If there is less than one stat, I will give it to this place. Bad service no respect. took so long, and finally it doesn't taste good at all. I asked them to make it well done, but they bring it medium. Then I told them to make it well done and took forever. it's really a bad experience. Sure I will not come again here.. be aware

Since my last review we have been here twice and been very disappointed. For a steak house they cannot get it right. Baked potatoes are like warm at best and the steaks are either over cooked or undercooked. Even after sending them back they are not right. Table service is mixed some good mostly not. There is nothing more annoying than going to a nice restaurant and having to eat alone while your partner waits for her food then you sit while she eats. And no manager in sight. I cannot recommend this place anymore.

First time to go there nice clean place prices was not to bad. Food was real good and the server was really nice. Got us seated fast. I've been to other places like this and you have to wait up to an hr to get a table. I would recommend this place to anyone. A

I was leary of coming back to this Longhorn after my last experience. I had a gift card to use though, so I figured it couldn't hurt anything to give it another chance. Luckily this experience was much better and more along the lines of what you expect when you go to a restaurant like Longhorn. We were able to walk right in and get a table without waiting. Our server was pretty quick to get around to us and get our drinks. My girlfriend and I both ordered a Flo's Filet with a Lobster Tail. My girlfriend ordered hers Medium and I ordered mine Med/Well. Both steaks were pretty much Medium (which is why I go for Med/Well because it always seems undercooked). The Lobster Tails were surprisingly good size. Usually when you order a combo like that, it seems like the Lobster Tail is tiny. They did have some type of Cajun style seasoning on it which I wasn't a huge fan of. It wasn't terrible, but next time I would order it without the seasoning. All in all, this was a much more enjoyable experience than last time. Our server was much better this visit, which made all the difference. I will say that our server did have a pretty nasty cough, which is not exactly what you want to hear from the person that will be handling your food. Hopefully it was just allergies. lol

We ate here tonight with family. All of us except my grandmother ordered steaks. I ordered a six ounce sirloin with a baked potato and salad. My steak was supposed to be medium. It turned out to be closer to rare. It tasted more like warm sushi than steak. I didn't have it sent back because I didn't want to make a big issue of it. The texture was just too rubbery and I could only tolerate a few bites. The potato didn't have as much butter as I would have liked. The service was great, but I was underwhelmed by the food. The saving grace for me was the homemade kettle chips which were delicious.

A steakhouse isn't necessarily where you would expect a vegetarian to go but when you're with a group of people who have different eating habits, you find yourself usually following the majority. I was nervous at first, thought all I would have was bread or salad but to my surprise, Longhorn Steakhouse was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful for me. First off, check out they're house made chips as an appetizer, they are beyond amazing and make you nostalgic for curly chips at the fair. I couldn't get enough. The server had the kitchen put together a entree of veggies that would put other veggies plates to shame. I had a delicious sweet potato with brown sugar sprinkled on top, grilled asparagus, and well it goes on. The good was delicious, the service was impressive and the presentation was great. They are very proud to be there and have a story to tell.

The filet was a quarter inch thick, dry, flavorless with fat running through its center. Salad was swimming in dressing. Generally poor meal priced 3x it's worth. On the bright side, the service was pleasant and the food came quickly.

Visited this location last Sunday evening - mainly came here for their delicious shrimp appetizer. It was decently busy but not overrun. Hubby and I split an 8oz 'Flo's Filet' and each ordered a side of roasted golden beets. The beets are currently on the appetizer menu but they can be substituted for a side for a $1.59 upcharge. Ordered the 'Wild West Shrimp' for an appetizer, which is a huge plate of fried shrimp with different peppers and a ranch dipping sauce. Our waiter brought out our app and came back 10 minutes later saying they were out of beets. Substituted baked potatoes for each of us, no big deal. When our waiter came out with our steak they had magically found some beets in the kitchen, so we were able to try them after all. Everything was good overall, with the shrimp being the star of the show. Our steak was flavorful but it was overcooked. The beets were good, but under seasoned. The bread was delicious as always. Waiter was ok, but he did have a ton of tables so we'll let that slide. Hubby and I won't be rushing back to this location, but it's still an option.

I ordered the 8 oz. Flo's Filet cooked medium and Steakhouse Mac and Cheese side. The filet WAS cooked medium! Wow! That was surprising. The filet was cooked almost perfectly, was tender, juicy, and flavorful. No steak sauce needed on this one. I did, however, have problems enjoying my meal due to the fact that they sat us at a booth with a gret view of the restrooms. And in very close proximity. Where I was sitting, I could see inside the mens room when someone went in or out. I could also smell someones poop at one point which was not very appetizing. They didn't design that area of the restaurant well at all. The Mac and Cheese wasn't anything special. It was bland and reminded me of cafeteria food.

