I've been to IHOP more than I would like to admit but this is my second time at this particular location, Ihop as a restaurant it's three stars, this location gets four stars little bit better than what I normally get when I go the other locations. Food came out fast, waitresses good food tasted fine and free Wi-Fi. Now used to go a lot because kids eat for free. My son liked it

6 tables full. 4 of which seated after us. 20mins since seated. Still no food. 10 people standing around doing nothing. What's wrong here? To top it off, the food was cold and they burnt the cheese. If it weren't for our server Jimmy's politeness/friendliness, this place would be getting one star. He can only do so much from the front pushing for our order.

My roommate and I ate here about an hour ago. We had no problems with the service as others here seemed to have, but then again we were there at 4:30 AM. Our problem was with the quality of the food, which was very poor. Roommate and I both agreed that the meal we experienced there was the worst breakfast we've ever had anywhere. We've been long time fans of IHOP and the food of course naturally ranged from delicious to not bad. We are reasonable people and realize it's not going to be good every time, but this time it was so bad it reached the level of unacceptable. For starters, all the meat had the taste and texture of being left over, microwaved meat. It was downright disgusting. Something was off with my fried eggs, and my roommate said his scrambled eggs were rubbery and tasteless. He said that he accepts that with scrambled eggs, they are going to use a powdered mix, but his eggs were so bad it was awful even for that. The pancakes also had the taste and texture of having been made much earlier in the day and simply reheated in the microwave. Even roommates chicken fried steak was lackluster. And the soda was flat. The only decent part of the whole meal were the hashbrowns. The reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because I reserve one star for the places that are unsanitary and scary. So 2 stars isn't anything to write home about either. To be perfectly honest, every time we've been to IHOP in the last couple of years, even at other locations, the food quality seems to have deteriorated, so I don't know what's going on... but it wasn't a big deal until this gross meal we had an hour ago.

Service is good and the fare is..well it's ihop and I've never had a "bad" meal here at this location so I can't complain but they have had my order wrong once so...yeah. lol Overall its a decent location. Better than some of the others. Some of the staff are a bit chatty which I do not particularly like. Maybe okay if I am alone, but when I am there for dinner at 8pm with my bf, I do not want some 20 something chick chatting me and him up for a solid 5min then returning non-stop every few min to ask if we "need anything" Yeah, you to go away. lol Oh here is a tip: To not have every appetizer arrive WITH your meal - order it, have it arrive at your table, THEN place your dinner order. Otherwise you will get everything at once...every time.. 3 stars.

Waitress is working by herself right now (poor thing), she's very sweet. Delicious food. So far so good! Definitely leaving a tip for her hard work.

It's sad that a review written from April 2011 is still completely accurate for this restaurant. We had a party of seven and were waiting for a long time to be seated. (I understand a large party takes longer than usual, but still.) Once our party was called we were taken to a table that seats six. When we got to the table the waitress asked if we would like to wait another 15 minutes for a table or cram in this booth. They did not even have an extra chair for us to put at the end. We waited an extremely long time to receive our food. And 2 out of 7 orders weren't even correct. Plus, my grandma had to wait longer because they forgot her order entirely.

The food is alright but the whole place is so poorly run. Our family of 3 has attempted to eat her about 8 times. Every time, we have waited for a table when there were many available but staff was not able to handle it. Routinely, we wait 20+ minutes to be seated and wait forever to get our food. The wait staff seems competent and cordial but there must be managerial problems because there are always 3-5 people not engaged in anything productive. Our last visit, we arrived at 1045 am. It took 20 minutes to get seated. The waitress took out order quickly enough. We waited a half hour and all the folks who came in after us had their meals and were eating. Ours never arrived. We asked the manager and she stated that we had not been there that long. Hello, we know what time we arrived. Needless to say, we promptly left. This is a pretty typical scenario (except our leaving). We have been trying since they opened to get good service. We understood initially as they were new staff. It's been several months and it is still a bad place to get breakfast. This is too bad because the East side of town really needs a decent breakfast place.
