Cool place. Decor is top notch. Woodwork is the best I've ever seen in an eatery. Food is pretty good, but it just opened, so I'm sure they're still getting their legs underneath them. Worth checking out for sure. So glad someone finally redid the building and put a solid business in. I hope they flourish! I've only been once and had the Italian Panini and it was good, not mind blowing, but good. I'm a little nervous at how similar it is to Jimmy V's across the street- I hope they develop a bit more to stand out and find a niche.

Nice build out but very limited menu. Except for two salads it's all carbs. Wife ordered some kind of Lemoncillo martini that tasted like it was all Lemoncillo. So many ingredients on the menu why not offer more entrées like a protein and a vegetable?

Super delicious. Loved the Greek salad with salmon on top. It was perfectly cooked. My husband enjoyed the gyro and the taziki was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Kind of a miss on the entire concept. I'm not really sure what they were shooting for here. Not really a bar and not really solid Greek food. Fast food for the college crowd and not really a family place. A bunch of college kids running fryers. No table service for food or drinks in this combo bar/kinda cramped place. You wait for a table, sit, pick your food, get in line, get a drink and then wait at your table for the food to arrive. If you want a drink from the bar you push your way up, buy it and then take it back to your table. This strange process was not well explained so the entire experience was sort of a mystery until the end. The food is good but not great. Portions are decent and staff is pleasant. They are missing out on larger sales by not having servers. Kinda silly to make you wait in line and then have the nerve to look for a tip. Will Westerville ever get a truly great restaurant? I'm not sure but I am sure this ain't it.

To quote Sheldon Cooper "This might be my new Tuesday place." Honestly it would be good for any night. This place is the perfect blend of elegant and friendly. My wife and I had the Opa appetizer and were almost too full to eat anything else. Except the spanakopita. And maybe a piece of baklava. Thanks Kim for the kitchen tour. We shall return.

My wife and I decided to try Westerville's newest eatery since we both had heard a lot of positive chatter about it. We were not disappointed. The staff-although new and in training-was very friendly and helpful. Portions were large and reasonably priced. After we placed our order at the register, we were served at our table in ten minutes. The food was hot, artfully presented, and very good in terms of ingredient quality and flavor. My wife was very pleased with her Greek salad and chicken gyro. My huge bowl of Venus Shrimp Pasta in lemon butter garlic sauce was outstanding with several large shrimp. The decor-a bit on the rustic side-was quite attractive and comfortable. The snazzy center bar will undoubtedly become a popular after hours destination. All in all, a very enjoyable first-and certainly not last-visit.

We took our kids to Koble for lunch Saturday afternoon. While they were doing a nice lunch business, we did not lack for personal attention from the servers and even the manager stopped by to see how things were. I had a chicken gyro and it was amazing. We also sampled the Italian & chicken Panini, my 3 year old couldn't get enough of the Italian one, it was so good! The chicken and pasta and chicken tenders off the kids' menu were so good and very generous portions. We loved the bar and we will be back for an adult night out for sure!

First time here. I don't like that you have to order from the window but I get it. I love the fancy pour your own soda machine. The bar is awesome and the front windows open up. The food is basic Greek bar food but tasty. The Greek chicken salad was awesome. Very fresh. The chicken lemon soup was bland and looked high in calories. I'll update the next time I visit.

Hey man, the food is pretty good, the place itself is nice if not just a bit schizophrenic, and I'm not some doofus stick-in-the-mud who is bothered by having to order food at a counter, but you know, this place has a townie vibe that is so thick I could slather ribs with it and sell them to pigs. Does that make sense to you? I think I might be mixing metaphors but whatever. The bad: my greek salad died a thousand deaths by drowning in the amount of dressing that it contained and we really laid down some drachmas or lira or Kroner Notes for a relatively simple lunch. The good: R's Gyro (it's pronounced Guy-Row there fella) was really good by her account, and the spicy feta was awesome. I'm pretty sure we'll be back.

