The young lady who served me at the bar was helpful. The beer I had was tasty. The wings I had were ok. I had some fries that were good until I found a hair in them. The young lady that served me went to let the manager know and they wanted to bring me a new set of fries. I turned them down. The manager came out to apologize she paid for the food as well as beer I was drinking. That whole hair thing ruined my appetite. Look at your food while you are eating!!!

Sat in the bar where there were hardly any people. I would have sat in the dining room but apparently there was a wait of some sort but they couldn't fathom how long. So the bar it was for my date and I. 7 minutes later we were finally greeted...my ire already awakened as I penned this review...it could only go down hill as the waiter who greeted us with an "I will be right with you" sped off for another 2 minutes. Could he recover from the disastrous start? He could not...

The food was garbage. They brought someone else's food that had been under the heat lamp. They ran out of glass wear and we're forcing people to chug their beers so they could have a faster turn over rate. They had people sitting on the floor and we're not obeying fire code or simple restaurant etiquette. The bathrooms were disgusting and they allowed people to fight in the parking lot. Real classy place.

If you haven't been to a BDubbs yet, you need to try it at least once. It gets rowdy when big games are on (especially around here) but they have plenty of different wings to try. Mango Habanero is amazing if you like spicy and tangy. The waitresses are great and I've always had the best service.

Bad service. Tables are dirty food is cold. I'm not one to complain and I love bww but come on management. Manage your employs to clean up and take care of your customers.

Bar tender was rude. She literally was completely unhelpful from the start food was good but if you are trying to have a good time the staff will ruin it for you

Been to this B Dubs twice now; service is consistently great; quality of food differed each time; Prime rush hour vs 1 & 1/2 hours before close, but quality of product shouldn't change just because of time of day On a personal note and from a level of morality, servers there make $2.15 an hour plus tips. Almost 20 years ago, In 1996, I made $3.19 an hour plus tips in IL ( one of the lowest min wage states for years) the lowest they can pay servers is $2.13; so the PEOPLE are worth 2¢ more?

Try all the different sauces they have for the wings! Mmmmm! if you are not from OK you will nitice that all the alcohol beers and mix drinks are different. they have less alcohol! thank GOD I dont have to come back to OK!

This place has the WORST service. They literally take forever when there is barely anyone dining. They ALWAYS mess up our order.... Wingstop is right down the street.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I don't get what it is about BWW that screams terrible service. I thought going to a different location - especially in a different state - that this BWW would be different. I thought wrong. Can't stress enough how disappointed I am with BWW and their service. Came in with my family & there were at least 7-8 workers standing out in front. Not ONE bat an eye nor greeted us. Some acknowledgement would have been nice. I asked if anyone is available to seat us and I'm pretty sure they all heard me but NOPE. Not one looked our way. As we were about to leave after waiting for 10 minutes, someone came from take out to seat us. LIKE SERIOUSLY?! Since we were already there and hungry, we decided to just stay. We were seated smack dab in the middle after we had asked politely if we could sit in a booth and the worker said sorry, those are reserved. Um. OK. Waited another 10 minutes before a server came. And what do you know... One of those workers who were standing up front was our server. GREAT. Anyways, ordered water for our table. We were ready to order but she had walked away before I was able to order. Literally walked away from our table the second I blinked. Took another 10 minutes to get our water..When we finally got our water, she asked if we were ready to order. YEP. We were ready to order the moment we sat down. Had she not have walked away, we could had our food already. Anyways, not surprised. Every visit to a BWW is the same that's why I always just phone in and place an order for take out. Anyways - got our food. It was cold. Asked if we can just get a box and she said, for what? She had just delivered our food. Told her food was cold, not wanting to ask for hot food, and would just like to get a box to pack our food. She rolled her eyes and walked away... Seriously??? Sorry. Worst service ever. No tip. And grabbed a box from take out since we never saw our server again. 1 star for this BWW service since I am unable to give 0 stars.

They have a pretty good selection of beer, food is also decent. Service is slow and it's usually loud.

Wow, where to begin. If you watch any of the restaurant rescue shows this would be a great opportunity for improvement.... Ok first of all , managers should not eat in the dining room, what happened is that he had 5 servers standing around him while we waited for service for 20 min. Next rule employees should not be eating in the dining area. Another one is that if employees want to drink they need to go somewhere else, having employees walking around with beers in there hands just is not right. I am giving them 2 stars because at least the waiter was trying to help and with 6 tables in the bar area the bartender was having a hard time keeping up so he got our beers for us.

Always have great service. Good only takes a while when there's a lot of people and when I come that is often. People who give the bad ratings are too snobby eating at a chain restaurant.

My first time eating here. Food is good and the service here was great!! We were a pretty big group and the waitress did an awesome job!!! I would highly recommend this place!

