I'd give negative stars, if possible. Stood at the front door at 11:02am (supposed to open at 11?) with 8 other customers before they could bother to unlock the door. The tables were STILL DIRTY FROM THE DAY BEFORE. Yuck. So they weren't busy trying to clean up last minute. Nobody wants to sit down to eat with yesterday's sour cream smeared on the table. Burrito warmer not turned on. Hope you didn't want a burrito. Because I did. But they went ahead and served everyone in line behind me. So that's MY bad, apparently. No fajitas ready, either. But they did offer to bring them out to me, you know, probably by the time I was finished. No, thanks. I'll just drive a bit further to Pickerington next time I want Chipotle.

The employees at this location are the best out of any Chipotle I've ever been to. I go to this location once a week and have always been met with above average expectations. The portions are generous, the workers are talkative and friendly, the management has their stuff on lock.

Best chipotle in columbus. People are friendly and its always busy so you know the food is fresh.

Food is usually really good, staff is adequate, but usually my very friendly. I wouldn't recommend going here after dark. Usually it turns into a rougher area where you wouldn't want to get out. Especially when the parking lot has questionable people there during peak times.

We drove out of our way to patronize this chipotle. The service is way better, faster and there is rarely a wait. In the time it takes us to drive here, order and eat, we'd still be waiting in line at the one near our home.

I eat a Chipotle easily 3 to 4 times a week. It is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. This is the worst run Chipotle I've ever experienced. It was not a long line but it took a long time to get through it. The staff was not responsive. The icemaker was broken. When I asked that worker to get me some ice, he seemed a little upset to do that. The Iced tea was completely watered-down. Very disappointing experience for Chipotle restaurant.

I dine at this Chipotle location a couple of times per month. If I was rating just based on the food most Chipotle's would do quite well with a 4-5 star review. This location is fine for the most part and the staff are capable. The only big strike against this place is the absurd temperature especially during the summertime. In the summer they'll crank up the air conditioning to a level that would make a polar bear proud. Seriously, it's probably 55 degrees in there in summer. That may be more comfortable for the staff working the grill but it's freezing for us folks stopping in for a fat burrito. Excellent food but take your coat in the summertime or get carry-out.
