They were slammed on rainy Saturday morning - forgot my sandwich. We reminded them via drive through so they comped it. Not bad ...long wait though

I love driving through Ardmore to OKC and knowing there's a reliable Starbucks on my route. This is a standard Starbucks, a standalone with a drive-thru, it's always clean, and the employees are always sweet and quick. The bathrooms are large and not like traditional Starbucks bathrooms (at least the women's), it has two stalls rather than a single toilet, which is nice, and a baby changing station - not a bad feature for those coffee/tea lovers with babies! There's nothing particularly special about their drink/food offerings, typical Starbucks fare, but that's all well and good for a Starbucks. Consistency is key.

This is a perfect little place to stop on the way home from Dallas, especially if you need a clean bathroom, caffeine and/or a little snack, but don't also need an actual gas station. As they continue to add more of the new snack foods (like protein boxes, fruit and cheese, fresh juices, etc) I'm sure it will prove to be one of the healthiest snack stops on I-35. One great thing about Starbucks: it certainly is consistent. The staff here was fast and efficient, and my drink was perfect. Restrooms proved to be clean and well-stocked. My heart went out to the kids being tutored in Algebra II. Just listening to them for a minute while I waited for my drink to be made me feel bad for them.

WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE EVER. Sat. Am 45 minutes. We are traveling and really needed the stop for coffee. Weather today has us concerned and little choice but to wait for our breakfast and drinks. No apologies from cashier on the wait. The barista wouldn't make eye contact. Getting back in car with food and drinks, the sandwich was not cooked fully- center frozen. Something was very wrong there today- Good luck.

Store was a little busy, but the line was very slow. Took 10 minutes to order and another 10 plus minutes to get a large ice coffee. The men's room was dirty and there were no paper towels to dry hands with.

30 minutes in the drive thru? For one drink. Three cars in front of me. So slow. Didn't get what I ordered. Wanted an iced caramel latte got a caramel macchiato. Blah!!

Very busy for Christmas Eve, bathrooms unattended and without toilet paper, extremely long lines as understaffed. Unimpressive!

I love my coffee... unfortunately... I am the only one in my family that drinks it!! This store is a lifesaver!!! The staff is always on point in providing that "third place" experience for all of their customers. I really dig the atmosphere.

What can I say, its a Starbucks, you are expected to get Starbucks experience. However, I felt to write a review because it was the only coffee shop that I knew that was open past 5pm!

The people that work there are really nice and the place is always busy. There's lots of seating including tables and couches but sometimes not enough parking. I was told I could park in the parking lot of the burger place next door and not get towed which worked out fine. Great place to get some studying done since it's not too loud.

Great location right off I-35N. Incredibly clean. But I will say that every other location I've been to.. when I have a cup where I've obviously been to a Strbx in that day and have a gold card - I get a free refill. But apparently, here... you have to have been parked in the "lobby" prior to the refill. Kinda crappy as, listen here Miss Red Hair, I drop a lot of money at Starbucks on a daily basis... it doesn't hurt your pay check. Steps off soap box. I will say that the double stall bathroom... does make it easier for a weary traveler in need of a poddy break.

Star fizzle is the happening spot even in Ardmore America aka Oklahoma. As an Okie I'm proud to see such fine establishments outside the metroplex. Starbucks is located off of exit 31 on I-35. Equipped with caffeine, Wi-Fi and clean restrooms one can twit, facebook, and take care business at the same time! So frap-a-lious good. I commend CEO Howard Schultz for taking over Starbucks again and bringing Starbucks to rural Oklahoma!

This Starbucks in Ardmore is totally the bomb-digity! I was there everyday I was in Ardmore--they even remembered my name and my drink, and was super helpful with having my oatmeal & coffee ready in the morning before XTERRA Red River. I told the staff the night before right before they closed, and they had it ready in the morning. I just walked in, paid, and left. It was perfect--race mornings can be hectic w/ lack of time--this made things very effecient for me. Super awesome baristas and management at this Starbucks!

The morning of February 26th 2014 around 9am, it was my birthday & I was headed to OKC from my lake-house when I pulled into this Starbucks for a cappuccino as I normally have for years now. The last few cappuccinos I had previously gotten from this location were not made well, had way too much milk, no froth, & tasted like hot milk with only a slight coffee flavor. When I got to the window, I tasted my coffee b4 I drove off this particular morning. Again, it was not made well, so I told the dude at the window that it had too much milk that it was not made well & to either make me a whole new coffee with less milk & froth or add a shot simple enough right? Wrong. The dude started to argue with me about the coffee & tell me that it WAS made correctly & I didn't know what I was talking about. Then I said look dude, for the past several times you have made the cappuccino wrong. Every other place in OKC doesn't make them this way either & I'm from NYC, I know what a cappuccino is suppose to taste like. He started yelling at me, told me that all the other Starbucks were making them wrong & I was stupid! That if I didn't like the way it was made I don't have to come back! Then I say look dude, the customer is always right. I don't like the way you made this cappuccino & I want another one made correctly or add some espresso to this messed up "hot milk" I don't care what you do, I will drink this one instead of you throwing it away I don't care but I don't want "hot milk". Then this lady comes over & the two of them start yelling at me at the same time! They ganged up on me saying the cappuccino WAS made "Correctly" & I don't know what I am talking about, that I'm a lier, a stupid crazy lying idiot! That if I don't like it don't come back! I said fine! I won't come back! He says I'm sorry...& I cut him off & I said "yup I'm sorry too!" They realized they had really upset me at this point. I then say, fighting back tears, "I don't want this cappuccino, do what you like with it. I don't want it." I thought they would just refund me but the lady snatches the cappuccino out of my hand & says just give her more espresso in it she just wants a free shot all cocky & smart ass like. Then she hands the coffee to the guy & as he is walking back to the coffee machine area I heard him call me a crazy bitch under his breath. She handed me back the same "hot milk" with a extra shot which was now a latte & I said, "I know what the protocol is here, your never suppose to argue with a customer, call them names or curse at them, your five stars just went to a one & I won't be back." She just starred at me she didn't know what to say at that point & I drove away in tears. That day was my b-day & that evening I left for vacation. Since that day I have not been back to any Starbucks, I will never again, till my last breath, go to any Starbucks for any reason in any state, nor will anyone in my entire family for treating me so disrespectfully over a $3.00 coffee. I will be sending a copy of this review & statement to the regional manager & store manager with a copy of my receipt.

Stood in line while an employee talked to two customers for ten minutes and made no attempt to help. The two customers turned out to be employees who got their drinks I. A timely manner

This location is very convenient because of its proximity to the highway. Hence, it is almost always busy. I've been here multiple times over the past 4 years and while its busy a lot of the time, they have never once messed up my drink and the baristas are always very friendly and quick. Clean restrooms too. Nice stop along 35.

This Starbucks is always my pitstop when I travel from Dallas to OKC. It's conveniently located on the east side of I-35 right off the highway. The bathrooms are always clean and available. The coffee is pretty standard for Starbucks and the baristas are most pleasant.