We've visited Koble twice in its first week, once just my husband & I, once with a party of 7, including two children. The decor is very nicely done with a centralized bar, and a number of both small & large tables. At our first visit, we shared the pita app & chicken panini with fries. The food was very good, but a lesson learned was to order app first, then go back to order meal. Otherwise, everything is served at the same time. App was served on paper plate, which seemed odd but that changed with second visit. At our second visit, again all of the food was very good. My husband and I shared a jumbo chicken gyro this time and it was delicious. Three issues across our group: house specials were not available due to some delivery problems, they ran out of hummus, the eggplant roll ups were not hot. I consider these new restaurant growing pains that will not stop me from returning. The people in our group who tried the bar were also happy with the quality and price of the craft beer. We have not tried the desserts yet, but they look delicious in the case! We recommend finding a table near the front windows rather than the middle. When the restaurant is full, people hover around the middle waiting to snap up a table being vacated. (Having a host/hostess might help.) Suggestion for the owners: have menus available closer to the door for people to review while in line to make ordering decisions before they get to the register. Overall, we are fans of Koble and will definitely return. This is a great addition to Uptown dining, with delicious food and very affordable pricing.

Friday night dinner, food was great but we thought it was loud. Not a fan of the process of being led to a table then you get up to stand in line to place your order, then you stand in line to get your drinks.. The food was delivered hot to our table though. give it a try.

New restaurant. Not bad. Just starting up so working the bugs out. Of concern using paper plates as main dining cookware. This is too nice of a place to use that. I hope they correct. Soups need a little tweak. No list for the craft beers on tap. We had the spicy gyro which was very good. I tried the smelts. Jimmy V's are better. I'm hoping they correct cookware and food issues. It has a lot of potential

Delicious Greek food in a beautifully appealing space. I have eaten at Koble four times -- almost since it opened -- and the menu keeps expanding and the food gets even more delicious each time. Added to that, the prices are surprisingly reasonable. We've had the lemon potatoes ($2.50! -- less than a cup of coffee), the eggplant, the octopus, and the Spanakopita. They are all tasty, but the octopus is the best I've ever had. Anywhere. It's tempting to say that Koble stands out in Uptown Westerville -- and it does -- but it would stand out anywhere in Columbus. It is a welcome addition to an increasingly competitive and thriving restaurant scene. Koble combines pleasing décor, a casual feel, friendly people, and fine-dining food at affordable prices.

Gorgeous dining room and bar, delicious food, and very friendly service! Koblé is great for a casual lunch or dinner. Full service is available at the bar or you can order at cashier then sit at tables. Portions are huge and cost is very reasonable. We had the spicy feta, hummus, and tzatziki plate as an appetizer - all 3 are good but the spicy feta was my fav. Our table of 5 tried the following: village salad with grilled chicken, Italian panini, chicken melt, gyro, and portabello panini. Everything was delish and 3 of us had took leftovers to-go. I also had a Barbone from the cocktail list - Woodford with honey, cinnamon, and lemon. The touch of sweetness and cinnamon was perfect. Can't wait to come back here for dinner and try one of the pasta dishes!

This is my first time ever eating a Gyro. I always thought they seemed weird. I'm a double cheese burger or pizza kind of guy usually. But I tried my first one tonight and I must say it is awesome! The meat is so interesting and I like the pita bread more than I thought I would. In addition to the food being awesome this place is pretty sweet! They have a beautiful, huge bar (that's where I'm sitting tonight) you can sit yourself and order at the bar or you can make your way to the registers at the back and order there. So either way you get to sit and eat quickly. So yeah, I'm impressed. Well done Koble.

We stopped in with our family of 6 tonight for dinner after reading in our local paper that they recently opened. My wife and I split a chicken gyro, which was absolutely amazing. We also had the humous appetizer which was flavorful. I'm not sure what they do to their pita bread, but it is warm, soft, and slightly toasted with what tastes like a fire grill. The kids had chicken fingers and spaghetti off of the kid's menu. Overall, the food is delicious and we will be returning. Now, they were a bit busy and the food took about a half-hour to get to our table after ordering, but to be fair they just opened and we arrived at 5:15, during a dinner rush. It was hard to find a seat, but I don't imagine that being a problem if we just time things better in the future. Would have been nice to be offered a coupon for our next visit or something since that seems to be a longer wait that would be expected from a place you order then sit down, but then again I'm spoiled from the places I typically go like Northstar Cafe, who hand out free meal coupons at the drop of a hat if something isn't perfect. Go visit, you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I walked up to Koble for dinner and enjoyed it pretty well. There was some initial confusion regarding the seating and ordering system. A server took us to a table but left us with no menus. Once we acquired some, we were left to order. I went to the counter and ordered a falafel appetizer, spicy gyro with no onions, and the stuffed peppers entre. The food came in short enough time and was pretty good! The gyro was decent sized for the price and I liked the acerbic heat of the banana peppers with the feta. My wife enjoyed the peppers and is looking forward to moussaka next time. We'll go back, now that we understand the system. I'd be more interested in carryout, and would be leery of taking a large group with separate checks, at least when they're busy.

