I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews for fast food (I call in my order), but I can't say I have anything bad to say about the place. I eat here often and the whole staff is always friendly. My go-to has changed a few times, but the sandwiches are always good. I think the only sandwich I haven't had is the Firehouse Meatball. Great food that supports firefighters... What's not to love?

I ordered mamas chicken salad. Nice because it's under 500 calories. Had pecans and itsy bitsy pieces of chicken. I so love their pickles I begged for part of the spouses too. It was flavorful but missing more spices, maybe dill and celery. Spouse ordered the Italian, he said was delicious with a good portion of meat and cheese he said better than that commercial sub place. Love the choose it yourself machine, though I got water it tasted good!

People love firehouse subs, if you're one of them you'll like this place. I don't enjoy having half a pound of melted cheese on my sandwich. The staff is a little slow to build the sandwiches, and the finished product is bland.

Might be the best Firehouse that I've been to in terms of quality and consistency. The Meatball sub might be my favorite. My favorite part is their hot sauce-it's sweet and mildly spicy but compliments the subs in an excellent way.

Incredible club on a sub! Meatball sub is excellent as well. It'll beat subway any day.

Terrible, greasy, disgusting, stale bread, dry meat. Just gross. Avoid at all costs. I felt sick the rest of the day after eating there.

First time we went we really enjoyed our food but every time since has either taken a very long time for no apparent reason or our food is wrong. The claim about the "best" meatballs is ridiculous considering they come in a bag and are put in a warmer. I ordered a meatball sub once that was ice cold, when they took it back they just put the meatballs in the microwave to try and fix it when that didn't work they asked if I would like something else 45 minutes after I originally ordered

I am extremely disappointed in my experience here. I placed an order to go for myself and a co-worker, and when I got back to work, the order was completely wrong. I asked for bell peppers and I got banana peppers, I asked for mayo and i got mustard. When ordering, the gentleman at the register I know punched it in wrong because he said "Oh well, that will ask me". They didn't! And now I am not sure that I will ever return to this establishment. My co-worker says that his sandwich was the best he has had in a long time, so I guess they just have problems with orders that differ from the menu. I also understand that this is a new sub shop in town and they are extremely busy, but if the employees do not know the different ingredients, or can not seem to handle special instructions, then this sub shop will not last very long.

Awesome. Always a great choice for good subs. And you can't beat the hot sauce bar.

Nice to see some new options in Stilly. I used to eat at the Firehouse in Tulsa quite frequently so I knew what I would want as soon as I went in, the meatball sub. The store was packed as expected for any new spot in town. We had no trouble getting one of the last tables and our food came out rather quickly. My 7yr old got a fireman's hat which he liked. Place was clean, friendly, well staffed, food was great, as was the always delicious house sauce. Love that stuff. Not a big fan of the 1,001-in-one pop machines getting popular as they create quite a line while people scan and taste all the options...particularly kids. Anyway, hope the store keeps up the service and quality. Glad to have them here.

They make a pretty decent $4 sandwich. The only problem is that they charge like $7 for it.
