By far the best steak in town. Never been disappointed eating there. The shrimp cocktail and crème brûlée was amazing.

The best meal in town. While this is a small place, the location is easy to access and the service is good. Decent selection of steaks, and the crab cakes are good, too. They were also able to serve some horseradish sauce with their steaks--which is a BIG plus for me. A good wine selection (for Oklahoma). Can be a bit pricey compared to other establishments nearby, but if you want one good meal during the week, go here.

I wouldn't recommend this place, I have been there thrice and all three times they messed up my steak. I ordered crab cakes and they had fish in them. The waiters very friendly and helpful but food is what counts.

Food is okay (one of the best in Bartlesville), but overpriced. The service is what makes going to this restaurant miserable though. I haven't been able to get out of there in under 2 hours. I would recommend ordering an appetizer just to distract you from how long you have to wait to get your entree.

Sterling's is a semi-upscale steakhouse in Bartlesville. I've been for dinner and had their excellent sunday brunch several times. The dinner service was very good. The menu has a full slate of steakhouse fare and a decent wine list. The brunch service was good, even with a large group. Nothing off the scale great, but a nice place to go and get a steak dinner.

Great meal last week. I had an excellent, perfectly cooked chicken piccata with mashed potatoes, and it was juicy and tasty. The salad to start was just a salad, but it was fresh, on a cold plate, and very nice. Nice atmosphere, nothing fancy or hip, but quiet enough that we could hole a conversation with no trouble, which we enjoyed. Our beverage service was a slow, mostly because we were there early on a Friday, and the bar was packed for happy hour.

We ate Sunday brunch - what a treat! It was a wonderful mix of breakfast and Lunch options, with an omelet bar and freshly carved (wonderful) prime rib. Service was impeccable. Would love to give it 4.5 stars, but that wasn't an option.

Had an excellent steak here, cooked perfectly rare as I requested. That was about the extent of the positivity I can muster because if I end up in this parking lot again, I'm going next door for BBQ at Dinks.

This is a VERY solid four stars ... Five stars on Yelp means "as good as it gets." Sterlings is the only place we've eaten at in Bartlesville, so we don't know for sure whether it's as good as it gets in this town ... but it's pretty darned good. At our table, orders included Chicken Piccata, a 12 oz. NY Strip, grilled salmon, and a kids order of chicken fettucini alfredo. Everything that came to our table was very good. It was cooked properly, tasted fresh, and met our expectations. Okay, so it may not be to the level of a super high end steakhouse that you'd find in Dallas or Houston, but it's very good. We couldn't complain about any of it. Equally important to us, the service was fantastic. Our host was incredibly gracious, and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She even gave us a few recommendations on things to do while we were in town. All in all it was a very good dining experience. We would definitely return.

Every small town has a restaurant like this: stuck in the middle between bar food and upscale, succeeding at neither. I had shrimp scampi, and while I should have been ready for a buttery dish, I was not prepared for nausea inducing pools on the plate and oily drops flowing from each noodle as it clung to the fork. The soup du jour with prime rib was almost good enough to justify this restaurant's existence. Almost.