The ambiance at lunch was nice. I was a bit lost walking in and trying to figure out if you take a seat, or wait for someone to seat you. My husband then spotted the counter (which is out of view from the front entrance) that said to order there. No biggie, just felt dumb my first time walking in with no one helping us. I ordered the chicken gyro, my husband- the spicy gyro, we also ordered french fries and baklava. My chicken was dry and my pita so stuffed I had to end up eating it with a fork. I found myself favoring the fries rather than my gyro. Hubby said his lamb was also dry and wasn't impressed with it. The baklava- Id stop and get another one of these. 3 stars because I feel like the food was definitely something I could make from home and 4 stars because service was great (once we figured out how to get some) and the place was clean!

We have been twice now and both experiences have been poor. The panini I ordered was meh and my husband's was sent back. It took every bit of twenty minutes to get the attention of the bar girl to even begin to order our drinks. When she did acknowledge us we made sure to give her our order right then and there for fear it would be another twenty before she returned. That was our first experience. Our second was for drinks only (we have decided this is a drink only spot). It was 2 hours before close and most of the staff congregated at the bar and were quite loud. In my opinion, seats should be reserved for customers only until after the doors close. A bit unprofessional. We will be back....for drinks only.

My daughter ordered the Italian Flatbread - that thing is HUGE!!! My son ordered the Jumbo Spicy Gyro. Both kids were really happy with their choices. I also ordered a side of fries - plenty for the kids to share and very tasty. To start us off I ordered a couple of appetizers - the Spanakopita (which I had at my first visit here in Marc) and the Calamari Fritti. Outstanding! My son was happy to finally try calamari - it was on his summer bucket list. The version here is different than the standard deep-fried calamari I've had in other restaurants. I really enjoy the way it is prepared here. I got the Greek Salad with Gyro meat like I did my first visit. I was once again pleased. The next time I bring my kids here we will order less food because the plates are large enough to share. We are taking most of the flatbread home.

The best!! The food is awesome. Service is quick. Atmosphere is cozy but modern. Koble is tucked away so it's definitely a hidden gem. The gyro, fries, and walnut baklava is my go to. Otterbein students get a discount with their ID!

I'm a frequent visitor to this establishment, never had a bad meal, the employees have always gone above and beyond to help you. What else can I say, flat bread pizzas are delish. I highly recommend.

First let me say I'm not a big fan of how you order your food here because I quite literally watched many people bypass the order here sign and just sit at a table looking quite lost. They utilize the European way of ordering. Since there are no servers you have to go back up to the front for drink refills which is somewhat off putting. I've learned if you sit at the bar you can order and get refills from the bartender. By the way if this rating was just on bartenders I'd give Emily five stars she rocks. The decor is really awesome nice combo of brick wood and metal. I ordered the Italian panini and the portions are super generous. It had great flavor with salami pepperoni ham banana peppers onions Italian dressing and mozzarella with fries. You can choose lemon potatoes but I'm not a fan of lemon in my dishes. The fries are pretty pedestrian and seem like they are the frozen variety so just meh. My friend ordered the seafood flat bread and she enjoyed it immensely. It has smoked salmon shrimp calamari onions peppers. She said it's a bit salty because of the smoked salmon but she likes salty. I definitely want to go back and try some more items and I'm definitely going to sit at the bar again as those at tables seem so baffled and confused. I'd give it four stars if the fries were better or three and a half if we could give halves.

Casual but stylish contemporary vibe and excellent gyros and moussaka. I am not a fan of moussaka but I ordered it for my father who offered me some and it was great. I am not an eggplant fan because in moussaka it gets soft, but the consistency here was great and flavorful in a large portion. They have windows that open onto State Street which gives it that cafe feeling which is hard to find in town. Lots of big screen TV's too - in case you want to take the family out but keep track of the big game :-)

It's a pretty solid new place in Uptown Westerville with staple Greek food like gyros. It's has a nice decor and food selection. I have had good experiences with the servers who were very knowledgable about the food items. It can get a little cramped in some spots if the bar area is full but there's plenty of space in the front of the restaurant near the entrance.

