I ordered corn tacos and they filled my to go order with a couple of wheat/flour tacos. I am allergic to wheat and now will have to endure 10 days of hell over their ineptitude. The Chipotles in CO are SO much better. All around, better quality and more consistent food.

I love this chipotle location! They pack a ton of food on! They are really generous with the portions and the staff is really friendly. I only come back to Edmond once a year for winter break, but I always get chipotle here cause the portions are so much more than the chipotle's in San Francisco! Food-wise, it's the same Chipotle food, burritos, tacos, salads, and burritos bowls. I really like their chicken soft tacos. The roasted corn salsa is also bomb.

This location is SOO much better than the Colorado Chipotle. I especially liked the flour tortillas!

First time eating at a Chipotle. The burritos are better than Qdoba in my opinion. The place is clean and the employees were professional.

Finally! Oklahoma gets a Chipotle! I love this place. Wonderful place to go. Really quick service. Quality Ingredients. Best. Burrito. Ever.

I have to admit that I am a big fan of Chipotle. I had never visited one before so I really didn't know what to expect. It reminded me a lot of Moe's and Qdoba but for some reason, I favor Chipotle over the other two. Out of all of my visits to Chipotle, I have never left disappointed. The service is speedy and prompt, the atmosphere is perfect for a quick meal although I don't really get the industrial-ish theme, and the food is most excellent! My favorite is the corn salsa. It's a bit on the spicy side but it adds the best flavor and texture to my burrito bol. Another strong plus is that they open up until 10 pm. Not many casual restaurants stay open that late and when I'm in the mood, Chipotle hits the spot! Happy eating!

First off, I love Chipotle. This one is no different. I know its a chain, I know people either love it or find a reason to hate it, that's fine. To each their own. This one's food is as good as any other one I've eaten at. The reason I just can't give them 5 stars in good conscience is that they seem to be wildly inconsistent with how much food they give me in each scoop. Like Employee A may ladle rice/steak/salsa/whatever onto your bowl or burrito to the point that the cardboard bowl may rip from the weight, and if you go a week later, Employee B will portion food out like its some recently discovered rare element and they can only give you precisely that amount. Any more and you'll die an uncomfortable death. I totally get that they're probably trained to give you only X amount of this, and X of that, and that the stingy ones are probably newer employees, but...come on now. I've had bowls there that ended up being 2 meals, and I've had some where I felt flat-out ripped off for paying what I did for them. Either way, I'll probably be back for lunch tomorrow. I just hope I get Employee A.

Guacamole, you weakness of mine!! And those salty chips! There are many rumors associated with Chipotle which I do or do not agree with but I sure do keep coming back for those burrito bowls. Grilled veggies and corn salsa are a must. Service is a bit spotty at this location but food sure has flavor. Nice quick Mexican when you're hungry!

A woman once wrote, "I try not to spend too much times at chains."* But sometimes you are in desperate need of a big ol' burrito filled with cilantro lime rice that your replication at home doesn't taste the same as, juicy black beans, delicious pico de gallo, guacamole (which is free on veggie burritos!), cheese, lettuce, and even their interesting take on sour cream. And on top of that, that burrito is prepared quickly and happily by pleasant staff who smile at you and ask you about the band t-shirt you have on. And they even serve beer! I don't care what they say when it comes to quick n'easy food. Chipotle will be the chain that has my heart. *That woman was me on my Yelp Review of Red Lobster on 12/22/13. ;)

I'm a huge Chipotle fan...been to Chipotle's in Milwaukee, Green Bay, WI and Springfield, MO. One of my favorite restaurants - hands down! I've been to this Chipotle in Edmond twice in since I moved here in early June. Both times I've waited 15 minutes when there has been less than 8 people in front of me. Both times the staff has been rude and texting on their phones. Both times they've had to re-wrap my burrito. Tables were dirty, and no ice in the soda machine. Such a disappointment because I LOVE Chipotle. The food tasted less than great, including the barbacoa meet being cold. This location is the complete opposite of the great experience I've had at every other Chipotle.

I don't get the love fest with Chipotle. I know it's a healthier alternative fast food but geez the staff is rude. If they don't want to take the time to explain the various toppings then put a sign in front of the item so I don't feel like I'm intruding on their snobbery. I'll just go back to Taco Bell. At least they don't pretend to be more than a fast food Mexican restaurant.

Best Chipotle around!! They know how to build a generous burrito....too big to roll up! Love it! Keeps me coming back to this one-worth the drive across town. The one by my house is skimpy....a word Chipotle shud never be used w in the same sentence.

I give 5 stars for more than taste. They have committed to try to use no GMO. They have also committed to higher quality of meat where consciousness of how animals are treated that are used in our food. That is impressive. I am sensitive to gluten and MSG and this is a great place where I can eat and not have to recover from MSG hangover. My favorite dish is.., i get child shredded meat qasadia on corn tortilla, then cover with their pico salsa and red hot salsa and sour cream as my side items(instead of rice n beans) , yummy good for about five dollars!!!!!

I am from Colorado and lived just blocks from the original Chipolte. This store lives up to my expectations. Everything is fresh and yummy. They are generous with ingredients with one exception. They are so stingy with the chips. If you order chips and guacamole you will run out of chips before you are done with the guacamole. Wierd.

Can I get a quarter of a star? I realize Chipotle is owned by McDonalds but CRIPES they stuck on service, smiling and order correctness. No one spoke English and being Canadien means no habla anything else worth trying to act out in charades. No tofu, bummer. Over charged, double bummer. 20 minute wait on a Tuesday just because chicky was texting her bff. No excuse and like I've said: just because it's Edmond doesn't give you the right to try sticking it to the customer when you obviously can't deliver or refund.

Drove 20 min out of my way to get some delicious Chipotle. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Employee didn't reply to my "hello!" And to top it all off THEY WERE OUT OF RICE!!! You are a Mexican restaurant! How do you run out of rice and continue to let customers wait in line??? RUDE.

Love me some Chipotle! I've tried tons of other places similar to this style of food and eating and they all still don't compare to Chipotle! It's just all around goodness here!

Love this place. It's always clean. The staff are great and the food never fails to satisfy. You can't go wrong with stuffed burritos and bowls.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