I usually like BWW, as I like to watch the UFC and love their wings. This location on Cache had been a hit or miss lately. Sometimes our appetizers are forgotten or we sit a long time before we find a waitress. Yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday) - my Wife and I ordered wings at 1pm in the afternoon for 4:30pm pick up. We arrived at 4:15, paid for our meal and was told they would be right out since we called it in early. After waiting nearly 20 mins, we began asking about our order - we were ignored by all the personnel behind the take out counter. I figured I would wait a few more minutes since they were a little busy because of the Super Bowl. After waiting another 20 mins - we starting asking for a refund and was again ignored and over looked again with no explanation. People that had just walked in and ordered, were getting their food before us !!!!! I finally chased a guy down that had a Manager tag on and told him that we had been waiting an hour for our food that we called in. He went in the kitchen and came out with another Manager and said we were credited our money back, but would not give us anything stating that. No-one gave us an explanation as to why we didn't get our food - no apologies- nothing. The staff at this restaurant are totally incompetent and could care less about the customers. We did call the Regional Manager and he did apologize for our experience and offered a meal to us. We declined, as we are not out to get free meals - but wanted him to know that we were disappointed and will never return.

This place is hit or miss. I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. At first everything seemed to be going ok. It wasn't busy at all (only six tables), the waitress seemed liked she hated her job but it didn't bother me cause she was quick to take our drink order and bring them. But that's all that was good about the visit. It took her forever to return to take our food order. We actually had to flag her down and tell her we were ready. I ordered medium traditional wings drums only. When my order came out I immediately noticed they missed the part where I said drums only. No biggie... I let the waitress know, she apologized and took them back. After another 20 minutes or so of waiting my wing order was delivered. To my surprise they still weren't drums only! So again they were taken back and another 20 minutes go by. At this point I was annoyed not only because I hadn't been able to eat yet but because they waitress was no were to be found and I wanted another drink. After and hour and a half of waiting my order finally arrived. I've been to this location before, the service as well as the quality of food varies with each visit. It might be awhile before I return.

Go somewhere else!!! Last month my wife and I were in Lawton for the evening and thought some wings and beer would be good. We placed our order for food and beer, the beer came at the pace you would expect then our waitress disappeared. We tracked her down about 30 min later and asked about the food. She said they were behind and she wouldn't ask about the status because they would get mad and it wouldn't help but said it should be much longer. Crazy us for not leaving then, another beer and 30 minutes more she said the manager was going to go back and start cooking. 5 minutes later they gave no apologies and we paid for the beers and left without eating. The place was only half full and I should have read the reviews.

Me and my boyfriend are regulars at this BDubs location, but we will NOT be back for dinner. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. Every time we come for dinner, usually around 9:30, they are always moving tables around and vacuuming and getting cleaned up (keep in mind they close at midnight). The chairs are on top of the tables and when we ask for a seat it ALWAYS feels like we are such a hassle. Since we come in later than the dinner rush, there aren't many people, but it does take forever and a day to just order drinks. The waiters and waitresses are either cleaning up or standing in a circle talking. Our order is usually wrong, and they won't come back to the table for 20+ minutes to correct it. I recommend that you stay away from this location for dinner or late night outings. If you are looking for lunch, this location's service is usually quick and pleasant. I don't know if they're more managers that actually care about customer service or what the case is, but dinner is off of the list until something changes.

I come here a lot. The service isn't always great, but it's one of the better places in town to watch games. They like to leave hockey commentary on after the hokey game is over and the playoff basketball game is still going on and that's what the majority of people are here for. You think the management might change the screens to the game everyone is there to watch. It's not always terrible and I know quite a few of the servers do a really good job. The problem is that you don't always get the good ones.

Food took nearly two hours to be served. We were a party of five, so it shouldn't have been too taxing for them to serve us in a more timely manner. The food was adequate...about a half step above fast food. Would not return.

  • Jason G.

The amount of different sauces they carry for the wings is freaking great. I was there with a party of 12 and the waitress we had was very good, no ones food came out wrong or even delivered to the wrong person. Again, the wings were great and very filling. The beer specials were great too. One of the best places I found to watch a football game, the number of tv's they have is quite staggering. Huge fan!!

I went in for lunch on Tuesday. Say at bat and had a wrap And a few beers. Bartender only had two customers and seemed fairly aware when i was getting low on beer. Its a typical bdubs. If you want to watch a game or drink some cold beer its the right place.

Good wings like all BWW, staff was friendly and the place was clean. I will go out on a limb and say "best place to watch football while in Lawton!"

IDK WTF happen to BWW. It is gross or I was always to drunk to notice...great place to go get drunk with your friends but just stopping by for lunch ....not so much! Looking for chic

Thank God for Buffalo Wild Wings! Out here in Lawton for my son's graduation (Army - Ft. Sill). There isn't much out here. What a relief to see a familiar Cali wing and beer joint. Not one of the best, but it was sure just as good as the BWW back home. Waitress we got was great ( Tipped 25%). She was funny and very personable. She made an good recommendation on a flavor we had never thought of trying and it was as good as she said it would be.

We're in Lawton so what else can I say. The only reason why this bar is "ok" is because it is a franchise therefore it is the only semblance of the 21st century. This town is five minutes from the ice ages. I give this places a three only for being open on Xmas day.