The waitress, I should have gotten her name, was adorable. She took our order and checked us out. Little redhead, ponytail, very personable (my receipt says cashier 2). She helped me decide what I was going to order and checked on us frequently once we got our food. I got the shrimp Philly. Great concept. It was good, but it needed a lot more seasonings. There are a variety to choose from. They should look into that. The House Merlot was a little bitter for my taste, but not unbearable. The atmosphere is really nice. Cozy. Comfy. Great music.

There was some discussion between the spouse and I about how to rate Koble. They've been open a little over a month, so there are still issues being worked out and logistical hiccups that can be addressed given the space and layout. I'm giving it a tentative 3-stars. The decor and layout of the restaurant is beautiful. Bare brick, reclaimed wood, central bar, sturdy chairs - it looks upscale and classy, with wall hangings and framing around the door. Also, be prepared: it is LOUD - but with a bar set up in the center of the restaurant, it's to be expected. The logistics of the system could use some work. You seat yourself, then go up to the counter to order...unless you're sitting at the bar, which is full-service. There were two menus on a small table at the entry, so we trekked back up to grab them (leaving the next diners looking around for more) so we could figure out what to eat. Runners bring the food to your table, but we were not able to flag anyone down to answer our questions - specifically, why there were pictures of moussaka and rollatini (?) on the menu but not listed as dishes. Also, no dessert menu?! Okay, to the counter. Ah, here are the desserts, in a display case! With the bar open behind and the kitchen window, it was LOUD - we could barely hear anything (and neither could our order-taker). They did have moussaka and two lamb dishes on special, so the spouse ordered the lamb shank, I got the vegetarian pasta, and we ordered a dip trio. Drinks are self-serve...unless you're having beer, then you order and pay at the bar. Our orders came out quickly, and we were left to eat. I liked my pasta; I ordered it without cheese but got a side of the spicy feta to add on. The spouse, though, was very meh about his lamb (and he loves lamb) - the meat itself was tender, but the sauce tasted like reduced drippings with cornstarch added, and the rice was unseasoned. He was disappointed, and having tasted it, so was I. The dips (tzaztiki, hummus and spicy feta) were good, and came with both pita and some cucumbers. There was no way to ask for more pita/veggies, though, so the dips went unfinished. Hopefully Koble will streamline their dining room process and add some sound panels to the walls, and it'll be a better experience next time.

This place is really good! I got the gyro and my son got a huge pasta dish that was really well priced. Well worth trying this place out. The decor in the restaurant is really warm and inviting!

How you order food is absolutely ridiculous & for a restaurant in Westerville is not how you should order your food. Went there 30 minutes before closing time and Sydney was kind enough to remind me 3-4 times before I even got to order. I will however say the gyro I had was rather good. 3 stars for service and 4 for the food.

A great addition to the Uptown scene. Koble had reasonable prices, a bright but cozy atmosphere, and great food. I had a chicken gyro while my wife had a spicy chicken gyro...both were excellent. For an appetizer we had the spicy feta, hummus, and tzaziki. It was a great start to the meal, and the spicy feta was fantastic. All in all, this is a great casual spot to grab food and a drink and be in and out in less than an hour.

Just had lunch there. I do gluten free and their idea of doing gluten free is to substitute rice pilaf for the pasta in those pasta dishes. Duh. Rice pilaf can also have wheat in it. But since I do not have Celiac Disease, I did substitute rice pilaf for the pasta and had Venus Chicken Pasta but with rice pilaf. While the serving was ample and the taste was okay, I was not impressed. The chicken had sort of a chewy texture and I encountered a few bits of grizzle. While it was okay, it was not worth the $12 I paid for it. I did take some home and could probably have a light lunch with the doggy bag. Also, there were a couple flies that would not leave us alone. And I got jabbed by a stray piece of wood that was sticking out of their wooden wall.

First I will say the place is beautiful. The decor is very modern and relaxed and based on that alone I would frequent....just wish the food was a little better. I do not understand the thinking of having to order food at a counter prior to sitting. I think they are trying to do a fast casual model but it doesn't feel right. Gorgeous bar in the center and apparently if you sit at the bar you can order there. We ordered at counter and then sat. Appetizers didn't come out first..everything came together. Hummus was ok...expected it to taste better. Came with pita and cucumber. Tasted gyro, portobello panini and Italian sandwich...all ok...just ok. No one ever checked on us, asked us if we needed anything....it was not busy and plenty of workers were there. I guess if they are doing fast casual maybe they don't think they have to? Will definitely go back and try again. There are many other menu items we want to taste and like I said the ambiance is great.

