    Awesome Starbucks w/ DRIVE THRU! Although I had to go in to order 4 drinks w/ 4 different payments (i know pain in the ass), but the barista was cool about it and didn't give me any attitude. This location was pretty busy and all our coffees came out perfect. What more can you ask for. Also I was happy to discover Starbucks now rings up your vanilla latte as a latte w/ vanilla syrup, which was a problem when using your Starbucks Gold card before as you get free flavorings with your gold card. I used to always have to order a vanil latte as a latte w/ vanil syrup but the barista informed me they can't order vanilla lattes on their system anymore it's just latte + whatever flavoring.

    Great experience every time. They strive for customer satisfaction. I had a bad frappe one time and I mentioned it the next time and they gave me the drink for free. Every barista is nice and have inviting personalities

    You know what I hate about starbucks .... I always want more :( Everytime I have a craving for the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino I tell myself stop no and don't but I do it anyway! The service here is pretty good but it's always crowded -_- but it's soo worth the wait for your coffee fix :)

    The worst Starbucks I've ever been to! Always dirty they always take forever to get your drinks! And the employees always seem new, never know what they're doing. Except for the guy with the big blondish/brown curly hair and glasses he's great! Other than that terrible customer service. Who is even the manager? They have no expectations!

    Little to no standardization on staff training when it comes to how orders are entered into the computer system. Several times I've been charged different amounts for the same order all because of how it was entered into the computer. Today, I had a five minute argument at the window because the venti size drink I ordered, that comes with 3 shots, said "quad" and the label, so I got 7 shots total in my drink in stead of the one additional (4 total....hence the "quad") that I wanted. Simple simple stuff like that needs to be fixed by a manager who knows what they're doing. Also, I am so tired of this place being "out" of food items. What kind of place is out of food before breakfast rush? Who doesn't have ANY fruit whatsoever in the store? Non locals don't want cake pops, brownies, and soda for breakfast. Again, piss poor management.

    It's the only coffee shop in this town and it is ran very inefficiently. I have been frequenting it because it's the only option for coffee. They are under staffed and the employees aren't educated on coffee. I know that I am spoiled with coffee, since I am from Washington state where there is a coffee stand on every corner. It takes forever to get your coffee and they forgot to make my boyfriend's drink both times we went together. Employees don't know how to ring out customers properly and both people in front of me were over charged and then given free drinks. Then drinks were made incorrectly and were just sitting up at the bar counter where customers go to retrieve drinks. This Starbucks badly needs help. I have never seen a Starbucks operate in such a disastrous way.

    It is as good as it gets because there is no other Starbucks in this town to compare it to. So you better love it or you are really in trouble. The good thing is that since it's the only one, the cafe itself is huge with lots of seating and there is a drive through. I guess the demand is high because the drive through was a constant flow and the line inside was long. They probably need to staff it better because one barista was handling both drive through and walk-ins.

    The best Starbucks I have been to... Been to many locations across the nation and they location has been the friendliest and fastest. The coffee is always fresh, and the people are always in a happy mood. The only down side is the parking can get a little congested , but I have noticed this seems to be the same at all of them, unless it's located in a target or mall. Over all a good place with a friendly and fun atmosphere.

    This is the only decent coffee shop in Lawton. I once spent $30 a week (minimum) here without thinking twice. I knew the staff by name and they knew me. Smiles and friendly customer service were always in abundance. Efficiency was high and product was always available except on rare occasions just before closing. Two months ago (maybe more) a new general manager was brought in and most everything has been unsatisfactory, even abysmal, since. The power outlets have suspiciously stopped working (been nearly a month since they went down and a service order has supposedly been on the books for close to two weeks), the display case of treats and pastries is rarely more than half full, wait times on orders have easily quadrupled, the facility isn't tidy, the baristas aren't happy, I hardly recognize anybody anymore, the public space is being used for storage of new inventory and loud training sessions (which should take place outside of business hours) are held right next to seated customers which takes up seating that could be used for more customers. The 10pm close time also irritates me but that was changed from 11pm before the new management arrived. A rumor is circulating that a replacement (not additional) location will be built caddy corner from this location but if overall service and experience does not improve pronto the location may not last. What's the silver lining? I recognize one or two employees that have remained and they are able to muster a smile for me. Some of the new employees are starting to remember my usual orders. Most of the time I can carry on a conversation with somebody without long term distraction. When I'm able to get the treat I want, it's always tasty.

    It's the only Starbucks in town, and it's Starbucks, so you know what you're going to get. It does have outdoor seating which is "ok" in the warm months, but the view isn't much to look at when you're seating out there. The staff is friendly and my drinks are always good...so can't really complain. :)

    Good place to get coffee. I love coming to the Star. Free wifi, Wish it was a little bit bigger but it's good.

    This is one of the better Starbucks I've been to. Clean, lots of GOOD seating, and a drive-thru. They always get my order on point and the staff is always friendly and motivated even when they're up before I am.

    I wish the higher-ups for Starbucks would read these reviews and do something about the new manager. The employees are running around trying to get things done while their new manager sits on her butt in the lobby. It doesn't seem to matter how many people are in line, she just sits and chills. I can't count the number of times they have been out of something to make the drink I order. It was never like this before the new management. Wake up starbucks, you are going to lose a lot of customers if you don't get rid of her. I am so thankful for the loyal few baristas that have been there for years. They know names, favorite drinks and even care about our lives. Hmm maybe promote one of them. Get one of them that truly care about the customer experience!

    It's Starbucks!!! Would you expect anything less then 5 stars? For being so busy they do a great job. If there was a third Starbucks in town this place would be 6 stars. Drinks are great and service is fast even with all the traffic.

    It is the best Starbucks in Lawton!! Most of the time the coffee is good and the service is normally good enough. The ham artisan breakfast sandwich is one of my favorite. Can't beat the salted Carmel Moca!
