I've been searching for a really good BBQ place that compares to the original Arthur Bryant's in KC...well, Billy Sim's is right up there!! No other place in Oklahoma has such great tasting meat - without any sauce! The pulled pork, brisket & polish sausage were so flavorful! The baked beans, cole slaw, baked potato salad, Texas toast, heck everything, was superb! The wait staff was really awesome, too! Very nice, answered questions & seemed to care about the customers. I'm soooo impressed!!

So good! It's expensive as most good BBQ places are but it is worth it. The BBQ is great. The baked beans are probably the best thing there because they have alot of pork in them. Potato salad is bland. The resturant itslef is small and dirty.

My favorite BBQ joint in this part of town. Great BBQ, great atmosphere, great service, and good prices. I'd like to thank Steve's Rib for being such a bunch of jerks over the years (see my review of them) and forcing me to shop around. These guys do it up right!

We were in town visiting from CA, and was craving BBQ. Thanks to Yelp we found this place and enjoyed a full rack of ribs, a pound of brisket, potato salad, and green beans. The side orders weren't too tasty but the meat, Texas toast, and BBQ sauce was on point!

All you can eat ribs how could you say no! The staff was awesome. They were on point being out ribs and sides! I forgot to mention all you can eat sides as well. I just wish they were in Colorado so I could blaze first. ;)

Not a fan at all of this business. I've been here around the three times hoping that food might one day get better and it never does. The chicken is dry and signature sauce is so bland its ridiculous. The customer service is pretty ok hence the reason why they will get 3 stars but overall I probably wont be back.

Best BBQ besides Kansas City place, Oklahoma Joes. Billy Sims is delish, not fatty, great serving size, sauce a spicy and a sweet, homemade sides. I am picky on bbq, but this never fails to impress me. Get a whole meal way under 10 bucks. O.U. themed (of course) so makes me love the atmosphere even more. Get brisket, pulled pork, its all good!

Great BBQ. Always consistent with very tender rights. The hot sauce has replaced Head and Country in my house. Easy drive-thru and good prices.

I wish we had had the chance to actually try the food. We pulled up to the drive-thru at about 12:45 hoping to order sandwiches for lunch. We sat at the menu board for a few minutes saying "hello?" into the speaker because nobody ever tried to take our order. Thinking it must be broken, we pulled to the window and sat there waiting for someone. There was nobody in sight for several minutes. We waited a little longer, and finally a girl starts coming toward the window. She stopped at the window, turned her attention to a register right there at the window, and she didn't even acknowledge us sitting there! There was another guy in the background that could clearly see us. He also ignored us and walked back in another direction out of sight. The girl continued whatever she was doing right there at the window and completely ignored us, so we drove off and went somewhere else. We were in a full size pickup truck and sitting up at the level of the window. No way she didn't see us. Really disappointing! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Billy Sims may be a controversial Heisman Trophy winner and All-American football star, but he certainly lent his name to a great barbecue joint. The pulled pork and ribs were moist and were perfectly seasoned and the classic sides complemented the meal. Pickles and onions are always a nice touch with BBQ and Billy Sims serves them up readily. The only negative is that all of the memorabilia in the restaurant is only related to Billy Sims. I understand his name is on the building, but how about showing some support to the numerous teammates who helped him throughout his career?

Yep, still really, really good! I will be back every time I am in town. This time I had the BBQ chicken sandwich with a side of mac n' cheese. It was perfect!

Had the three meat combo with pulled pork, chopped brisket and ribs. Ribs and pork were good, but the chopped brisket was the star here. Great smokey flavor and moist, no sauce needed! For sides I tried the Mac n cheese alone with corn on the cob. Corn was great, tastes like it was smoked along with the meat. Mac n cheese was ok, but probably wouldn't order again. Lots of cool OU stuff but they need more of Billy when he was a Detroit Lion!

Prolly the worst BBQ I've ever had. It was so bland and unflavorful, it's just bad, please don't waste your time.

Good food for the whole family. I get my kids the pb&j combo and I get the chicken salad. Always fresh and always good. Awesome customer service as well

Ok food, brisket very salty and a bit tough. I can get a brisket sandwich at the Meat Market that melts in my mouth. Service was great though. Macaroni and cheese was good. I cannot think if anything else. Cleanliness was fine.

I like this restaurant. It is cozy on the inside. The waiters are really great. I order the ribs with potato salad and baked beans and enjoy it. They've also got some of the best pickles anywhere. They even carry packets of lemon juice, yes packets. Great smell when you walk in. Surprised that it's usually empty when I go there.

There are so many BBQ restaurants in the Oklahoma City area but only a handful of them are really what I would consider great BBQ. The reason I put Billy Sim's BBQ of Edmond in that catagory is the quality of their products. There is a difference between a poor quality rack of ribs or brisket, and one of high quality and I can attest to the high quality of their meats. Now take this high quality product and put it in the hands of an experienced smoker who uses the perfect rub to enhance the flavor of the meat not overpower it. This is the final product you receive from Billy Sim's of Edmond. They have a great selection of side dishes and my daughter always asks for extra toast. Their prices are reasonable and their portions are generous.

This is very good BBQ. I love the ribs, they fall off the bone. I always end up getting the four meat combo, because everything on the menu is good. My daughter loves the pb&j. The price is reasonable for what your getting. I highly recommend you try this next time you want BBQ.

I love Billy Sims BBQ. I always get the turkey with provolone sandwich. The turkey is to die for. So moist and delicious. Also, the okra and potato salad is good as well as everything else.

Good & fast BBQ. I've had better BBQ, but the quick service makes up for it.

Exceeded expectations. Try the Triple 20 sandwich - Pulled pork (that the dude pulled right in front of me) with sauce, slaw, and provolone. My only complaint was no fries and I wish Billy would have shut-up at the Heisman this year...and that is coming from a Sooner fan.