A friend and I went to eat and have drinks after a movie and was incredibly unsatisfied. Our server was decent but he also appeared to be busy and the only one constantly working. We ordered fried pickles and boneless wings. Another server brought us our pickles that were burnt. Our server took them back and got them fixed. Our boneless wings did not have enough sauce on them. While we were trying to enjoy our drinks and food I could not help but notice the two tables behind us that were dirty with dishes and the floor all around when we sat down and stayed that way almost the entire time we were there. We went last Friday and they had karaoke. One of the servers was cleaning high chairs but we could hear her slamming the high chairs from across the dining room and over the people doing karaoke. Don't expect much from here.

I am a huge fan of BWW's, however I've had two unrelated lousy experiences at this location the two times that I have been. The food is the same typical fare as any other BWW, but the service is lacking. First time I was in a group of 2 and seemed to be ignored by the wait staff after being seated. The second time couldn't even make it past the hostess booth. We had asked to push 3 tables together to allow seating for 10 people, as is typical standard at just about any establishment anywhere. The hostess needed to check with the manager for permission, and when the manager came over she stated that this would not be allowed because of fire code. She stated that in order to push tables together they must be along the edge of the room and cannot be within the center of the room. As someone who works in an industry that deals with fire codes on a regular basis I let her know that the rule only states that a clear path to the exit must be maintained (which there would have easily been since we would not have been altering the rows of how the dining area is set), but does not require only being along the edge. This seemed to fluster her and she said that we could attempt pushing the round tables together in the bar area, but that was all she would allow. We gave up on reason and went to Mike's Sports Grille where they seemed to have absolutely no problem pushing tables together and provided us with extraordinary service. I'll probably still give the place another go if I'm craving wings and beer in hopes that things will be better, but as for just going to watch a game I will making Mike's the place of choice.

I try to stop at BDubs whenever passing through Lawton. Decor wise, this is a great looking, unique Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, and the wait staff is excellent. I love their wings, chicken tenders, and burgers. BDubs Lawton is easy to get to from the interstate, and is always the place to chill.

Great location in a town with virtually nothing else. Glad it was here

    (5)

It's a chain restaurant. The quality is the same as any other Buffalo Wild Wings. No regional selections, just the same stuff. But it's cleaner than other places in Lawton, so, come here if you like Buffalo Wild Wings. CHEERS.

I can't believe I'm the first review?!? I love the spicy asian. I used to come to this place with buddies to watch football on Saturdays and Sundays. Great sports environment. Cute little waitresses smoking room is seperate from the rest. Good place to hang out and karaoke nights are kick a**.

    (5)
  • Rachelle E.

It depends on the days you go. If you're a smoker, they have a section just for you. it also includes a full bar. Fight nights are the best nights with friends. Beautiful college waiters/waitresses that u don't see often in a little town. Service is slow so prepare to order when you're seated. Don't bring your kids and family. Lots of military personnel take over sometimes mostly by newbie privates. Food is BDUBS standard.

Love this place...and on the kmgz website they have half priced certificates!! Great wings!! Great service!!

    (5)
  • Kelly T.

The place is fun- a good place to grab some wings and a beer while playing trivia. Service has always been pretty good- appetizers and entrees tend to come out at the same time. Food is good, but a bit on the pricey side.

    (4)
  • Jason A.

    Pretty standard bar fare.

    (3)
  • Kat E.

Depending on the time of day, the service can tend to be really slow. Once you order your food, it doesn't take long and you are enjoying one of the best wing places in town. I gave it 3 stars because the service is slow

I will never, ever eat here again. Swung in with my family - spouse and 4 kids for lunch. Just seat yourself. That would be great, if there was a table clean. Finally got seated, drinks delivered 15 minutes later - they were wrong. Ordered... it took over 45 minutes to get our food, and it wasn't anything special. Kids meals and wings. The waitress must have come by 20 different times asking if everything was okay. ?? If what is okay, lady? I don't have any food! When we finally did get our food, most of it was inedible. Not because of spice, but because the food was just nasty. My daughter's shrimp was rubbery and the batter was gross. We ordered 8 different flavors of wings and 5 of them were disgusting. Some, the sauce was so pasty and thick you couldn't even eat it. Others were just not palatable. We will never be back here again. The wings from the local pizza joint were better than these.

  • Atiya W.

I end up in BWW very often. It's my husbands favorite place. The atmosphere is great. It is a good place to catch a game and the karaoke is fun. . As far as the food goes they're not the best wings ever. The sauces are good but the quality of the chicken itself isn't the best. It's somewhat dry and hard. Their signature drinks are good and strong. All

    (3)
  • Patrick M.

I was in town working at Ft Sill and wanted to watch some football. The bar smells like an old ash tray, and I just couldn't get past that. The service was acceptable to good. The wings are nothing special. If you want typical franchise food, you will be ok. Otherwise, I'd find some place else to watch the game.
