Our server Missy was extremely friendly and very attentive. She made us feel right at home. It was a welcome change coming from the usual mediocre and impersonal service one normally receives in the big city. She never allowed our drinks to drop below half a glass even on a busy Saturday which was Valentine's Day. The food arrived very timely as well. Pros: Sliced Brisket and Ribs were meaty, tender, and flavorful. Mac n Cheese, Green Beans, Corn, and Potato Salad were all very tasty. Cons: Sausage was bland and disappointing. It seemed like it was pulled out of a Hillshire Farms wrapper. It was too mushy and lacking in spices normally found in good Texas-style BBQ sausages. Overall a very good dinner. Good sausage would bump up the rating to 4.5 stars.

Tasty BBQ and it was near my hotel at the Fairfield Inn. Good service and decent prices. Huge portions sizes, though. So come hungry.

Service is so-so - my server didn't particularly pay attention to the fullness of my beverage and I had to flag her down. Ribs were sub-par. Very disappointed, barely any smoke flavor, little seasoning. They did come off the bone readily, but they were a bit dry and overcooked. The sauces were acceptable. I'm not normally a fan of Carolina style sauces, but that was my favorite. I couldn't tell much difference between hot and mild. The coleslaw was really good. The other sides, I could have done without. Overall, I don't have any plans to go back, and I don't know that I'd recommend the place.

After the rather horrifying experience we had at Dink's, Rib Crib rather saved the reputation of Oklahoma BBQ for this Texan. Yum yum ribs with great sauce. Super fall of the bone tender. Not like how I needed to use a fork and a knife to get any meat, like I had to do at Dink's. The sides were pretty standard. It was the awesomeness of the ribs that left our experience so refreshing. A special note in here is needed for the cobbler sundaes. So yummy. Despite the fact they are mostly likely pre-made somewhere else. I have a severe cinnamon allergy so I asked if any of the cobblers were made with cinnamon. Well the waitress came back with the response "the package ingredients just says spices." I don't think Grandma's recipe comes in a package. So a little disappointed in that. In a place with a good home town feel I expected a little more. The service was much more stellar than I have experienced anywhere else here. I think it's more of a culture clash. We Houstonians are used to a little faster pace and more attentiveness. With the huge influx of people that come from Houston on business, you would think it would effect the waiters just a little more.

Got the ribs, FALL OFF THE BONE good but you had to add your own sauce...mashed potatoes and cowboy beans were great too. Cute little place to get nice big portions

Normally when I see a rib place advertise 'Award Winning Ribs' my BS radar kicks in. I always want to ask 'What award? When? So driving through Bartlesville after the dinner hour on a Wednesday I figured what da hey, I gave them a shot. Only other options would be Mickey D, Sonic or Subway. I think I would give them an award. I had St. Louis style original. I like the ribs dry rubbed and I can drag them through sauce later. Oh Yeah! Nicely seasoned and cooked just enough to crisp the outside yet they weren't dried out and tough. Melt in the mouth. The bowl of beans was delicious as well, nice chunks of smokey bacon. Service was great, they keep the place clean. One trick I learned a long time ago - check out the restroom. If they can't keep that clean what does that say of the kitchen? Normally I don't order dessert, but the meal was done right so I thought why not. The fudge brownie and ice cream was soft and spot on. My only complaint is they don't have real butter. But this is Oklahoma (no one has real butter here) and I am from Wisconsin. Oh. And white bread, but that too is a southern thang. I'll forgive them. I'll be back.

All-time favorite place for pork ribs. I try to work it out when I'm visiting my parents in a nearby town to be there over a Tues so I can go for their all-you-can-eat rib night. Great sides and great service!

Had the dry rubbed ribs and potato salad. Potato salad was at best average, the dribs were overcooked and the seasoning not all that great.

Everybody's hating on Rib Crib for no good reason. It is a chain restaurant. Thusly everything is tested in a test kitchen before it is brought into the restaurant. And yes, somedays their can be major flubs but I've been to this establishment several times and it's yummy.

I expect good BBQ in OK. This is not good BBQ. I got ribs and brisket. They have several sauces on the table. The ribs were really dry and overcooked. The brisket was also dry and didn't really taste like anything if it weren't for the added sauces. The service was good and the waitress was really nice.

OK, I like the food here... a lot. They have GREAT burgers, brisket, and I love the smoked chicken salad. I also like the laid back atmosphere and the staff. I just have one caveat. Don't EVER go through their drive-thru. If you're a glutton for punishment and have to discover for yourself, don't attempt the drive-thru without a cell phone and their phone number. Four times out of four I have had to call in to get my food while waiting at the window. The last time, even after calling, no one bothered to come to the window. I finally left five minutes later, and haven't been back since. I hope this will save you some frustration. If it weren't for the drive-thru, I would have given it 3 stars.