The honey oat bread they serve before the meal is good. I had the Flo Filet Medium Rare and it was good. I also asked for the grilled shrimp topping and the shrimp were grilled perfectly. Over all the flavor were okay and our waiter was fantastic quick with the service and refills and very personable. My friend did order a prime rib and it was brought out overdone but they brought her out another prime rib and didn't charge her at all. For dessert the table shared the blueberry butter cake with the lemon topping and that was delicious!!!! The restaurant was very clean and I loved the decor. But I'm from the South :)

When this place is good it really is good! Although I am sad to say the lat few visits here have not been that great! Service has been very slow even though the place was barely busy! Wife's fillet came out way over cooked. They comped us for it and made another, but nothing worse than waiting 10 extra minutes for a new steak to come out. I had finished eating by the time hers was fixed. Beer was empty to so long that by the time they offered another I said I didn't want one. Some friends went there New Year's Eve and said was not good at all. That same night we went to Texas Roadhouse and it was super fast service as usual. Will go back, but I not sure I have the faith I used to in them.

Had great appetizers and a good ribeye. Kitchen was a little slow at lunch. The decor was sort of like my mom bought a steak house and decorated it country bumpkin/western. Food was good though.

Love this place. Longhorn is one of my favorite places to eat. Great selection of steaks and amazing seafood. They always have great new drinks to try as well. If you are visiting on Friday or Saturday night I suggest calling ahead to reduce wait time. Staff is always friendly and professional. Music is never too loud like it often can in other steakhouse. Come here if you want to enjoy delicious food in a nice atmosphere.

We really like Longhorn! My girlfriend always orders the filet with mushrooms - the new one they have out is fantastic! I like the Outlaw ribeye - this time, mine was not great, but I told the waiter and he went and had them cook us another one. The second steak was much better. I am surprised to read reviews with bad service. That is one reason we like it here - our service is alway top notch. Thanks Longhorn - see you soon!

My husband wanted our trip to Tulsa to include somewhere he could throw peanut shells on the floor and LongHorn did oblige in that. We called ahead for a table on a busy Friday night and they told us it would be 40 to 50 minutes, so we went and amused ourselves at the nearby Target. We arrived and checked in with the desk about 40 minutes after our call. The hostess looked frazzled and annoyed, thrust a buzzer my way and said "It will be about twenty minutes." We waited more than thirty. Once we were seated, I ordered a margarita - I did not order the extra tube of liquor (the "kicker") but was given/charged for one anyway. My husband had a pretty terrible Sam Adam's, though that really isn't LongHorn's fault. I ordered ribs, which were pretty tasty and tender, though not nearly as good as the ribeye steak my husband had. The place is incredibly loud and, seriously, everyone there was celebrating a birthday. Still - good steak, cheap prices, and absolutely no demands about conducting yourself in a civilized manner.

3-4 stars. Yummy bread and nice servers. My fillet was nicely cooked, but my coworker's ribeye was a little over-done (especially on one side). He still devoured it, though. This is a decent place to get a steak without spending $50 a person.

Went in Sunday June 8, 2014. It wasn't very busy at all. They wanted to seat us right on top of a table with a large party. We requested to be at a quieter booth. We watched the hostess sit people right on top of each other. I didn't get that at all. The food was great. I had the prime rib sandwich, awesome. The person I was with had the pork chops. Very good but a little over cooked. It took forever to get our drinks. A bloodymary, which wasn't very good and a patron premium margarita, which was also lacking. The service was soooooo slow. There was no reason for it, as I said it was very slow. I will return, because the food was great, but not if I have anything whatsoever to do afterwards. We gave ourselves 2 hours to eat before going to a movie and we were almost late because the service was so slow and the were not very attentive at all.

