I had never been to a Lone Star, but I've seen them all over the country. This first visit was solid, right at my expectation for a mid to low end steak house. If Texas Roadhouse and Outback Steakhouse had a baby it would be Lone Star to the letter. This location has a strong barkeep, service was very good. Food was meh. If your expecting Ruth Chris, you're in the wrong place, but for the $$$, it's a decent steak. My salad was grossly over-dressed and that is my only complaint. That said, I'd come back and I would recommend to any of my red-necked Oklahoma brethren.

Super friendly staff. Steak was on point. Service was fast and there was no rush for us to leave. The place was clean. Prices were good for the quality of steak. I'll definitely be going back.

Nice bar! the pomegranate margarita is fabulous. service was Johnny on the spot. I didn't try any food as I was just real thirsty and needed a really good cocktail. I'm definitely coming back when in Tulsa again.

Disappointing for a usually solid brand. We have been frequent customers at many Lone Star Steakhouses across the country, and they are generally very good. Our experience on a Friday night was not up to their usual standards. We were taken aback when, on a Friday night at 6:30, we were able to get a table almost immediately. That should have tipped us off. The service, while very friendly, was pretty inattentive and slow, but not what we would categorize as poor. It was simply below average and certainly not what we anticipated when selecting Lone Star. The Bourbon Glazed Salmon was a good portion, but was unfortunately under-cooked and cool in the center, which is scary with seafood. The side of broccoli that was originally forgotten must have been cooked in a rush, because it was cold and too crisp for steamed broccoli. The garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. Overall, this was not enough to say that we would never return. But, we might consider an alternative, and not make Lone Star a first choice.

Wow!!! From the moment we hit the first set of doors we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The hostess asked us our name? Puzzled but she explained that they like to make it a personal experience. We were seated in the bar areas with Joe. He is by far the best server we have ever had, anywhere! He called us both by our names the entire time. That is something you don't get anywhere else! The manager came by Amanda to make sure everything was perfect! She was very pleasant and her staff were all having fun! Just being there made me feel pampered and young again! The Filet and shrimp were delicious and grilled perfectly! Thank you Lone Star Steakhouse for creating a raving fan!! I wasn't even on YELP but I felt compelled to tell whomever I can how AMAZING our experience was!!

When asked by someone from another country years ago to take them to "somewhere with Texas/Oklahoma food", I had a few options. I ended up heading to Lone Star Steakhouse for a couple of reasons: the menu had some creative and diverse options (the could get steak, I could get chicken... and seafood even), the service had always been great, they serve up some great mixed drinks and... it was convenient and close-by. Ultimately, I have to say something has changed about this place in the last three years (or so). Overall quality has dropped in both service and food. While I still think they have some delicious steak fries that deliver, burgers and chicken dishes are forgettable. Ah, but it's a steakhouse. You come for the cuts of meat, of course. In the past, I never experienced trouble getting delicious steaks. I'm not exactly a steak eater, but I know a good cut of meat. In my past two visits, the steak was severely undercooked... On one visit, the waiter frustratedly agreed, noting this had been happening all night. When the steak returned to our table, it had any life and juice mercilessly charred away, sentiments of the chef I suppose. It's an entirely fine place to dine. I'll probably be returning. But for my foreign friend, their feelings sum it up: I hope this isn't the best Tex food there is.

This is one of my go-to places in Broken Arrow. The menu has a variety of choices from steals to salads and sandwiches. The food is always good and prepared the way I ask. The service is excellent the staff works together to make sure you are taken care of. I especially like their hamburgers, salads, steaks and brownie dessert. Rolls are awesome as well. The prices are higher than some nearby chains, but you get what you pay for in most cases. Definitely 5 stars.

They've got pretty good food. I love their steaks. But, the last time I visited them, our waitress forgot about us. It was a huge disappointment, because we were frequent customers. We sat there for all of my husband's lunch hour waiting for our food and we had to have it taken to go. The worst part is, the restaurant was practically empty! Haven't been back since
