Not really what I expected. My wife liked it. I only had about three bites. I guess I was expecting a warm and tasty meal. Other than that the line went fast.

I don't just go handing out 5-star reviews to anywhere, but the service at this Chipotle was awesome! The place was well maintained and the workers were friendly and made sure the food tasted good, and it did! Prices are very reasonable for the food portions and quality.

Love the food! This is THE place we eat at in Norman. The morning crew is always friendly and smiling, great attitudes. I dont know if its just because I always seem to hit the dinner rush in the evenings, but the crew always seems a little stressed and disjointed, and dampens the atmosphere that the restaurant chain tries to create. For that reason, if I order chipotle for dinner, I always order online and take it to go. Oh, if you order a beer check the date first. The hubs got one and it was expired by several months. They checked and every one they had was expired.

It really is A-OK, but it hit the spot. The boo and I originally planned on hitting up Sam's for the $1.50 hot dog combo not realizing they closed early on Sunday. I blame it on the football games today... Anyhow, I remembered there were a new set of shops and food places along 24th. Starbucks, Sleep Number, Yogurt, Chipotle! And what do ya know, it's right across the street from Quodoba; I smell competition! We walked into an empty restaurant with 4 happy employees greeting us warmly. I ordered the usual chicken bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, corn salsa, mild salsa, a dab on sour cream and lettuce. There was something that tasted off tonight. I don't know if it was the rice which had a few undercooked pieces or the corn, which had a faded yellow hue. Some of my corn pieces were also not fully cooked. Hmm.... I went through my bowl in wonderment and couldn't quite figure it out. The chicken was on point however; nice, juicy and full of Chipotle flavor. Can't complain because the place was super clean and the food was fresh.

Chipotle is usually consistently good. It is strictly a fast food made to order process, but the food quality is their strength. Their menu is simple allowing them to be good at everything. They have Coke products including Coke Zero. What drives me a little nuts is the completely ignoring the dining room when they are busy. When every table is dirty, the floors are filthy, and the trash is overflowing, it can be pretty awful there. That was today at lunch. Usually the tables and floors are dirty, but trash cans overflowing was a new one.

Absolute worst Chipotle experience ever. Dropped in on way back from Dallas. Place wasn't that full but still took 25 minutes to get a burrito because of inept staff and lack of forethought on having ingredients ready. Place was FILTHY with trash overflowing and ice and food all over the floor. Needs a new manager. This is ridiculous. Came at 7:15 on July 25.

We LOVE Chipotle and usually have our 2 regular locales we visit. Had to be in Norman last week and food was great as always and staff courteous. BUT the place was a disaster! All the unoccupied tables were a mess. We were there after the lunch rush so we accepted the idea they must've been slammed. But after 30 mins of watching everyone clean their own tables we concluded otherwise. Only one person was attempting to make orders, stock and ring up customers. Everyone else seemed to move about nonchalantly. We're chalking this visit up to them being overwhelmed. Will definitely be back for redemption;)