I was really excited about eating here, the adds on TV brought me in. White Cheddar and Bacon stuffed filet, shut the front door!! Ordered it medium rare, side salad and sweet potato. Salad was good though it was drowning helplessly in dressing, there was enough left in the bowl to top another salad. When my steak came I had knife and fork waiting, I cut into one end to find it well past medium. Sigh. I cut into the other side and it was filled with fat (on a filet??????) and dark purple, rare enough I wouldn't eat it. I started looking for my waitress or the manager, who had stop by while I was eating my salad, but found neither. I cut down the center and found eatable meet, where the cheddar and bacon had been shoved into a slice down the center. When my waitress did appear she asked if I wanted her to throw my steak back on the grill, which I didn't, those never turn out well. I asked her if it was usual to get a steak so unevenly cooked, she said it happens. And left my check. Which I paid and left, I guess my expectation of customer service was too high. I would have assumed an unsatisfied customer would have warranted a visit from the manger. All of that to say, had the steak been cooked properly it would have been decent for the price.

Their steak is good. Their drinks could be better. The wait time is a little ridiculous. There were a few tables that were free, and no one bothered to clean them up. Our wait time was about 35 minutes. It was a little disappointing to see the empty tables and still not be seated. I would recommend their lobster stuffed fillet.

This place is for the Friday night when you want a steak but don't want to drop $200 at Mahogany's. Predictable, consistent good quality steaks. Always good service as well. One side note, for the grommets there is a very reasonably priced sirloin on the kids menu. Just in case your little carnivores would rather have meat instead of a corndog or formed and fried chicken protein. Mine love it... it's one of the reasons they always want to come here when we ask them where they want to eat. The only Longhorn you will find in this state that the locals like!

We decided to go here for steak and it did not disappoint. I had the 11oz NY strip with baked sweet potato and caesar salad. First of all the bread is delicious. It comes out hot and is the perfect primer for your meal. Every steak we ordered was cooked perfectly. I didn't any steak sauce. I enjoyed the seasoning they put on it and the natural flavor of the meat. I was really impressed with the service. The hostess who seated us was friendly and our server, Courtney, was excellent. Everything came out on time and she made sure we had everything we needed quite often. Overall it was good. It was what I wanted, a good meal, good service and a satisfying experience. I would come back.

I haven't been to a LONGHORN in some time and man oh man have they changed. Used to be a fun casual, peanut shells on the floor country music, good western steakhouse but now they are definitely an upscale, hipster steak hangout with prices to match. Beautifully designed inside and out, soft lighting and Remington like metal sculptures, fine service. Steak was basically flavorless and a bit chewy, even with the butter slathered on top. Fries were the typical garden variety, not the fantastic big steak fries of yesterday's Longhorns. Salad was tasty but kinda small, sweet tea strong and refreshing. Partner said his ribs were skimpy,a bit fatty and not too good. Another one bites the dust...

Hunger cried for surf n turf - my original quick tip. I miss the franchise after moving out of the Midwest into CA. Next to my hotel, without food for 24-hours, it was a great opportunity to relive some great meals I had experienced over two years prior. During the mid-day, the place was very quiet. Too late for lunch, too early for dinner. All I wanted was a quiet table, limitless soft drinks, and a feast of steak and lobster. Granted, meals alone on a business trip are not as fun or enjoyable as with family or friends. But I couldn't penalize with a lower rating. They had the steak I wanted, the lobster i wanted, (the first lobster tail I had since Vegas, see yelp.com/biz/outback-ste… Useless trivia: My favorite side, the brandied apples, are discontinued. The bread was just as delicious as I remembered. My only regret is I had no room for dessert. But I had to run off and continue work. I'm glad I made into the Longhorn. The night before I arrived at my hotel yelp.com/biz/courtyard-b… and checked in at 9:55 PM. Unfortunately, Longhorn closes at 10.

Based on the other Yelp reviews we tried Longhorn this evening and I can say without a doubt we will be back. The restaurant was very nice and clean, slightly elegant but not so much that one would feel "stuffy". The food was very good. The prices are slightly higher than other local casual steak houses, but the touch of elegance makes it all worth it. You will NOT find peanuts all over the place here, a nice change of pace. The menu offers many additions to the traditional meat and potatoes meal. Plenty of additional sauces and stuffings for your steak if you wish There is also a few non-steak items such as various shrimp, lobster, and chicken entrées for those that are not in the mood for beef. Or one can mix and match. The surf and turf looked delicious, but I'll have to save that for next time. Overall we very much enjoyed our meal at Longhorn. The atmosphere allowed for good conversation and our server was very helpful and attentive.

I'm a huge fan of steak restaurant. I've been to this restaurant 3 times in the past 6 months. Steaks from all 3 visits were great. Service was always great as well. Prices were reasonable. Overall very good steakhouse for the price range.

