Twice now my salad was disgusting! The lettuce was brown and wilted. I've never had this problem at any other Panera! It was almost as if they gave me the rest of someone else's salad as not only was everything wet and soggy the box was half full...twice. We will be going to a different store from now on.

Three words: Macaroni. And. Cheese. Great location, not unreasonable pricing. Love the classical music in the background.

I love Panera, but one thing bothers me about them - they don't disclose everything that's in their dishes. Case in point - I met a client today for a . business lunch and ordered the oriental chicken sesame salad. Gorgeous salad, generous portion, etc. However, the dressing has Splenda in it, which I am horrifically allergic to. I can't be the only one! Please, Panera, make these things known!

One of the better Panera's i've been to across the country. The spacious dining room makes it a no brainer to make the "dine in" option an easy choice. They have one of the biggest bakery selections I've seen compared to other locations. This would be a great place for any local businessmen or women to hold meetings if they are in the area. The outdoor seating gives you a nice option to enjoy the beautiful weather Westerville has in the spring, summer, and fall months. The dining room can get jammed up sometimes due to the local shopping center traffic. If you get there early enough you will have no problem in fighting the lunch time traffic. This business will continue to thrive in Westerville and am glad because this is a great location for the locals of Westerville and Genoa Township!

It's been a long time since I visited a Panera Bread restaurant. This used to be one of our "go-to" places when traveling on business. It was always quick and convenient and was a good choice when traveling with others since everyone could find something they liked on the menu. Anyways - I digress - suffice it to say I was overdue for a trip to Panera. First I'd like to give Panera a BIG THANKS for the offer of a free lunch to veterans on Veteran's Day. This offer is actually what enticed me back into a Panera. THANKS from ALL THE VETERANS. My wife has always been a big Panera fan and she's happy that I've given it another try and that she can now get me to go to Panera. This is a place where you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table (fast casual). We both like to order the 1/2 sandwich with either the soup or salad - usually depending on the weather - soup for cold weather and salads for warmer weather. Panera offers a wide variety of sandwiches on a variety of fresh baked breads - remember "bread" is their specialty and they do an excellent job in the bread department. Great place for a very satisfying bowl of soup with a sandwich or a salad and sandwich.

I was looking for a place to study like Starbucks, but couldn't find one and had to suffice with Panera here. I'm so glad that I did!! Awesome customer service so far! I walked in to study for a few hours; so I ordered the frozen caramel with double shot espresso and sat down. I had to use the wi-fi, but there was something wrong with it. It would appear on the wi-fi list but couldn't connect at all. Normally it connects first and then asks you to "join" the network via Panera's website. So I asked one of the clerks about it and she asked her manager. The manager came over and said that he would reset his router. After the router was reset, it was fine! I was able to connect to it. Normally, most restaurant managers do not know anything about their wi-fi, but not here. They know their system very well! I bet you half the restaurant owners don't know how to reset their wi-fi. Anyways, I know I only had a drink but the customer service here is awesome and am very pleased so far. It's gonna be a good day!

Clean, friendly staff, great food. My only complaint is the egg soufflés and quinoa oatmeal should be served all day.

I go to Panera when I'm feeling like a healthy lunch. The soup and salad combo is my favorite. It's a little pricy and its a franchise but I can't hold that against them. The fireplace is cozy and baked goods tease me every time I visit. The Turkey Chili is low fat and delicious.

there seems to be confusion at central ohio panera stores re: how to slice bread, which is weird because the bread is sliced by a machine. the human involved only needs to pull a lever. and yet, at this particular location, management does not seem to have a firm grasp on the difference between "sliced" and "ripped to shreds as if clawed at by rabid raccoons". which is weird because The Bread Is Sliced By A Machine. okay. so. in the unfortunate event you find yourself at this shitshow, ask for your sliced (and fuck if I'm not being generous) loaf (assuming there is bread because central ohio panera BREAD stores run out of bread on a regular basis) in a freezer bag. find something to do for the fifteen minutes it will take for the MANAGER to Pull A Lever and place the shreds of dough in a bag. I suggest calf lifts but really, choose anything you can do standing because this place is so goddamn dirty, you can't actually touch anything. a teenager swabs the table tops with a dirty damp rag periodically which is weird because WHY BOTHER). okay. so you've burned some calories or read two chapters of the brothers karamazov and, in a couple more minutes, you'll be handed your sack of nonsense. do not get overly upset when you arrive home and realize you just spent legal tender on bread that is somehow reverting back into the yeast dough it once was. repeat a mantra to remind yourself you're in a safe place, convince yourself this was all intentional and in the interest of advancing science, and aren't you glad you didn't touch anything so you don't have to burn your clothes and buy lice shampoo? you're welcome.

A friend suggested we meet here for lunch and I agreed. I like the food at Panera, and the cozy atmosphere, but it just isn't my first, second, or third choice of places to eat because there are so many other better places for lunch. I walked in at 12:30, there was no wait to order, I placed my order and paid, then found a seat (there were only a a couple of available tables since they were quite busy) to wait for my friend. The food was very quick, delivered before my friend arrived. Very tasty tomato & mozza panini, with very tasty broccoli & cheese soup that came with a chunk of bread for dipping. They give you cups if you just want water to drink and there are lemon slices available. All good. Reasonably priced.

I thought, why don't I review all of the Panera locations? So this is the third or fourth one and it was just as good as the others. It's in a new building in a very large shopping center in the north end of Westerville. I had a 1/2 of a ham & swiss sandwich which also contained lettuce, tomato and onion on a couple of slices of very good bread. Along with that I had a bowl of their chili which had largish pieces of steak in it and a moderate amount of beans. It also had crumbled corn bread on top. Very good. And based on Lindsay's recommendation, I had an order of macaroni and cheese. Also very good. After finishing all that, I really didn't have room for dessert. And the price for all of it was $12.38. A pretty good deal.
