Of the three locations in Toledo, this one is the best. It has a drive through and has a bigger parking lot than the Reynolds location, so you don't have to worry too much about traffic jams. They are pretty fast at getting the drinks made in the drive through (and made correctly for that matter!). I don't have to worry about my drink being half foam when I come to this location.

I came to Starbucks for the Oprah Chai Tea Latte that donates a portion of the money to Oprah's Leadership Academy Foundation BUT the guy at the window said they ran out of syrup so I just ordered a tall iced peach green tea... No one was ahead of me & my order was simple so I thought it would be quick. Cars started ordering after my and I could see a line forming. I felt bad that I was holding up the line, but my order should have been quick. After five minutes the guy at the window said he was going to check up on the order. A few minutes pass and he apologizes saying "I'm sorry, I don't know why they made these four drinks before yours." I was the only car for a couple minutes, why did they make the orders after mine before me? While I was waiting I also overheard someone order the Oprah Chai Tea Latte & one of the workers said they were out of the syrup but could substitute it with one of the teas. No one suggested this to me... So after ten minutes at the window I finally got my drink.

The baristas here are absolutely wonderful! I am a regular, so maybe the extra good service is in part due to this only. I've never had issues with drinks being messed up, but I'm also not a coffee drinker (chai and tea all the way with the occasional frapp). They also know how to handle large crowds, which is important considering they can sometimes get slammed via the driveway. The only thing I dislike about this location is the small size of the building, which makes seating pretty competitive. Sometimes, I'm looking to sit down and get work done, and if there's no seats, I end up just walking right back out and visiting a competitor that I know has space. Still, that being said, the service alone is worth the 5 stars.

Went there again last weekend on my way out of Toledo....again. The people that work there are just not friendly. Maybe its Toledo, or maybe its me? I may have to drive out to Caribou to get my caffeine fix.

I generally despise Starbucks but since Toledo has an utter dearth of good coffeehouses, this Starbucks is one of the only viable options. It's small but there are some small tables and one big table. It's also conveniently located, and the hours are surprisingly great. It'll do.

This Starbucks is generally OK if you're going inside. However, beware if you're going through the drive-thru. They're so inconsistent. They've gotten my order wrong a number of times. They often use non-fat milk instead of 2% (I presume because someone else ordered non-fat and they don't want to steam a new pitcher). Lately, a barista (or two) have been handing off cups that smell like their hand lotion which makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the coffee beverage. If I had the time to go to another Starbucks, I certainly would.

It seems like Starbucks employee doesn't know they should wash their hand after clearing out of trash before they make and hand out customers drink... There were three employee working when i got here and one of them was busy taking care of drive through customers. The other one was working on cash drawer. Last person was clearing out trash bins inside the store. In this occasion i think when you see customers waiting on their drinks after they received the order, employee on a cash drawer should start making customers drink first and then go back to what she was doing with cash drawer not just let customer waits for their drinks to be made from other employees. Anyways, person who was clearing out trash bin comes up and starts making customer's drink without washing hand and i was not pleased to see that. No matter whatever you did you should wash your hand first before you start making foods or drinks to customers.

Worst EVER! Waited 10 minutes before even got to order. No lunch sandwiches just breakfast at 3:30 in the afternoon. Total of 15 minutes and left without lousy food. Don't waste your time!

Most Starbucks are pretty hit or miss with drink taste and quality. This location is mostly in the 'miss' category. Drink mods, such as nonfat milk or no whip cream, often go ignored. I echo other reviewers' comments that the staff isn't overly friendly, but I'm not going into Starbucks to make friends, so it's whatever to me. The location could not be any worse, but that is because the redesigned parking lot of new Westgate is just the worst in the world. They must have hired the same people who designed UT's awful parking lots. I'm not taking any stars away for this, but be warned the traffic at peak hours is terrible.

I love this Starbucks! The workers are nice and always smiling, there're enough seats, and it's open almost all day. Their WiFi wasn't working once, but you could connect to the bagel store next door.

I wanna give this location more stars but they are always slow. I mean this is a pretty popular location in a busy section of town, but they always have one register open. There is usually only one barista working, which is unbelievable. Most of the staff is friendly though.

This location is generally busy, but drinks are still ready in a reasonable time. If the weather is nice, then the outdoor seating makes the space a bit less crowded. Parking is ample, since this location is in a decent-sized strip mall. This location, unlike the one on Talmadge by the mall, does have a drive-thru. Downsides: More than once, I've walked in with the intent of enjoying a relaxing hour at The 'Bux, but ended up getting my drink to go (if at all) due to lack of seating. Only once or twice have they made my order incorrectly; usually I have no complaint about the quality of the product itself. It's just the cramped feeling of the location; that and the less-than-friendly baristas (compared to my regular Starbucks on Airport).
