Go to BW's all the time but tonight I had 3 teanagers with me along with 3 kids under 10. The waiter was the man (seriously ask for Trey!!), the place was packed for $.55 wing night but he didn't miss a beat! Glasses full and food was right!! The only thing I have a problem with is the $.60 for ranch/blue cheese. Usually it comes with your meal but cause of the cheaper wings we must pay the piper. PS...the Asian Zing is outta this world amazing!!

Customer service is excellent. If they forgot a side a fries or drink they quickly take care of it in an apologetic way. (Hey no one is perfect). They are always friendly, greet you at the door and quickly take your order over the phone or in the restaurant. Their atmosphere is a little louder than we like, but again that's no fault of their own. It's a sports bar for crying out loud! We do enjoy the FREE gaming tablets for the kids. They also give a military discount every day!!! Love to keep those in business who support the troops. Food is yummy! Again if you don't like something, just let them know and they will fix it right away! I will be coming back to this place whether it's to put up an order or dine in!

BDubs, the Springboro version, is the best BDubs we've been to in a long time. Like many BDubs, it's a great place to watch a game. The staff at this location is the best of any I can remember. The servers, bartenders, and managers are all great to us. All that said - you've got two problems. 1) Your menu is old and tired. It's time for an extreme menu makeover. If I want a burger that's cooked less than well done, let me order it how I would like it. 2) Your beer selection needs some help. You've got 24? 28? draft beers, and about 14 of them are basically the same beer. Your craft beer selection is pathetic (hint: Sam Adams, Blue Moon, Batch 19, and the like are macrobrews masquerading as craft beers). Yes, you occasionally have a good local brewery like Mad Tree on tap. Now multiply that by at least five, give us some options, and we're talking. I advise talking to the management of the Troy location for some pointers. You're realllllllly close to home, and we like the atmosphere for meeting friends or watching a game. We'd come even more if the two above items were improved.

This is an average BWW. The facility is clean. The staff are courteous. The food is consistently average. Nothing about this location sparks my fancy or seems noteworthy. My one peeve about here is the vaulted ceiling. Sound echoes off of the ceiling and it makes the place soooo noisy, even when there are only a few tables seated. You have to shout or lean in to hear the other guests at the table.

A great place to go with friends, family or a date for quick good food. I like to go there for their wings on Tuesday because they are $.60 a wing! Drinks are well priced and most seating lets you watch the game.

I have honestly never had a good experience here which is why I maybe go once a year. Our most recent visit (Dec 2014) was the best yet so I wonder if they are changing management. Food wait times are really long and I would say 75% of the servers we had were either lost and weren't sure what was going on or were just plain rude and didn't care. The food is passable but others do it better. i do like the new tablets they have for kids, it's nice to have the kids entertained. And I agree with some previous posters, the music/noise is WAY too loud, it's sensory overload.

BWW is almost always too loud for me unless I'm watching a game or UFC on the big screens. It's really too loud to go to with friends that we want to visit with, and it's a little dark if I feel like reading while I'm eating by myself. I like the flatbreads, and most of the food is pretty good but not great. I do love that they have Sam Adams Octoberfest on draft and trivia. One thing I have found to be consistent is that the service out on the patio is terrible. Inside the restaurant it's not bad.

Had dinner here with my wife 2 days ago. It was nice out, so we sat on the patio. Ordered soft pretzels with queso. The queso was putrid, according to my wife, tried to get me to try it, and I just looked at her like "fuck you, mmk?" I tried one of the pretzels they were desert dry. Regular wedges with sour cream were good. Rib & shrimp combo was overpriced for value at $12.59. Handful of shrimp, handful of fries, and two baby, baby rib cuts. All tasty with Parmesean Garlic for dipping, but left me hungry and too small of portion for the price. Server was ok, polite, drinks were kept full. It was nice a relaxing on the patio....until the smokers showed up. WTF, man? Really, you're gonna fire up a Winston UPwind of me? Thanks pal. Hey where are you sitting inside, so I can crop dust you and your table? You wouldn't mind that, wouldja? (Google Urban Dictionary Crop Dusting if you don't know). Didn't expect to spend $27 pre-tip for two. Poor value.
