On our way to Dallas, we decided we need some fuel. Bf said that he wanted to stop in Moore at this place. When we pulled up, I was pretty taken back by how full their parking lot was. The place was packed with families, couples, and friends ranging from very young to not so young. This is definitely a spot where the older folks like to catch up on the town gossip. You can tell because there were several full tables of them with no food left and full cups of coffee. There was a really long line waiting on tables to open up and be cleared, but it didn't take too long before we were sitting down with a menu in front of us. By the time we had decided on our breakfast (chili omelette and green chili/avocado/ham/cheese omelette[*]), the waitress popped by to take our order. Considering the volume of customers, I was very surprised by the speed of service. Our drinks came out quickly, and I received a full drive-by glass when I still had two gulps left. We were pretty happy with our food. The chili was good, the salsa unique and spicy [**], and the biscuits and gravy, divine. My only complaints were that the food was a tad cold when we got it (Other reviewers have also mentioned that their air flow isn't the best) and they don't season their potatoes. But these didn't take away from the hometown feel, friendly service, and pretty (big) yummy omelettes. We left half of my potatoes and 2 quarters of the omelettes. 1/3 of the reason was because we were full, 1/6 because the potatoes were cold, 1/6 because the potatoes didn't have much seasoning, and 1/3 because we couldn't take them home because of the trip [***]). I'll definitely give them another try, but I won't be sitting under a vent. And I may not get the home fries. [*] With the omelettes you get two sides: option 1) grits, home fries, or hash brown and option 2) toast, pancake, or biscuit and gravy. [**] Homemade, might I add! [***] I hate throwing food away!

Great to have found a great alternative to IHOP and Jimmys Egg! So reasonable and the breakfast was great...our new breakfast place for sure! Will try non breakfast menu items in the near future.

The parking lot was packed when we drove up which is always a good sign early on a Saturday morning. This please is one of those hole in the wall places that has amazing food. It was standing room only but the husband and I found 2 seats at the bar so we jumped at them the service was fast and we got to watch the cooks work their magic in a precision dance they have mastered over time. The menu was great in variety and simplicity and you can see how fresh everything is while they cook. When the food came out we were not disappointed at all!' The portions are great for the money! My husbands coffee never ran out! Great service great food!! We will be back!!

Food is delicious, service is great. I have been going for almost a year and have never had a bad service. And if there was anthything wrong they are quick and freindly to fix it. I recommend the corned beef hash, it is very good. I don't know what they could do wrong.

Wanting breakfast? This is the place to go. They take care to insure your food is cooked the way you want it and the staff is great. The omelets are very tasty and they have the best selection I've ever seen. We liked it so much we went two mornings in a row!

Excellent food. However, once you get your meal, you better get all you need from the server because you will not see them again. Self-serve for coffee would be great because it would be faster.

Best breakfast and lunch spot in town! So much better than a big chain food place. Family owned and you can tell. Me and my boss went there for lunch and it was very good food. We both had breakfast at lunch time. Good prices too. Hash browns could have been done just a little more in the inside for my liking, but I still ate them all. Waitress even brought both of us to go drinks with us not even asking. My new favorite place!

Had breakfast there this morning! Super great. It was busy so had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, but it was worth the wait! I got the sunny side up omelette (with a pancake and home fries). Add a little tapatio and it was perfect! Service was great- nicest ladies ever- they stay on top of refills and are very helpful. Love this place and highly recommend it!

Had breakfast here the other morning on the recommendation of yelp. This place has a nice and solid breakfast. Nothing that wowed me and nothing that would make me run away. I ordered and omelet with home fries and biscuits and gravy. Everything came out fairly quick and away I eat. My only complaint is I am used to having peppers and onions in my home fries. So I would have preferred that. Everything else was good. Like I said nothing that is going to wow your taste buds, but good solid breakfast food put out but hard working people. The staff at this place were friendly and attentive. The overall price of the meal was also reasonable. I think I got out for a little over 8 buck after tip. I would go back if I am every awake this early and don't want to cook breakfast for myself.

Eat at the counter and watch the show. Good food, cooked fresh and very reasonably priced. I recommend chicken fried steak breakfast. Their omelette selection is huge and you can get home fries or hash browns. Owner is always there and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Had a good breakfast at Sunny Side Up on a Saturday. Like lots of breakfast places in the OKC Metro, if you go after 9:30ish, you are going to wait. Sunny Side Up is a seat yourself place, so you have to watch the tables like hawks, but it's pretty orderly. We sat at the counter, which is comfortable and spacious. You get plenty of room and don't feel crowded even if you're sitting next to someone. Even though the place was really humming, a server took our order within a couple of minutes of sitting down. Also, at the counter you are right by all of the action. So, if you need a refill or extra jelly or something, there is always an employee to ask. I was going to go with the chicken fried steak, but I was told that they don't make the chicken fries themselves. I appreciated the honesty, and since I didn't want a pre-formed steak that was just dropped in the fryer, I went with the westside breakfast, which comes 2 eggs cooked to order, hash browns topped with onions, green peppers, and sausage, and your choice of bread. I went with biscuits and gravy. The meal took over 10 minutes, but like I said, we went during the peak breakfast time on a weekend, so I really can't complain. The eggs were cooked well and the order of hash browns is substantial. I loved the sausage, peppers, and onions on top. The veggies are grilled and get semi-soft and there is plenty of them. The biscuits and gravy were good. The biscuit was room temperature, which I understand because I saw the enormous drawer they keep the biscuits in. The gravy lacked pepper, but once I added pepper (and lots of it) it was a nice classic cream gravy. I'll return for sure. The irony is as I was eating I saw the chicken fried steak, and it looked great. Certainly didn't look like it was taken from frozen and dropped in the fryer. So, I'll try it next time.

My favorite breakfast diner. These gals are devoted. When they were in Norman, we were regulars, as were many, many people. It was sad to see them forced to move due to railroad construction. Still, worth the drive for a good old-fashioned breakfast. Great omelette and I always, always order a side of salsa for my omelette and hash browns. Their homemade salsa is unique and delicious! My only con is about the new facility. There are pockets of extreme A/C and not only will you be freezing, but your food will be, too. The vents need better diffusion. I learned where not to sit!

Service was good, but the food was mediocre, mostly tasted like prepackaged or frozen. The omelette had no flavor. Hash browns were raw. Pancakes were very dry and rubbery.

Breakfast really good. Service good and speedy. Parking isn't the best because it's usually full. We have eaten here several times and always good. Haven't tried the lunch yet though.
