Great food, tons of variety, is a bit on the more expensive side.

Their food is pretty tasty, I always enjoy my bowls there. Went tonight, though, and ugh. The waiter offered me two sizes for my drink, and I said the larger one. So he brought me out a $15 fishbowl. Just for me. And not one of the sizes he'd mentioned. Then we ordered a kids mac & cheese, which was about 11 spiral noodles and no sides. My two year old was still hungry, but I wasn't willing to pay another $6 for more. For four, we dropped $60 on dinner. So it was decent food, but just not worth it.

This Genghis Grill location is one of the best. From the moment you walk in the door, you get amazing service! The hosts and hostesses are quick to greet you and bring you to your table. Once at your table they tell you who your server will be and ask if you would like any appetizers, so if you do they can get them cooking! It's very efficient. Your server comes and takes your drink order and explains how to build your bowl if you have never been before. Building your own bowl has never been easier, from meat lovers to veggie lovers, you get exactly what you want. You add the perfect amount of seasonings and sauce to match your taste. Once you get to the end of building your bowl, you tell your grill master which starch you would like with your bowl, if any. Be sure to tell them if you have any special requests or food allergies they need to take into consideration when cooking your bowl, such as cooking it away from other bowls if you are allergic to fish. When you get back to your table from building your bowl your appetizer and drinks await you! Your awesome server will come by and check on you to make sure you were able to build your bowl to your liking, your appetizer is great, and your drink orders are correct! By the time you finish enjoying your appetizer, your bowl is delivered steaming hot to your table! Your server is always quick to check back in on you and make sure it turned out excellent and refill your drinks. Want dessert? They have an awesome selection, and your server will be glad to bring around a tray showing them all, so you will know what you are getting! When it becomes time to pay your check, your server will inform you of the rewards program and ask if you need any to-go boxes, and I almost always need one! They bring back your check, ask you if you need a to-go drink, and always thank you for coming in very quickly so there is no unnecessary waiting around. From kids to adults this is a great place to have lunch, dinner, or special occasions! The staff are always nice! Especially Zach, Tessie, Gabby, Bethany, and Mercedes! The manager, Linda is often seen rounding in the restaurant checking on customers and staff! She is quick to address any problems or concerns you may have! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!

This place rocks. Seasonal beers, great food, and great price. Military discount is an uber plus. Maybe I only go during off time but I've been twice and have had great service outside on the patio. the food is as good as you make it which is the great part. i always workout before i come so i dont feel bad for getting the all you can eat option.

I love me some Genghis Grill. It's simple and filling. I've never had a bad experience at this location or the one closer to home. It's really all about how you put your bowl together! At first I was always afraid to pack it too full because I was unsure, but my boyfriend remedied that quick! You get what you pay for as long as you're able to LIVE ON THE EDGE. So edgy. My normal bowl: * Scallops * Krab (Yes, K-rab) * Calamari rings * (sometimes) Marinated fish * Cabbage * Bean sprouts * Bamboo shoots * Mushrooms * Onions * Island teriyaki sauce * Ginger seasoning * Citrus garlic herb seasoning * Double udon noodles (you get double with no extra charge Sometimes I get a drink while I sit at the bar and wait for my food to be ready. Their lemonade is amazing! Yum yum. I will try their mixed drinks next time I go, but I always leave my I.D. in the card. I'M SO GOOD AT BEING AN ADULT. We only go to this location MAYBE twice a month, but there is a nice young lady who works at the bar who always remembers us. Such a sweet girl!

First time trying this place was last night. It was fun to build your own bowl. The waitress was extremely nice and friendly. The food was perfect. This was a great dinning experience and I will definitely be back soon.

I LOVE Mongolian BBQ, but not this chain that tastes like fast food. I've been to the one in Edmond and this one. Both places I've left with only eating a few bites. And I was so excited when I saw that a MBBQ place was so close to where I lived! Oh well. You can see my Edmond review for a more thorough account. The review applies to both places equally.

Not a huge portion for the value but good flavor (if you pick your ingredients well!). Not a daily dining experience but good for the oddball fun lunch.

I enjoy the food here because you can pick what you like, but I don't believe I'll be back to the Moore location. The last two visits we made, the host staff stunk. This time it was our server. I waited tables for a couple of years and have never stiffed a server before, but tonight we did. I don't understand being a bad server at a restaurant where you neither place nor deliver the food order. Drinks and the check - that's all you have to do. We couldn't even locate a manager to talk to about it. No reason anyone should be that bad. We won't be back.

I have been to mongolian grills all over the USA and this one was ok... Overall Good food and service. The only complaint i had is when they stir the food on the big cook plate your food gets mixed with everyone else's ...

