Havent been to a Fridays in years. Went there Saturday for lunch. Nice clean decor and fast and friendly service. The food is good but very expensive. One appetizer and two entree's was $60 after tip...too much for lunch. And they have this "Jack Daniels" sauce they put on everything. It is rich, sticky, and overpowering. I didnt care for it, as it completely masked my small steak, and her salmon. I might go back, and if I do Ill be watching the price column a little closer, and staying away from that sauce.

Came for drink specials and the $10 apps. Between the two of us, they let us switch back and forth which was great. These are the best potato skins I've had anywhere! We also got wings. They came out hot and fresh; totally made to order. The service was SO impressive and genuinely nice (but not in an obnoxious hovering way :) ) This was our first trip to this location and our first Friday's in years. We will be back so soon!

Frankly I would probably have a dukedom here if I checked in every time I go. I do the stripe thing, you name it. Of course it is a chain type place so obviously my four stars here wouldn't mean the same as it would for a different type of establishment, but I tend to go later and in this area that means past 9 PM, when choices are few. Nothing worse than going someplace at 9 when they close at 9:30 or 10 and have people basically sweep your feet as you try to eat. I have had consistently good service, drinks and meals at this location. I consider this to be sort of a pig out place so I have never had some of the pricier salads people were disappointed in, though I am a big fan of the wedge salad. Last trip I had the sizzling sirloin and spinach which was particularly good and newish on the menu, a lower carb choice to leave plenty for appetizers and drinks. Had a drink with cotton candy in it, not sure what it is called but it, rather they were fabulous! They have also done something different with their potato skins and I think for the better. Never really met a potato I didn't like but this seemed more dressed up than usual. My friend had a steak and I added lobster to it, piggy I know but super good value! Not everyone is a fan of lobster but hey it was oh so good, and not something most people realize they can do to a steak order, found out about it that night after going there for years. I do typically sit on the bar side, there are booths there with no wait, and the service has been nothing but excellent. This has been over a period of four years or so with all sorts of different staff and all. Really have never had a bartender who was not attentive including suggestions for drinks, super helpful to the indecisive!

Quite disappointed with this establishment. The service was good - waiter was attentive and polite - but my fish was nothing more than blah. I chose the Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad. When it came out? It was a pile of light green and cherry tomatoes. The placement of the food on the plate was completely half assed! Tasted like nothing original. Couldn't even see the crumbled blue cheese or bacon (was hiding under the chicken). I only came here simply because of family. It will stay that way :(

I'm surprised by all of the bad reviews that this place has. Even if the food were only average the staff are wonderful! We've been twice now and had the Endless Apps. They allowed us to choose one entree and one pay for endless apps and share both. The food has been really good and the only problem we had at all was with onions being on a couple of things when we requested they not be, which was during the first visit. We're definitely a fan and will be back.

Dissapointed. We went to Fridays on a Friday evening. The waiter kept forgetting things. Got many things wrong including adding an item to our bill from another table. The kids hardly touched their food. Not kid friendly. My meal was just ok. The appetizer wings were good. Bill $60.

Too expencive for two burned burgers that were not good. charged me a bottle of wine a glass of sprite and two shots of tripple sec. For a glass of sangria. Brian our waiter was friendly but not on point.. I will never come here again seeing i paid 90 dollars at 430pm on a tuesday for two burgers sangria and a beer.

Haven't been to a Fridays in sometime and was out on this side of town so I thought I would do in for lunch. The food was good and the server was great, I got the French Dip with fries. The only complaint I had was the place was dirty, my friend and I both had to ask for new silverware because there was food still stuck on the forks and knives. The booth had food crumbs in the crevasses and food splattered on the walls. If it wasn't for the lack of cleanliness it would have been great. FYI, don't sit at the booths

A lot of the experience at this place depends on the server you get. We frequent this place often and have had mixed experiences - some where we've had to complain to management because of the slowness and ineptitude of the server, others where we've pulled the manager over to compliment a server or two. Our recommendation is to sit in the bar area to eat in the early to mid-evening and ask for Reginald, he's a rock star server, probably best one we've experienced everywhere. Our favorite dish is the Cajun Shrimp and Chicken pasta. Yes, it's high in calories but oh so indulgent and addictive. Signing up for the Friday's card can have it's benefits, but remember to bring the coupons in some form; most of the staff will accept them by reading it off of your smartphone. Overall a good experience here if you get the right employees to serve you. Other times, you may have those experiences that just have you wanting to get out the door....quickly.

I'm a fan of THIS location, as they are consistent in greeting and taking care of us in the fashion they so want to confirm in their survey requests. We will continue to choose this location over the Polaris location because of that!

UNIMPRESSED!! Sitting at the bar, the "bar tender" was far more interested in doing dishes (what he is likely far better at) than waiting on his customers. Clueless! SLLLLOOOOOW to get a basic beverage. SLLLLOOOOOW to get me my check!! I'm STILL waiting! my broccoli was essentially a stump of stalk. Dispute the obvious presence of my credit card, he still dithers. Move along, folks. Nothing to see here. Please say a prayer that I get out of here soon.

Admittedly, we drove all the way to Reynoldsburg to eat at Ihop but when we got there the line was out the door and we were starving. Friday's was the nearest restaurant that didn't have a packed parking lot. There were 3 of us and we were there during lunch time. I happened to have a Friday's frequent customer card (or whatever their reward program is called) and just for having that we got a free appetizer of fresh made potato chips and sauce - they were really good. We also ordered the jack daniels chicken strips appetizer and I got the jack daniels bacon burger. My meal was great - the burger was pretty good although the portion size of french fries could have been a little more generous. The service was pretty good - we sat in the bar area and the guy helping us was pretty outgoing and personable. We actually got a free dessert because there was a slight delay in bringing out one of the meals. If I lived closer to this restaurant, I'd definitely go back.

No one who goes to TGIFriday's is expecting gourmet cuisine but back in the day it was consistent and reliable. They used to have the best onion rings in town. Flakey and well seasoned, then about 5 years ago they yanked them. We're big fans of the Jack Daniels glaze on, well, anything. You could coat a boot in it and make a fine meal. But I found a recipe for it and can keep it on hand whenever I want it. The quality has been on a steady decline but the last straw that made us cross them off the list was at this location. The salad we got was so bland and crappy it wasn't funny. It was straight out of a bag too and I had the plastic from the bag IN my salad to prove it! We each got the Jack Daniels sampler which has JD chicken strips, ribs and shrimp. The chicken strips, while well soaked in the sauce, were somewhat cold and dry. The ribs were GROSS. Dry, tough and I practically needed a buzzsaw to cut through them. (This is pretty standard for them as of late) The shrimp was good but again, the sauce on anything makes it good. Now this was their first order of the day because we went for lunch so they either nuked the h*ll out of the ribs or were giving us last night's leftovers! NASTY! I felt sick the rest of the day and jipped even though we had a coupon and a gift card. $10 out of pocket was WAY too much to pay for this horrible lunch. We'll never go back.

Typical big chain restaurant. $1up charge for the sweet potato fries is a joke. They don't serve enough to warrant the up charge. All American cheese burger was good. Service was better after I flagged down the waitress only once.
