Ron's was recommended by friends, and they were right, these are the best burgers in the greater OKC area. The fresh french fries smell so good, I wanted to help myself to the ones on the next table! We had the Spanish fries with jalapenos and onions, just awesome. The service is excellent, Ron recommended I try the Georgia Sweet Peach tea, I am so glad I did, I will definitely get it again. The hamburgers were just exactly what you expect when you want a hamburger, fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, and delicious. There are other hamburger stores, one even gives you the pedigree for the potatoes used for the fries, but they are not as good as Ron's, and Ron doesn't charge $6 for the same amout. It is a very neat, clean place, nice clean restrooms, and the larger "sunken" dining area makes it more interesting. We will probably become "fixtures" there, and we will be bringing friends! You can't go wrong at Ron's!

Food is always good and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My son doesn't eat much but he always eat most of his burger at Ron's. My husband loves the sausage cheeseburger and we both love the chili.

Where to go for a burger? Tired of the same old fare? Head on over to Ron's and order the Sausage Cheeseburger and an order of Frings (half french fries and half onion rings). But be sure you bring your appetite as the burger is big and the sides are meant to be shared. The blend of sausage and beef makes for a burger like no other in town. (Seriously, where else can you find a burger with ground sausage and beef in town?:) If you're a fan of root beer, be sure to order a frosty mug to go along with your meal. You won't leave here hungry!

I tried their wednesday special triple stack cheeseburger. Wow!! Washed down with peach swee tea. Wow!! Fries were.... well fries. Good, hot. Quick but cooked to order was big plus. Definately be coming back before leaving okc.

Passing time here with the hubby. Waiting to look at a house. I got the sausage chili burger. This the first hamburger that I've had to eat with a fork. I like their chili. The fries were a bit to done for my taste. My husband really enjoyed his Mexican burger.

Ron's does burgers and they do burgers well. The burgers are always cooked through, and the fries are good and plentiful. My wife raves about the okra, and my ultra-picky 4 year old loves the patty melt. No matter what you get to eat, order it with the peach tea. Do not sleep on the peach tea.

Had heard so much about it but never been. When we first walked in we were greeted by the cashier. He was friendly, offered up suggestions when he found out we were first timers, and even brought us out some of the Georgia Peach Tea to sample. I ordered the half-sausage and half beef patty, which was very good, and my wife had the burger that included ham and bacon, which was great (yes, I had some of both). Her favorite were the fried pickle spears. The only negative is since we discovered Ron's there will be a lot more unhealthy eating in my family. Oh yeah, and the guy who was so friendly and great to us? We found out he was the owner. Awesome customer service!

My second visit to Ron's was an adventure in off menu ordering. I came to try their chicken fried steak but couldn't find it on the menu. I was informed by the waitress it was a Tuesday special and not on the menu but could be ordered. I also ordered "frings" a combo of fries and onion rings. The place was crowded so service was sparse. The chicken fried steak was suitably tender and breaded well. The flavor was fine but not remarkable. The freshness of the patty was evident in its texture. The "Frings" were suitably fresh and properly done. Again flavor was not exceptional. The rings were cut to consistent thickness and well breaded. The fries were as my previous visit properly done. All in all I would give Ron's a B- for the combination of freshness and flavor.

I can't believe it took me almost 7 years to finally visit Ron's! It's one of those places that people bring up from time to time & they always say its a good, greasy burger with good sides. I had to go back to work and be somewhat productive so I ordered a Cheeseburger with a side of fries. The regular sized burger was not only gigantic, but was juicy & flavorful. The fries were actually really good to and crispy. Everything seemed cooked to order. The waiter was friendly and got us what we needed when we needed it. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back & trying some of their other larger & greasier options. Probably not the place to go if you're trying to trim calories, but that goes without saying. With so many burger options in the OKC area, it's tough to say which is better. I'm going to need to sample a few more.

Meh....Could've been better in my opinion. I know Johnnies Charcoal Broiler when I taste it... This was the first time that I have ever had Ron's and to be truthful it is very very overly priced and doesn't do a good job of impersonating an original hamburger restaurant. The prices are ridiculous and the food is ok at best. Can't say that I will ever go back here, especially when I used this as my cheat meal..smh

I love Ron's! What is not to like, always good burgers and sides and the people that work there are great people. They know us so well that if I order something different or forget something, they double check to make sure. One of my daughter's favorite places, as well.

Very good burgers! Not my number one favorite but it makes the top 5. I would recommend. First choice is The Cow Calf Hay, second is Old Fashioned hamburgers on May, 3rd Big Eds and then Ron's.

The sausage cheeseburger is unique. It's not something I could eat very often, but it is different. They have fried pickles, which my wife loves. Their regular burgers are good but they don't stand out from any other good burger joint in OKC.
