I love this location so much! It's a little larger than the one off of 33rd street so it's convenient to grab a table and knock out work on lunch hour or in between my classes. The staff here is phenomenal- the nicest from any Chick-Fil-A I've been to, and Chick-Fil-A sets the bar high already. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always prompt. It's a great place to have a meal with friends or do some work on your computer. Also, if you haven't tried the frozen lemonade, you must! It's delicious.

Walked in and unlike every other time walking into chick-Fil-A there wasn't droves of employees battling each other for a spot in line or the last booth. We were, YES THISE CUSTOMERS, that came in with 45 minutes to close. We've all thought why now?! We are sorry. We came in late honestly and truly am. Service was where it always is at the top quick polite and to the point. The only thing that might warrant a little bit of a tweak or a change. We sat there for a few minutes until our order was brought out totally understand if nothing was cooked and what not. Maybe it was my moms order that needed prepping and cooking. But when I went to take a bite I noticed it wasn't the scalding hot sandwich, this made me think the employee to customer ratio and why might it be cold. Didn't stop me I often thought of the customer service disasters that I have been in and I gave it another pass I'd give passes all night long. I enjoy CFA. The only thing that really worried me was I swear it was warm and when I looked at the middle after have demolished the first 1/4 it looked pink surely this can't happen. Everything else was great with the exception of some random guy with maybe some mental issues going on. Oh well guess I we will see tomorrow.

Worse location and management ever on the 2nd street store in Edmond ok!!!!! I would recommend u take a few extra minutes and drive to the 33rd street location in Edmond and get great food and service!!!!! They missed a meal two days ago was denied a replacement in drive thru!! So upset called manager Laura longly which was even more insulting!! She wanted everything but my finger prints to replace a $5 meal!!!!!! So shocking they conduct business this way on their errors!!! Maybe someone upper level will see this and really work on this location management and policies!!!!!!! Called main headquarters hours ago and they left message with that store owner which has made ZERO attempt to contact me!!!! Maybe that's why is store is ran that way!!! Stay away!!

I prefer this Chick fil-a on 2nd street better than the one on 33rd because the employees are more friendly and or more relaxed. Food is always perfect. Food always meets my expectations. The service is above the norm. Very clean restaurant.

What??? Edmond got a chic filet? This town has restaraunts allllll over now. This is good to know, for the next time I am in OK visiting friends. We used to cycle through the same few things when I lived here. Chic Filet would have topped my list! In CA they do free breakfast Friday's. Is that happening here? Check that!

The newest Edmond Chick-fil-a does not fail to impress. The store is clean and the staff are extremely polite and professional. The double drive through is lightning fast (usually less than 2-3 minutes), so don't fear pulling into a 6-7 car waiting line. The playground is awesome for the kids! Be sure to try the spicy chicken sandwich, it's awesome! Stay away from the peppermint chocolate chip shake unless you like consuming over 1,000 calories in a 20oz drink! :o)