Agree with other review.. The food was not good. The lemon chicken soup was cold and had no taste. My gyro was half full of burnt gyro meat.. So burnt it was black. The only saving grace was hot French fries. Heard open for a week and hope the food improves...

What a beautiful environment with amazing food, right in the heart of Uptown Westerville! Ilias and Ashley Strovolidis welcomed my husband and I with open arms last night at Koble's "soft opening." Although the hubby and I stopped only for a drink, Ashley welcomed us from behind the full bar with enchanting conversation and two free pecan blossoms. Warm notes of cinnamon rose from the platter. The filo dough was crispy and flaky, and the pecan and cinnamon filling was hot, fresh, and absolutely mouth-watering. Five stars for that alone. Then we met Ashley's husband, Ilias, who was as equally friendly and enchanting as Ashley. Ilias hails directly from Greece, so there's no doubting the authenticity of the menu offerings at Koble. After chatting with Ilias for quite some time (yes, he and his wife actually take the time to introduce themselves to their customers), he demanded that we sample more of Koble's delicious food. He ran back to the kitchen, cooked us a calamari fritti appetizer--all the while beaming from the open-air kitchen area--and presented it to us, for free. Clearly Ilias loves what he does and is passionate about his food--and rightfully so. The calamari was perfectly breaded--not a heavy, greasy breading, but a lightly seasoned almost panko-type breading that enhanced the calamari's subtle flavor. Five stars again. And again, utterly delicious. Koble's ambiance is tasteful yet not presumptuous. The mahogany wood tones add a touch of class, and all of the wood was hand-crafted by a family friend/carpenter. The gray and black vinyl (I think) flooring is echoed in the restaurant's artwork and tile accents. Overall, Koble offers an environment that is as welcoming to families with children as it is to twosomes desiring privacy and romance, which brings me to my final point: Koble is a love story. Ilias and Ashley met years ago while working at Easy Street in German Village. They fell in love, got married, and "birthed" Koble out of hard work, passion, and dedication to delicious food and a growing Westerville community. Their current plans are to remain on-site owner-operators, and with their love of one another and all that is Koble, there is no doubt that the restaurant will succeed. I, for one, cannot wait to try every Greek-Italian offering on the menu!

Finally another dining option in Uptown Westerville. This place is really nice. This is 2 store fronts combined, which makes for plenty of seating. There's a large bar in the center. The regular sized $6 gyros are over-stuffed. The fries were seasoned nicely. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items. BTW, they have pitted, sliced kalamata olives. Ask for them on your gyro, they are delicious.

OK, full disclosure.. The owners include our nephew and niece and the Barbone...one really tasty signature drink is our daughter's concoction. And I told them if it was another blue and white Greek nostalgic place I would disown them! So, WOW, they did a wonderful job with the concept and renovations. Great atmosphere, food and service for anytime and anyone. The gyros are high quality and tasty. Loved the falafel and humus. Can't wait to take yaya for lunch and my friends for happy hour!

Went here two weeks ago. First impression when walking in was wow. It is a really beautiful space. So beautiful in fact that I don't think the whole counter service thing makes much sense. It just doesn't work. After ordering it was time to get our drinks. The teenager in front of us was taste tasting the endless amount of possibilities from the 1 soda machine. I can imagine on a busy night the nightmare this machine will cause. We found a table and sat down. While waiting for our meal we watched as other people waited for a table, but since there was no busser they stood in front of an empty table for a long time. One waitress walked by the table at least 5 times and never took anything off of it on her way back to the kitchen. It was kind of nerve wracking to watch. When they did buss the table they wiped them down with Windex, not a sanitizing solution. I would recommend stopping that before a health inspector comes. Watching large trays of food come out of the kitchen and servers walking the entire restaurant looking for the small metal sign that has the table number on it about gave me a heart attack. We had ordered appetizers, but all the food came out at once. The food however was really good! Calamari, flatbreads, greek salad, and other items. Really, really good. Great prices as well. $4 Bloody Mary that I'm pretty sure was made with Zing Zang, an awesome bloody mary mix. I hope they choose to go to a more traditional style of service. The restaurant is really beautiful and the food is really good. Just some kinks of a new restaurant that I'm sure the owners will work out. It is nice to have them in the neighborhood and we will definitely be back.

