I can't even count how many times we have had dinner here. The food is ALWAYS good, fresh, and served quickly. The hostess/owner is very friendly and remembers us by name even after a long period of time. The menu has a lot of variety and there are usually specials every night. My favorite is the Island Chicken - enough food for a family but too good to share. Also try the different flavored Bubble Teas - the Thai tea is great!

I've tried this place twice. My wife and I had carry-out a few days after they first opened. Neither of us were very impressed with the food. I wanted to be fair and give them another shot. I had lunch today and had the honey glazed chicken. While the atmosphere is nice, the food is average Chinese food. The chicken was very overcooked and just didn't have a great texture. Maybe it was frozen for a long time. Not the worst food ever, but there are other Chinese restaurants in the area with a little better food. I will add that they were extremely fast and the staff was very nice.

As the other reviews have mentioned, the service is quick, the place is spotless clean, the owner is extremely nice and attentive. I was so surprised how well the owner was able to greet most of the other patrons by name. Must be a lot of repeat business. The food was priced fair and the portions were appropriate. Great egg rolls and crab rangoon. We ordered Generals Chicken and Honey Glazed Chicken. Both dishes were good but not standout good. We will return to try another dish because I wouldn't want to judge this place on just one experience.

I don't write many reviews, but WOW! Very good food. I didn't feel like going anywhere after a long day of work, so I looked on Yelp, found the menu, and ordered the General Tzo for delivery....VERY different than any other General Tso I've ever had...very tasty, and the Pork Egg Roll was UNBELIEVABLE. Take the opportunity to eat from here if you have it...doesn't hurt that the people that work here are super nice...maybe next time I'm in town I'll actually go there to eat.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
