I hate to go against popular opinion, but I do not worship at the altar of Chick-Fil-A like everyone else seems to. I've never been that impressed with their food, have often seen dirty tables and floors and have even seen employees leave the mall restroom without washing their hands. That alone is enough to turn me off from eating there.

It has been a joy and a pleasure to introduce so many of my yankee friends to the glories of Chickfila... and when they try and and don't like it, we ostracize them from our group. How fun is that!?!

I'm pretty sure this really is as good as it gets as far as Chick Fil A's go. I wish that it wasn't in the mall, but even thats not really a big deal. They always get your food out very quickly, even when they are really busy. They staff are great! They are all so happy and and nice and very willing to serve you. It's great! The owner isn't a high and mighty either! She gets right there in the middle of the employee's and works right there with 'em, shoulder to shoulder! There is no negative to this Chick Fil A at all!

I absolutely love chick-Fil-A they have the best chicken nuggets hands down the waffle fries are also amazing! the staff is always very nice and fast about getting you your food and up until about a month ago I had nothing bad to say about chick-fil-a but the last couple times I went in there the food quality just hasn't been as good, tasted like my nuggets were either over cooked or had been sitting there awhile. It would also be nice if they had a location outside of the mall.

CFA is my favorite place to eat out in Enid. Connie and her crew do a great job keeping the place clean and the food excellent. I also love the fact that CFA offers a multi-grain bun option for their sandwiches. It would be nice if more restaurants would follow their lead. Customer service is always excellent.

The food is always good, service excellent, clean facilities, and the staff very friendly except for Debbie. She was obviously having a bad day today. I was met with a glare, rude tone of voice and she acted annoyed when my kids stumbled over their choices for their meal. When I misheard something Debbie said, she harshly repeated herself and once again gave a rude glare. She definitely doesn't convey the warm welcome and positive attitude that you expect from Chick Fila employees.

Been there 2 more times since last review. Fries have been better! Even have a dash of salt on them. I continue to be obsessed with the original chic sandwich since I've been 10 yrs old. Fresh flowers on tables are nice touch too. Just leave out the chic sauce so we don't have to beg for and then we would have perfection :-)

Just not the same as other Chicfila. Service is second best, they are spending more time talking to other employees than working. What happened to the smiles and friendliness, and "my pleasures" the happen at other locations.

For years this is the only place my husband would suggest to eat. Sad I know, bc it's fast food. Lucky for me, it's pretty great fast food!! They have the only chicken nuggets I would intentionally eat. They have a great taste to them, I love the batter and it's all real chicken!! Other yummy choices are the Original Chick-fil-a sandwich, the Chargrilled Club sandwich and the Chicken caesar wrap. They have waffle fries (great w/mayo), soups, salads, cole slaw, fruit, ice cream, brownies, and breakfast choices too! We usually spend $6-7 an adult. Our kids love their nuggets as well! This one is located in the Oakwood "Mall", but I heard that it will soon be building a location across from Wal-Mart and will have a playground!! BTW, their playgrounds are clean and there are no tables to eat in there. BUT they have huge windows so u can see your kids and not hear them :) That in itself is a reason to support this business!! Also, this location has great management and very friendly, helpful employees.

Ordered some food from here tonight. Got it to go. Place looks nice since they remodeled. Place was clean and didn't smell of grease. Food was great. Hot and fresh. Our issue is with the staff. Little red head girl running the register was not very friendly and not once said.."thank you" or "have a good night" .... what ever happened to customer service? I think maybe they need an adult working the night shift with all the high school kids to guide them on the correct manner of customer service.

Oh Chick-fil-A, Thank you for plumping up my thighs. Chick-fil-A is one of the greatest glutinous fast food chain pleasures of the south and midwest. Why camp out in a desolate mall though? Are you the only reason people shop there? I would probably visit you more if you had a drive-through. Wait, maybe it's a good thing. I crave spicy chicken biscuits in the morning. Thanks.
