Great food!!! Good service! Ribs are great except on "all you can eat night" The baked potatoes are great, especially the loaded potatoes Clean but noisy at times, always busy but longest wait has been 10 minutes

Dry rub ribs were tender and good, okra wasn't fresh Mac and cheese just ok. Brisket need sauce. And there regular sauce was not very good in my opinion hot BBQ sauce was better fast and nice service

I've travelled to Mcalester several times for business. Options for food are limited. The Rib Crib can best be described as typical for a small town franchise of a chain. The food is fairly consistent, servers less so. The Bbq chopped beef is a bit bland, dry ( which I like - you can always augment with BBQ sauce), and yet at the same time a greasy film can be detected. Cole slaw is a bit over mayonnaised for my tastes, but fine. Same can be said of the potato salad. French fries are the "spicy" type which I simply can't eat. The cheeseburger consists of two thin patties, over-seasoned, with a melted cheddar like product on top. I sent both of these back, making sure to let my server know it was not her fault when she tried to apologize. My first visit, the server wasn't impressive, but got the job done. Second visit, the server put up with my idiosyncrasies ("I have a hard time seeing in this booth, mind if I take that seat near the window?") with grace. Very pleasant and I appreciated it. There are several hotels nearby, so the crowd is a mix of locals and transients. The latter mostly sitting at the bar area, the former at big tables with their families, laughing, wrangling babies, and generally enjoying one another's company (fellowshipping, as those from my Baptist upbringing might call it).

Not bad BBQ for a chain. Ribs and pulled pork were very tasty. BBQ beans were also a hit. Chips and salsa was below avg but heh it's a bbq joint so I didn't expect a great salsa. Place was very clean and service was good. I would eat there again next time I am looking for grub in McAllister.

Got some grub here, was good, the place looked good, but that covers the quality of the food,,, the rib crib, no the poor rib crib, yes it's dry rubbed but when you bite into it the meat is dry, so was the cut brisket, and the pulled pork was more skin and fat then that silk like meat you would expect, and the desserts tasted like all the ingredients came from a can. The staff and dinning area were nice but if you want great quality BBQ look else where.

On Saturday April 18th @ 3:30 pm we went into eat and got seated very quickly and then waited for 30mins for a waitress to get us our drinks or even acknowledge we were there. That never happened it's like we weren't even there. They walked by U.S. Numerous times but never seemed to want to help us. Very sad this happened because my family loves eating there and now we will not be going back anytime soon.

Better than expected based on prior reviews. Had pulled pork and brisket. Moist and tasty. Sides and toast are pretty much the same fare as Dickeys or other chain BBQ places. Clean dining area and bathrooms (great for personal defiling!).

Had a great meal here! Best service in McAlester, OK. Wish we had a rib crib in Fort Worth, TX.

Looking for fall of the bone ribs? This is not the place. Average at best. Definitely disappointing. Fast food bbq describes it. I couldn't finish the brisket because it was not good.

Had brisket and chicken. Both were pretty good. Brisket was tender and normally I don't care for white meat but it was tasty. Side items were okay. Mac and cheese with coleslaw. For chain brand it was good. Not exactly outstanding but I would come back to this place again.

Had Ribs and Brisket and was good food. Defiantly not the best but good. Pricing was on par for BBQ not over priced. Very close to the hotel I was at so I could walk and have a few tall ones.

We stop here sometimes on our way to Dallas. It always seems to be packed. The service can't seem to keep up with all of the customers. Our food was just OK. Not what we are used to getting from Rib Crib. I'm sure we will be back...

Food was poor at best. Expensive glorified fast food BBQ like. Not really BBQ...all pre-prepaired heated and not even all the way. Baked potato was a long way from done.

Hit Tuesday night which was all you can eat ribs! I thought it would be awesome. But, I was disappointed. The ribs all had the flavor of bologna. Sauce is slopped on just before you receive the order. Limited beer selection. Salad has more tortillas on it then veggies. Not impressed!
