I was a little disappointed when I picked up a cherry pie. Upon carrying it to the car, there was so much liquid I was not warned about it spilled all over my coat. It tastes fine but has a little odd aftertaste. It's got the tartness that I crave and the crumb on top is mighty tasty.

Awesome Place! I had the Chocolate Cream Pie and it was amazing. I also tried the samples of the quiche and they were also excellent! Try this place if you like Pie and you have problems if you don't like pie!

Bacon maple pie........mmmmmm. I'm in food heaven. This place has been open for about two months and is the sister store of the one in Fairview. Walk into the store and you immediately start salivating. It's clean and minimal with the pies being the main attraction. There's samples of almost every single kind. I had about six pie and quiche samples in about five minutes. I apologized to the sweet worker and was told to keep eating. Don't mind if I do. They only use all-natural ingredients and 100% sweet butter and it's obvious. The crust was flaky, buttery not too sweet. They had bags of leftover crust sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar for 2 bucks by the register. I ate those on the car ride home. Back to the bacon maple pie. Like a super intense pecan pie with thick pieces of bacon mixed in. The cherry pie was tart and semi-sweet. Just the way I like it. I will definitey be back and hopefully soon.

This shop makes excellent pie! The crust is always flaky and buttery and I appreciate that they use locally produced free range eggs and organic milk in their pies. Their lunch special is a great deal: 1 savory hand-held pie and one sweet hand-held pie for only $5! I always get the quiche Lorraine and it is always great. Definitely worth the drive!

Unfortunately most of the fruit used is frozen. When there is a bounty of fresh fruit locally I don't know why frozen would be used except for price and convenience. The apples used are not typical apples used for baking (MacIntosh) so therefore they are lacking in flavor when baked. The cream pies leave a weird aftertaste. The pub pies are dry. I really wanted to like them. The only saving grace is the quiche but they are quite pricey.

I randomly stopped into this pie place when it was in Fairview Park and have remained a fan and loyal customer after their move to Westlake. The staff has always been friendly and nice. Their fruit pies are excellent - our favorite is the Triple Berry! Once a baker gave me a pie right out of the oven because I was going to a party and couldn't wait much longer for it to cool. The party hosts were thrilled I showed up with a fresh baked pie!

Excellent pie. I (almost) passed it off as home made but I got hold of myself and touted Gray House pies to all my friends. Mixed berry pie as good as it gets and perfect for a summer evening. Like the smaller size option although I'm sure we could have eaten the leftovers, no problem.

I didn't even know this place was here in Westlake. I enjoyed the quiche pie we got. I love all the fresh ingredients used. I definitely want to try it again, but haven't had a chance. I would definitely recommend!

Gray House Pies is a real Cleveland gem! I met them initially at the Waterloo Arts Festival and the North Union Farmer's Market. After enjoying a number of their pies (the Sunshine Moonshine, Drunk Cherry, and Key Lime are easy favorites!) we chose Gray House to supply the dessert for our wedding. Gray House's homemade pies are what you would make at home - from-scratch ingredients! For the key lime pie, they make their own graham crackers for the crust! You might miss Gray House's nondescript location in a strip mall in Westlake, but it's worth looking for! When you pop into the shop, they have additional goodies du jour (scones, short bread, etc.) that are a must-try! Our wedding was a small affair (35 people) and the 10 pies we ordered we nearly all eaten. Afterward, the pie was one of the things people most raved about! Thank you to Gray House Pies for a great experience - on our wedding day and beyond!

I gave them one star because the people seem nice but the pies are terrible. We got a caramel apple and a chocolate cream. Both were bad. The caramel apple the crust was tasteless and not flaky like a good pie crust should be. The apples were undercooked and the filling tasted pasty like. The chocolate cream was a little better but still disappointing. The filling tasted like a boxed pudding mix and the whip cream was tasteless and boring. Not light and fluffy with a hint of sweetness like typical whip cream. The crust tasted like a store bought Oreo crust and was very crumbly. We shelled out almost $30 for this garbage. Never again. If you want better pie...just by a frozen one. Its actually better than Greg House.

5-stars all the way! Fruit pies are simply perfection and the cream pies are oh-so tasty. I'd recommend eating them the same day, if not immediately (and why wouldn't you?). But seriously, the crust does suffer substantially by day 2. Enjoy, my friend!

Stopped by on our way back to Chicago on a day when they were closed. When they heard we were from Chicago, they opened up just for us!! Such nice people and such awesome pies!! Loved the blueberry and apple. Will definitely stop by on our next trip to Buffalo. They made customers for life!!
