Passing through from Texas to Missouri. Very good burgers! Homemade fries are excellent. Blackened salmon was wonderful. Bread to start the meal was out of this world! Will be back

Stopped here on our way to New York from Texas. Probably your best bet if you're hungry in Pryor. I had the hickory burger and fried okra. Waitress was really nice and service was prompt. Not that it has anything to do with anything but she was quite giggly. They also has a decent draft beer selection.

Great food! I had a chicken sandwich with loaded mash potatoes as my side. The chicken was perfect. The seasoning was perfect. The toppings were fresh and crisp. The mash potatoes weren't from a box. You can tell they were made inhouse. I also had a desert that was wonderful. The price for everything was cheaper than I would have thought. Recommended definitely. Truck parking next door at the gas station.

We stopped here on our way to Dallas and followed yelp to this highway gem! The Swiss mushroom and grilled chicken sandwich was yummy and the onion rings had a lite batter and perfect crunch!!! The potato soup was chunky and tasty! The restaurant itself was decorated nicely and clean!!!! Service was excellent!

Great meal. This is a good place to get a good steak at a fair price. The food was very tasty. The service was excellent and the price was very good to boot. I live out of the area and am always glad to find a local restaurant that knows how to do a good job.

Probably one of three places you would want to eat in Pryor (or any of the surrounding towns. The steak is really good. My wife enjoyed her catfish. The house salad was adequate and the Thousand Island dressing on the sad side. I did like the fried okra even though they did not appear to be home made (probably frozen. Service not as fast as I am used to in Virginia. If you are eating out in this area, this is one of the places you should consider.

I discovered this place through friends who raved about it. I have to admit, I am one tough customer. I teach customer service for a major company and have high expectations when it comes to how I expect to be treated. I have never had even a remotely bad customer service issue here. The staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. They don't know me from Adam...yet, the way they make me feel, you would think I had been a lifelong patron. Kudos to the owners, management, and staff. The environment is more than half of the experience of eating out. These guys have made it into an artform! I must admit I am a creature of food habits. If I find something I like, I order it every time I return to a restaurant. Rarely do I make much of a change in my order. I have a favorite place for shrimp, a different one for steaks, and another for chicken fried steak, and on and on. However, I look forward to trying everything on this menu. I have sampled most categories and have found that they have something tantalizing going on in every one of them. For a general menu type establishment, they do a great job with their pastas; something that usually suffers in a "diner" type of environment. If they take the care to make sure their pastas are on par with the "best" of the Italian eateries, then I can be pretty assured that care, style, and "something special" must go into the entire menu. I look forward to discovering some ne favorites there! I highly recommend this place. For those of you in Tulsa...make the roadtrip. It is very worth it!

I had 20oz Rib-eye steak. y wife he chicken-fried steak. I also had the grilled veggies and Alfredo pasta side. We also ordered the fried pickles. The steak was VERY good. It was tender, juicy, and seasoned very well. The seasoning was just a tad on the salty side but I am not a big salt person. The seasoned veggies were awesome. The pasta wasn't bad. The chicken fried steak was HUGE! It was hand done and good though. The most disappointing part was the fried pickles. They had way too much batter for the thin pickle slices. It over=powered the pickles. Service was good but not exceptional for the price/style of restaurant that it was though. It is kind of expensive, but the quality reflects the price.

This is Pryor's little secret. I love going here instead of driving all the way to Tulsa for pasta and steaks. Their Strip and T-Bone steaks are 2 of my top 5 steaks ever. Get a side of fried shrimp and be sure to leave room for their white chocolate brownie.

One of only a few good places to eat in the area. Locally owned and operated, this is a cosy family friendly experience. Great steaks and burgers, and the blackened salmon beats any I have had, ever. They recently started serving mixed drinks and have a very respectable beer collection. This is our go to eating out place for staying around town.

I TRIED - House Salad (4/10) - Chicken Fried Steak (7/10) Hm. Only 4 other reviews huh? Well, I was working at a client's site nearby in that Mid America Industrial Park, and the client took me here. I can't tell if Mid America owns this restaurant too, or what, but, I guess it's no different than naming an airport after a nearby intersection (Palwaukee Airport) or a furniture store (Mil-Green). The place seems like just a towny restaurant. They've got steaks, fish, burgers, I think pasta, you know, something for everybody. I have heard that their fish was really good. I guess there's a river nearby, but where does the fish come from? Whatever... CHICKEN FRIED STEAK I missed breakfast that particular morning, so I was starving and wanted something hearty. Good ol' chicken fried steak. Doesn't get much more hearty than that! I ordered mine with mashed potatoes and gravy. The steak was huge! Took up almost 2/3 of the plate with a very generous serving of mashed potatoes, with both of them smothered in white country gravy. It was delicious, I must say. The crisp on the steak was beautiful! It was very nice and crunchy, the steak was pretty tender. I mean it was pretty thick, so it's not just a given that it's going to be tender. I had to swipe some gravy off the side, but all in all, a very satisfying and delicious meal! Flavors were very...hearty (there's that word again!), essence of butter all around, gravy was...hearty (lol!), and thick. Everything was seasoned just right too, not bland and not too salty. I could actually feel my belt tightening after this meal! HOUSE SALAD Very run of the mill. Could've been packaged stuff for all I know. Side of ranch, run of the mill too. Only thing different is that instead of croutons, you get this really thin piece of toasted homemade bread. It's like a normal piece of sliced bread you get at the store, scaled down 50%, and it's about as thin as a Ritz cracker. When I say "toasted," I mean like it's solid, like a bagel chip. It looked like it probably had some seasoning on it, but when you bite it, it just sorta tastes like burnt toast. Meh, whatever, the texture's nice though. MID-DLE OF THE LINE What can you expect? This is just your average local towny restaurant. I mean, don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, but it's not like it was spectacular, and I'm going to make a trip for it or even tell all my friends about it. You could get the same menu and quality anywhere.

Our waitress was rather rude and inattentive, she acted as if the small children we had with us were an annoyance to her. She also had to be reminded to bring silverware and forgot to bring a few items we had ordered. I had a steak and seasoned fries.. The steak was delicious but the fries were soggy and so salty I could not eat them. Deserts were also good but overpriced for the tiny portion.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice mid-afternoon place to eat for a date, when we happened upon the Mid-American Grill. We weren't sure what to expect. However, when we entered, we found a clean, well decorated establishment with friendly and helpful staff. He ordered a wine and said that it was a very tasty wine. As an appetizer, we had the Bistro chips, which we highly recommend. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. However, we will warn you if you ask for the dessert menu, be prepared to have dessert, because they bring out a tray of visual samples of their dessert menu that is quite literally irresistible. For dessert we had the cheesecake, which was to die for.