We went for dinner, it was either, go up to the counter to order your food or you go to the bar and have full-service. We sat at the bar, so our waitress was the bartender and she gave us our drinks first and then we ordered an appetizer (opa sampler appetizer) I ordered the spicy chicken gyro and my husband ordered the falafel gyro. we shared an order of fries. The sampler had fried calamari , fried shrimp, & smelt. Pretty good. We have never had smelt. My spicy chicken was indeed spicy! But delicious! If you can tolerate heat that is your ticket. The falafel was bland per my husband. So I told him to put in some Saracha sauce and he said it was better. The fries were excellent. Overall the ambience was quiet since it was a Sunday night. But I can see how that place can get packed in the middle of Westerville. Good food. I had two beers my husband had soda water, so overall, it wasn't too bad. Bill totaled $51. My husband said he probably go again but only order the spicy chicken since it was so tasty. My husband said he would order that too. He gives it a three stars I give it four stars so both of our average together would be a 3 1/2 star rating.

Stopped by for lunch today. I had a gyro which was served hot and full of flavorful ingredients - delicious. My wife had the salmon panini which she rated as the best she ever had. Looks like we will return often for more good food.

They still have some things to work out but it will get better. My sandwhich was wrong but it was still good. I had to add the cucumber sauce to get some sort of flavor but that helped. We will go again.

This place looks nice but very hard to understand. You go in seat yourself. Go and order your food at one counter. Then go to the bar and get your drinks. So you have to pay at two different places. Someone does bring your food to you but why not just have them take the orders as well? The hummus was ok and calamari had no flavor. Probably will not go back. Prices were reasonable.

I have been to Koble now a few times and must say it is has been great each time. Congratulations to Koble for being consistent! Nice people, cool décor and such a great menu! Do I wish it was full service? Yes, but I am used to the ordering process now and if this is how they want to do it - it is not a deal breaker for me. (No different than Northstar Café way of doing things) I am looking forward to trying different things on their menu in the future and am so happy to have this restaurant addition in Westerville.

Family owned and operated in a perfect location in uptown Westerville. The place is brand spanking new and the staff and management make you feel apart of the Greek family! The food is top notch in my opinion and not just because Mediterranean food is one of my favorites. Looking forward to dining in and also taking advantage of their convenient call ahead and take out counter in the future.

I sat at the bar alone. Very comfortable. 1st I need to mention that by the cozy decor I did not realize I was dining at an order-your-own type restaurant (think Panera, Smash Burger). At the bar, however, they do come take your order. I ordered wine with my dinner meal and just waited to see if they'd offer water. I was surprised never to have been offered water, but the waitress explained that customers are given a cup to have whatever drink they want. Dinner choice - Greek Traditional Pasta. Peppers and onions were crunchy - desc says sautéed...this was a negative. Greek sausage included the ends....even though there were only about 8 diagonal cuts 1/4 in, they should have left the small end pieces out. Sauce was good as was the Feta topping but I'd give the dish a 5 of 10 overall. Tzatiki was thicker than I've ever seen elsewhere. It had a kick flavor of garlic and spice... I only needed a bit on by pitas. Was served with 4 cuc chunks as well. I prefer it saucier than thicker. I will return and look forward to trying a Paninni.

I would give more stars but the "system" of the restaurant is a bit of a mess. Self seating, self ordering (both food and bar) and just generally speaking not good. Environment made me think more upscale casual dining, but the format of the service was not. Food was good. Fairly priced. Not the best place for families. No changing table in the restroom. Would probably not go back unless for lunch or less busy time. A bit of a frustrating dining experience.

Good service and nice environment but the food is not good. We tried the dips, the falafel gyro, the pasta, and a sandwich and all of us were disappointed. Won't be back unfortunately. Also, our appetizer came out on paper plates...

Dinner here tonight with a friend. We both liked the food but the portions are way too big. And wow is the place loud. We loved the look of the place but no menus were available until 10min after we arrived. We had to seat ourselves and trek to the rear of the restaurant to shout the order to the woman behind the counter. She was very nice but so difficult to hear. Then I had to get our drinks and subsequent refills. Not a great dining experience. Our appetizers came WITH our main course. What's the point? Will not order extras again. We saw people at other tables equally frustrated by that. I wanted to be able to give this new Westerville restaurant an unqualified rave. But I just cannot. Please rethink a few choices you have made and you will have a place we visit often.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