I don't like the way it's set up. Too much bottleneck at the start. The service was slow, and the place wasn't that busy. The food bar was very wide and made it hard to reach some of the items.

Great food, great value. Mongolian grill, so you pick out your ingredients and they cook it for you on their awesome looking grill. You can get "unlimited bowl" for a few bucks more.

Underwhelmed is the word that comes to mind. $35 for three relatively small bowls of food. Our service wasn't as bad as I've seen described in other reviews on other sites. We waited about 20-25 minutes for our food. Very crowded and litlte room to move about the restaurant. The flow seems really crazy. You get your bowl then have to go pick out the ingredients but you have to wind your way through the restaurant, past people waiting for a table. It just seems awkward. Left hungry and felt ripped off.

We have been to ghengis grill several times but have never had service as good as we did tonight. Joseph Higgins was a very respectful and out going server. I would recommend him to anybody if they go there and will absolutely request him again myself the next time I'm there myself. Excellent person and great customer service.

Food is completely amazing, but what kills this place is their waiting staff! I got my food so quick, but all the waiters take forever to check on the table! All their job requires them to do is fill up drinks, but even that is too hard. They just stand by the front and socialize. We went at 7:00 on a Saturday and there were only three tables of people there (including us). My husband had to get my own to-go box for me and we had to flag someone else's waiter down so we could pay and leave. No one could find our waiter so the manager had to come over and tab us out. Sadly, this is a repeating occurrence at this Ghengis.

Food is about at a meh level. Service is great. Both my wife and I had things we did not select in our bowls, and I found a small bit of what appears to be a chicken bone in mine. Flavor was decent.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew this experience was going to be great. We were immediately greeted and sat at a table. This was our first visit to Genghis Grill and Britney, our server, explained to us the process and gave us great suggestions on how to make a great meal. I went for the chicken and beef. My girlfriend went for scallops and calamari. We both were able to put veggies in that we liked. I like spicy food and my girlfriend doesn't. That's no problem at Genghis Grill. There is a ton of sauce options to choose from, some spicy, and some sweet. Both our bowls tasted great and came out piping hot. James, the manager, came by during our meal to check on us and was very nice. It was a great experience and I definitely plan to visit this store again. If you are looking for a great dining experience in Moore look no further than Genghis Grill.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The bowls looked like they had never been washed. The food selection line looked unkept and dirty. Staff was okay and helpful, but they are also the ones who allow it to get that way. I'm never going back... I can spend $45 for better food someplace else.

I love this place every time you pick your own ingredients for the whole meal the meats, vegetable, dry spices, sauces, then noodles or rice. Not bad price about 8 dollars for 1 trip. They also have a full bar. U first ate here in Dallas I'm glad they have locations here now.

I did not have very high hopes for this place going in, so maybe that is why I ended up liking it so much. We went to lunch here on the advice of a friend. The system is rather janky, and they go overboard telling you that the system is new and then explaining it. Basically you wait to be seated, are taken to a table, then you wait. Sooner or later someone will come around and take your drink order and then show you 3 sizes of bowls. You select your bowl size, then they leave the table to return later with your bowls and a business card that they write your name on. Why can't I use use the ones you brought? Why do I need to sit first? Where is my drink? Why can't you put my table number on the card instead of my name? The "new system" makes me wonder how bad the old system was that made them feel like this was an improvement. Anyway, once you get your bowl you then have to get back up and head to the line, which is a buffet of raw food to put into your stir fry. The selection is very nice. Beef, pork, chicken, scallops, fish, pepperoni (really?), sausage, are all represented. One glaring omission is shrimp. *pro-tip- load your bowl up high. I use carrot slices to build walls over the edge of my bowl so I can fit more in it. One nice touch is the spices, which are plentiful and varied so you can spice your meat to your taste. Once you finish loading your bowl, you select a start. They have several rices, noodles, and even chips or cabbage to choose from. If they forget to ask, which they usually do, be sure to add a fried egg. Then return to your seat to wait for your stir fry to be done. Usually around 10 min. The quality of what comes back has been excellent, and that is the reason I have returned 3 times in 2 weeks.

I think I rated Ghengis at a 3 start once before, but this time they got an upgrade. My main complaint was that the bowls were to small and you couldn't fit a lot of food into it. They've heard my complaints! Ha-ha. Now, you have different bowl sizes and more options. I still feel like the wait staff could put off more professionalism.

My sons and hubby just love GG! Loving the bigger portion size bowls! And 2 sauce cups! We always have a good time here. Friendly fast service. And good music too! If you haven't tried it, you really are missing out!
