1st time here. No avacado for meal. Francisco manager and Sahara wait staff handled it very professionally. Actually discounted meal!! Great customer service.

The service here is so so but the food is your standard IHOP fare. Can't say I was impressed but I was full and left with a bit less than a decent tab. I'm always a bit shocked that two people at an IHOP can rack up nearly $30 on a tab but I tend to want some of their best and costly items on the menu. My bf made a point about drinks, which is why milk is so costly there and yet they don't offer free refills. He loves his milk too. This is a real basic review I know but it's a basic kind of place. Decent service (sometimes a bit slow and I am very vocal about those types of things as it is my money which I'm spending and thus I feel I can complain if I want to) and decent food that as long as it's done right is good. Runny half cooked eggs (like I got last time which my bf doesn't seen to mind at all) I am not a fan of so don't be afraid to send something back. Stick up for your right to eat well cooked to order food and you'll do fine here. Enjoy.

My family and I, just finished dining at this particular location and we are quite upset with the our service today. We arrived at 7:30am expecting hot & quick service but it was anything but quick. We waited over 45 mins to receive our food. Mind you when we first walked in there were maybe 5-6 people already seated. We asked for the manager, (who happen to be a nonchalant and unapologetic Hispanic gentlemen) to tell him about our bad dining experience. We began to informed him of our poor service to which he replies "ok, ok, Our kitchen is backed up. I will find out what going on." Only he never returned and unfortunately began avoiding our table when doing table touches. This is completely unacceptable service especially when you have the responsibility of manager. This was just overall bad experience especially coming off of vacation. This manager needs to be adequately trained! It's a poor reflection on the IHOP brand.

I just had the worst dining experience in a long time. My wife and I went to breakfast here this morning. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs and substituted toast for pancakes. My wife ordered one of the new crepes with white cheddar, chicken and bacon. My wife then got called in to work and she asked me to get hers to go and she would eat it later. Instead of telling the waitress right away I decided to wait since mine came out first. Toast was burnt and as usual the eggs were dry, heavy and not very good. Chicken fried steak is consistently good. The waitress informed me they were having trouble making the white cheddar for her order. 4 times she came out to give me an update. Why have a menu item available and not know how to prepare it? I finally told her the wife had to leave and could I have her order to go. I finally received her order after I paid the check. 2 stars is only because the waitress really did seem to try her best. I have given this location multiple opportunities and have always been disappointed. I will not be back.

The service here is the problem. We came at 11pm on a weekend-- not very busy, but we waited a good 20 minutes before anyone took our full order. Gruff, slow service. Won't be back to this location.

This location of IHOP is a pretty good one, though it used to be better. Likes: Unlike many IHOP locations, this one consistently makes good, fluffy pancakes. In general, IHOP has some decent food and fun specials. You can't go wrong with Nutella Crepes or Bottomless Pancakes, come on! Dislikes: The quality has been slipping over the last couple years. I think they had a change in management. Nowadays, they're sometimes understaffed and occasionally even run out of critical ingredients and cannot make certain items. IHOP in Norman is certainly head and shoulders above the Waffle House or Denny's (RIP Denny's, though you won't be missed), but it's really best as a late night only spot.

My favorite is their hamburgers. I wish their crepes were not seasonal because they are very good.