I sat at the bar around 8pm on a Monday night. The place was pretty dead, which was fine by me. The bartender was friendly enough but acted more like a guy who would be selling you phones at Best Buy than a bartender at a supposedly great steakhouse. There were two TVs, both tuned to C-SPAN - what was that all about? Was there a Republican convention here for lunch? I ordered the 9 oz filet, medium rare, a side of grilled shrimp, the grilled lobster tail, grilled mushrooms and onions, and the "seasonal vegetables". I really wish restaurants would quit doing this - it's all the same carrot/brocolli/squash medley crap every time. It's not like you're going to get the delicious Boca Boca Delicio-root, which only is available two weeks out of the year. You're going to get the same carrot/brocolli/squash medley crap. Every time. At any rate, my zin was good, and the food came out. Steak overcooked, a solid medium if not even a bit more cooked than that. However, being a filet, it was still edible and even managed to be a bit tasty. The shrimp and lobster tail, however, were savagely under-cooked. Think warm gelatin. I sent them back. The manager brought out the replacements with an apology - the lobster was STILL undercooked. I am not one to complain needlessly, or try to save a buck by sending something back after eating half of it. I was on an expense account anyway. However, basic competence in the kitchen is something I expect at a steakhouse. If you're going to put a detailed description in your menu of how different cook temperatures will be prepared, you damn well better be able to do it - not to mention cook seafood properly, especially when doing it for the second time. The service was good not great, and the management managed to apologize for the meal while being simultaneously sincere and not seeming to care if I ever went back. The seafood was taken off the tab, of course. He needn't worry, I suppose.

I am absolutely addicted to this place! The steak is a fair price. My boyfriend and I share the ribeye, which is juicy and full of flavor, for around 20 dollars. The cheapest steak restaurant I am satisfied with. Great wine list too, for a chain restaurant.

Now I haven't been to the really expensive steakhouses in town but as far as I'm concerned this is the best steak in town for the money. I like my steak cooked a certain way and every-time I eat here it is just perfect. Try going during lunch and you really get you moneys worth.

Here's some more good news about Tulsa's LongHorn Steakhouse ... We went there two nights ago and my wife wanted a glass of milk with her meal. After checking, our server came back with the news that they were out of milk -- not a shock to us -- and ended up getting my wife a Coke. About 15 minutes later, just before our steaks were served, here comes a chilled mug of fresh milk. The manager, after hearing one of her customers couldn't get it, hopped out to her car and sped to a grocery to fetch a gallon of it. Talk about impressed! Wow. It is this kind of attention to TRUE customer service and detail that helps set LongHorn apart from its many competitors. Oh, and the uneven waitstaff I previously mentioned has become quite consistent, smooth and professionally efficient. We are very pleased.

Better take a blow horn to get the bartenders attention here. I wasted 20 mins here waiting for a glass of tonic water. So my party and I bounced.

First off, Longhorn Steakhouse has a wonderful dining environment. Everything from the lighting, to the tables make you feel like you're eating in an upscale restaurant. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly. She made sure that our drinks were always full, and that we had plenty of the delicious, free bread. I dined here with three other people, all of us ordering different dishes, and we all agreed that the taste of the steaks at this place does not justify the prices. They were all cooked properly, but didn't have much in the way of flavor. The bright spot at Longhorn is never-ending bread that they bring to your table. I have rarely eaten bread with such amazing flavor.

What a delightful evening I had at the Longhorn Steakhouse! Bravo! Brava! And Bravitsimo! I thoroughly enjoyed this place! I'll admit I didn't get a steak. Sorry! But I just prefer chicken. The ambiance is very nice, dim lighting. Servers were very great! My family members did get steak and I love when waiters ask you to cut into your steak to check to see if the cooks did what you asked for. The complementary bread and butter was SOOO good! The spicy shrimp app was very VERY tasty! I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and a seasoned rice pilaf....Okay, best rice I've ever eaten...anywhere, ever! Seriously, AMAZING! Those potatoes were very good too! The DANG chicken...!?!?!? WOW!!! So FULL of flavor! Blew my mind. I was more than pleased, satisfied and all around over joyed to have eaten every single bit of what I ordered! The whole table (5 of us) shared the Vanilla Ice Cream Cinnamon Apple Turnover dessert thingy. WOW! That was way tasty too! Bathrooms were very nicely decorated with the a glass case above the urinals displaying the current days front page newspaper. Clever. Over all...please try this place! All of my food was SO flavorful! Oh my goodness! It was so stinkin good! Way to go LongHorn!
