I'm all about Firehouse right now. They have quality ingredients and the staff is always laid back and friendly but efficient. I usually get a hot sub, but they do have cold subs available as well. The Hook & Ladder is my favorite with its smoked turkey, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack done Fully Involved (mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion) with a kosher dill pickle on the side. The Firehouse Meatball is another good one. Supposedly it is best with its original sauce versus the sweet & spicy, but everything here is so good, it might just be a preference by the birdie that told me. The New York Steamer is another stellar choice with its corned beef brisket, pastrami, melted provolone, mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing. This is a great shop to sit down at one of their dalmatian-printed tables, but you can also order online for pick-up or just stop in for an order to-go. If you love a good soda fountain, they have one of those crazy machines that has something like 120 soda combos with syrups and everything, providing your inner mad scientist with a yummy experiment. There is also a massive collection of sauces if you think your sub is missing a little somethin' somethin'. If you are longing for a classic style sub, look no further!

The restaurant is nice. Staff are all very welcoming. Some of the staff could use a bit more training, but overall I had a good experience there. The soda machine is a trip. I do not drink a lot of soda but I guess if I was going to, that would be a great place to get unique concoction of soda. It has literally like every soda and flavors that pair with it. The subs were tasty, I got a steak and cheese and did not load it up with toppings. I was pleased but it isn't the best I have had. The peppers were way too bulky in the sub. My fiance had one that was pretty tasty. The chips and drink combo is probably a good buy. I like their variety. And they have TONS of hot sauces to choose from. I think they have better meats and cheeses than say Quiznos or Subway, but I am not 100% sold as of now. I will have to go back and try a couple other subs to get a real feel for the place. Overall, I can't really complain. They are a bit more pricey than the other two local sub spots so you get what you pay for. And yes, the brownies are good.

This Firehouse seems to always provide a delicious meal. All of subs are good, but high in calories. I tried one of the lighter subs (500 calories or less) and I was impressed. Service is quick and the staff is friendly.

Turkey bacon ranch sub is delicious!!! Super fast service too. Could eat their subs every day if I had to... Brownie isn't bad either.

Tried this Firehouse out since it opened up (finally) this week. I can tell the employees are all still learning the menu as the process is slower than what I am used to from the Florida locations. The sub was still outstanding though, just took too long to get it. Hope they open up more locations in the city soon so I don't have to drive to Norman for it.

I really want to like Firehouse more than I do. I've been to this location twice since it opened. The customer service is great and you can tell that management is doing their best to make sure every customer has a good experience. Their variety of hot sauces can't be matched and they have one of those new-age soda machines that creates any variety you could desire. My main problem is that I don't feel like I'm getting a good value. For a medium sub, chips, and a drink, I normally pay around $9. For a large, between $10-11. Nothing about the sub seems special enough to warrant that price. Also, their steam toasting method quickly turns into a soggy sub if you take it to-go. Unfortunately, my wife loves this place so I will probably begrudgingly end up as one of their regulars.

The subs are great. It's nice and balanced with the perfect bread and steamed meat and cheese. I like the option of all the hot sauce and for the price it defiantly bets most of the compatition.

I really like this sandwich shop. Unlike most, these sandwiches have ample amounts of meat, are served hot with a noteworthy upgrade in ingredient quality. The staff at this store are always friendly, and the store is clean. My personal favorite is the smokehouse brisket sandwich. There is no comparison with this store and a Quizno or Subway location. Many Subways will be staffed with 1 or 2 employees, I have always seen at least 6 or 7 at Firehouse. Best in Town!

Couldn't find the OKC location so doing this one instead. I happen to be in the area for this place, and thought hey! I'll try a new sandwhich place. I love sandwhiches, and this place looked fresh and clean. They shout welcome to firehouse when you walk in. You order by choosing what you want from the menu (may seem obvious, but places like WhichWich, you fill out a paper bag, so just descrbing the ordering process). They have combo meals or you can get just a sandwhich. I got the #9 combo, the Hero. Pretty tasty in my opinion, but as another reviewer stated $9 for the size you get seems a tad on the small side. However, it was enough to fill me up, a 170 lb 5'9" guy. THey have a Coke Freestyle machine; where you can mix and match differnet flavors of drinks, which I love those things. Qdoba has them too, as well as Pei Wei. No wifi, con in my book as I'm a frequent internet user. THey have chocolate chip cookies and brownies for desert. Maybe more stuff, but that's just what i noticed at the counter. They do have a decent kids menu from what I could tell. THey have a few TVs with sports playing. I'd go back again, however, being a sandwich connoisseur, not my 1st pick. But if you're in the mood to try a new place, as I was today, i encourage you to try for yourself. Espescially if you love firemen/firetruck stuff since that's the theme.
