First off, since I've moved into the area I've tried all the nearby pizza joints and this has become my go-to place. They have the BEST sauce, they have an great variety available for toppings, and their delivery is always quick. I really wish I could give them 5 stars, but honestly they're not perfect either. They have a loyalty program that is supposed to be their big selling point. HOWEVER you HAVE to order online to get the loyalty points, and 4 times out of 5 the website is not working. And they won't give you the loyalty points with the phone orders, even if you request it. Additionally, they've forgotten pieces of food that we have ordered on a couple occasions and the pizza has come burnt before (only once though) Again, their pizza is so delicious I would really LOVE to give them 5 stars... but I think they could work on their customer service a bit.

very good pizza, overall flavors good with fresh ingredients. Crust thick btu not too thick and strong enough to hold the toppings.....a big bonus is the crust is not greasy adn has a nice crunch to it.

Got a large thin crust deluxe this past Friday with some wings and let me tell you that was the first time I've ever had Cottage Inn thin crust pizza but it own't be the last. One of the best cracker-style type pizzas with everything on it that I think i've ever had. We didn't leave a single piece for later, my only regret is I didn't order two of these pizzas! Amazingly good and why I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5!

I'm the kind of guy who thinks the more run down a place looks, the better the food, especially pizzas and hamburgers. First thing that caught my eye at this place was it's small, but there is a small TV and an easy chair and something about it felt cozy. It's the kind of place I like to go to and sit and eat while its dark and snowing outside. The staff was outstanding, young folks eager to please We're definitely fans and will go back.

I tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. Once again I was a bit reluctant to try a new pizza place. I ordered on a Monday night and paid 9.99 for a large 4 topping pizza and added a side of cheesy bread. When I got home let me tell you, it was awesome! I love the fact that I live just around the corner. The only small gripe is the up charge for chicken on your pizza but it's not a deal breaker. If you're in the area, give this place a shot. Very good pizza.

I was staying at a local hotel and wanted a pizza delivered. I chose Cottage Inn because they had some interesting pizza combinations and were very close. Imagine my delight at having the pizza delivered in just 25 minutes! We got a deep dish "Price Buster" pizza and it was fabulous. Lots of good, fresh flavors. My only critique would be the crust...it was a little on the soggy side, which is always a challenge with deep dish. Anyway, I'd definitely recommend trying out this pizza.

I ordered some pizza, bread and a sub for a group at the hotel and I sampled each of the three and they were all great. The food was hot and came in a very timely fashion. In this world of delivery pizza, I have to say this place is towards the top for me. I will definitely use them again if I need to order in pizza.

OMG I love pizza! Pizza is my liiiiiiiiiiiiiiifffffffffffffeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I also love selection. Cottage Inn has plenty of that. Another local place I've slept on....crazy because they are all over michigan where I'm originally from. I ordered delivery through Yelp and was very happy to see all of the crust, flavor, and sauce choices. The gourmet pizza menu is so extensive and impressive, I was overwhelmed. Next time I will pick one of these. I was feeling adventurous so I tried the tried a round pizza with EVERYTHING BAGEL(one of my favorite foods in life!) flavored crust, carolina tangy gold sauce, and pepperoni. Yes sounds a bit strange...but it was amazing. The crust flavor was very strong, which I loved. I would only recommend it to those that are huge fans of everything bagels. The sauce was a good orange one with awesome carolina bbq flavor. Taking chances often pays off people! I also tried the garlic bread which was good, got a nice selection of dipping sauces including a tangy marinara, garlic butter, and I added the garlic cream cheese which was rich and SUPER garlicy.....which I liked. Delivery was fast and friendly. This place has officially entered the ring to contend for my favorite pizza delivery spot in the Polaris area.

I was away from home at a hotel and attempted to place my order over yelp. It said it would arrive in 35 minutes but came in 15!! I love pizza and it was some of the best pizza I have ever had. Thank you so much for making it better being away from home.

I order subs from this location pretty regularly since they offer online ordering through Grub Hub. Their subs are really good (I get the ham & cheese and turkey & cheese), and the few pizzas were pretty tasty too. Their salads are also very fresh and crisp. However, my biggest frustration has been their delivery service. I have placed orders a few times before for delivery, which somehow magically on their end turn into Pick-Ups. But today they sent an elderly gentleman out with my delivery and he spoke no English and it seemed as though he had no idea what he was doing. I had paid for my order AND pre-paid my tip online, so I asked him if there was anything I needed to sign. He stood there staring blankly at me, so I asked again. He shrugged. So I tried to explain that I had pre-paid the tip and clearly was getting nowhere, so I said thank you and goodbye and went back to my office. 15 minutes later, our building's receptionist called my desk and told me the man was still there and had just been standing in the lobby. So I went back out to try to explain to him again, but he had just gotten in his car and left. I felt bad, but found it extremely frustrating that they'd send someone to make deliveries who was inexperienced and couldn't speak English.

Cottage Inn is a dime a dozen in Michigan. Having been to Polaris tons of times and even gotten dessert at the Greek next door I never noticed this location. Shame on me, it seems like this and Hilliard are the only in the area and the set up is similar to Hungry Howie's. Only WAY better. For the new everything crust I give 5+ stars for being the best pizza crust ever! I am obsessed with everything bagels, crackers, the more the marrier. It gives so much extra love and flavor to the pizza, it is definetly a fabulous delivery pizza that beats Donatos, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Masseys and so on. Still Papa Johns remains our familys favorite and therefor not quite but close to 5 stars. Its no gourmet but its fast and filling. They have deep dish, hand tossed and thin crust. I got the pricebuster (supreme) deep dish with everything crust and loved it! Loaded with toppings, not auper deep dish, I'd say thick crust and though I usually prefer my pizza round not square, THIS is the way to go. Along with that I had the large salad with italian dressing, also fine at $4.99 The guys got the handtossed, buttered garlic parmesan all meat pizza and it was fine, just not quite as good. In all good take out, its a shame you can't dine in, so we enjoyed it in the park next door.

I ordered lasagna and inn sticks and it was delivered fast for a Saturday night and the food was pretty good! I am usually a papa johns customer but I like the fact that they have a much larger menu with a lot of different options.

OK time for an update here. This has been my goto place for delivery Zza here in the far northwoods. While my last four orders from this location have been tasty and well portioned every one has been completely undercooked on the bottom. Different type crusts all the same, while well done on the top, baby butt white on the bottom. Last nights Deep Dish bottom was so undercooked in parts it was like eating uncooked canned dough. C'mon pizzamakers, sending out products without doing quality control just doesn't cut it in my book and for my money. Pop, pop, there goes two stars for me. Gonna start the customer service route with the place and will report back my experiences but, for now I will resume my search for the best delivery pizza in the Crosswoods area
