftly, despite how packed the store was. There was a barista facilitating the Via latte challenge (test two lattes and guess which is instant and get $1 off your espresso beverage) and she was nice and engaged our group while we waited in the quick line. This is a large Starbucks with clean restrooms, a fireplace and plenty of tables, so all in all, worth the stop and I'm glad to know it is there the next time I'm in Tulsa for meetings.
