While traveling for work in the Strongsville area, I wanted a caffeine-free beverage in the morning, and my co-workers needed their coffee. Having visited many Starbucks in the past, i can say this is one of the nicer ones: both the side and front have outdoor tables and chairs, which is great if you have time to hang out and relax. Although there are larger Starbucks around, I'd say this is probably a decent location to hang out with friends, or do some work. If you can work to music, indoors is fine. If you don't mind working outdoors, the small outdoor area is in the shade, whereas the larger area is in the sun, so you might have laptop glare issues to contend with. Indoors, of course, is always pinpoint lighting and just the right atmosphere for work - or slacking - whatever you're in the mood for. Most people, I imagine, come in, get their tasty beverage of choice, and head on out. For those folks, this seems to be a great location to grab and go. As mentioned earlier, music is generally playing in the store, which takes your mind off the short wait in line, and the baristas usually have a kind word to say to customers when it's not too busy. Every day, I came in to a line of about 10 to 15 people, and never worried how long it would take to get our beverages. The line moved quickly, the cashier was very courteous and efficient, our orders came out quickly, and what took the longest time for me was my tea to cool to drinking temperature. They have plenty of snack options, mostly on the bread-and-pastry side of the scale; but recently Starbucks has been offering different varieties of oatmeal, which is a welcome change when you're on your way to work, hungry, and need something quick They also have your standard selection of bottled 100% fruit juices, smoothies and water in the refrigerator case, and plenty of seating indoors. Indoors smells exactly like a Starbucks should: like very powerful roasted coffee. Although I don't drink coffee anymore, I do love the smell of it; this is a great place to get your fix. Overall, this is a high-quality location, with a fair amount of seating indoors and out, positive employees with a solid record of accuracy in order taking and preparation. Not a single order mishap in a six-day period, with three people ordering in my group; not bad.

I was a partner for 2 years and this was the worst Starbucks I've been at. Ordered a tall cold coffee unsweetened with a splash of soy. Over charged and was handed a drink with simple syrup and ice and very little coffee. Asked to be remade and was handed a cup of coffee with no soy and so much ice that I couldn't fit a straw into the cup at all. Again almost no actual cold coffee. The staff was in a hurry and my drink sucks because of it.

Again, it is Starbucks. I have been to Starbucks all over and continue to go because I know what I'm going to get. This location isn't my favorite. I find the layout of this store annoying (even after the re-model). I don't particularly enjoy the baristas at this location too. It feels a bit suburban snooty, which I find particularly humorous being that this is Strongsville. I do think they've gotten slightly better and moving the line a long better than in the past, but they're still a bit poky if you ask me. I stop here if I'm in the area, but if I'm headed to Target across the parking lot, I'll purchase my bux there instead of this store.

Great staff at this location. I like the recent updates they made with the interior, but it's just too small of a store for the traffic they get. There aren't many tables or seats to use if you're looking to do some work, but if you're just needing a cup of "go juice" before you hit the road it does the job.

Wifey likes the morning buns... so I'm stuck running up here at least two times a week. If not for the love of my wife, I may never look at the inside of a Starbucks again. Coffee is ok, but I make better at the homestead. Extra star for the smiles and pleasantries.

This Starbucks is small as hell, which is annoying if you're looking to do work (I usually get a drink here then go to the nearby library, but no free refills with my Starbucks card :( ). However, the staff are very efficient and I've seen some of them put up with extremely picky and rude customers with a smile, so if there's a long line it'll move pretty quickly.

I'm a regular Starbucks customer. I tend to drive out of my way to come to the Strongsville bucks. The staff is awesome and they truly care about making your drink perfect. The only downfall is that it's packed every time I go. Must be a sign that they are doing something right!

Fast service, friendly workers. I love coming to this starbucks because even if the line is out the door it still goes fast. The workers are all friendly and don't rush you as you browse the drinks when you don't know what you want or want to try something new. I always bring my empty starbucks coffee bean bags for a free small coffee too! Free Wi-Fi :)

The staff at this Starbuck's is by far the friendliest and happy people that I have ever seen at any other Starbuck's. The service is amazing and the people always make you feel like home. Highly recommend as a meeting place for friends, family and first dates.
