I've never eaten in, but get carryout pizza. Always fresh, plentiful toppings and delicious sauce. Pizza us worth the trip!

Been to Gratzi twice. Had the pizza arugula both times. Very tasty pizza. Crust is chewy with the right amount of crunch. Toppings are piled on nicely. Beer prices are not good. 14.00 for 2 Guinness and 10 for 2 corona. Will return but will probably only drink domestic drafts next time.

Ok I want to be clear ,I live in Pickerington and I wanted soo bad for this to be the best pizza in town. I arrived with a party of 6 for Sunday brunch and got seated quickly. I ordered the lunch special including a salad and personal pizza. Salad was ok but the pizza. My pizza was undercooked and was slightly better than momma Rosas pizza from Krogers . Sauce was below average but the worst part was the crust. How can a crust suck this bad with no character no Taste! The centerpiece of the restaurant is the wood burning pizza oven. Good wood fire cooked pizza should be cooked with a little char and hint of smokey goodness. My pizza was a bland doughy flavorless mess. Then as I walk past the oven I noticed the problem. No Wood in the damn oven! Are you kidding me? Tips for the owner: 1. Get a real recipe for good pizza dough make it in house daily. It's not hard I have one or two that are much better than yours 2. Get a real recipe for fresh pizza sauce yours came out of a can. 3. Put some wood in your wood fired oven. I know it's a pain to maintain a wood oven but you need a high temp wood fire oven so your pizza is better than Little Caesers. 4. There are no excuses for you not to have the best pizza in town. You have a beautiful restaurant and a great oven. Strive to be the best. Right now the best pizza around I'd Little Sicily's in Brice. Check it out. I want you to have good pizza please fix your recipes.

I was looking for somewhere good to eat one Monday afternoon because it was a rare occasion where my husband and I were both home with no kids! I read the Yelp reviews before we ate here but I know how Yelp can be sometimes so we decided to try it anyway. Well, the Yelp reviews were not entirely off-base. The pizza toppings were sparse, putting it nicely. The service was okay. The décor was good. Clean and modern, liked the TVs, the bar, the lighting, the tables. It was a nice big restaurant and felt like a nice place. But the food itself...not good. Our main issue was the SALT! Waaaay too much salt. My husband's meat Stromboli appeared to have table salt sprinkled on top of it! Neither of us could finish more than half of our meals due to the excessive salt, and declined to take the rest home when asked...however we were not asked if it tasted okay. So I guess that tells me they don't really want to hear the bad, because something was obviously not right. So, we won't be back. I was pretty disappointed, as Pickerington lacks nice places to eat. I really hope they take these comments and try to fix what's wrong, because it can be done.

I've been looking for a good sit down Italian pizza restaurant close by. So when my boyfriend and I finally got a chance to try out this place , we jumped on it. The food was great. Loved the pizza. Our waitress , Courtney (sorry if spelled differently), was the only waitress we seen the whole time. No host, no one behind the bar, and no other waitress in sight. she was running it all by herself with a smile on her face. Not til we was served our pizza did we see another woman who worked there walk past someone picking up an order. Didnt talk to them or anything. When we left we asked Courtney is she the only one supposed to work and doing all this ? She answered with a no this is how it always is. Still with a smile but a look like she was gonna break down any second. If the management doesn't do something soon , I don't see this restaurant lasting long.

This is my second time at Gratzi and my last. Had pizza last time- it was just average. Today I had a ceasar salad. The salad was good but the plate was so small everything was falling onto the table. I then ordered their mushroom Swiss burger, medium rare. Burger came medium well and had the taste of being on a dirty grill. So charrred it was terrible. The beef itself had no flavor. I tried the bun separately, and its flavor was off as well. Not worth my hard earned cash. Place was clean service was ok.

Great food and generous portion. The only complaint is that the imported beers prices are a bit high. $6.50 for a Guinness. Other than that, great place.

My expectations based on other reviews: I would walk into a stinky, dirty dive, be served a soggy, undercooked, bland pizza and be overchaged by some snotty server who didn't give a damn. Seriously, I'm not sure why Yelp is hating all over this place. My experience: I walked into modern, "upscale" sports bar that smelled pleasantly of pizza. The on tap beer selection behind the very nice brick/stone bar was decent. My server was on top of things and very nice. Of course, what lured me in, despite the Yelp hate, was the promise of wood fired oven pizza! Oh, and it was Tuesday. The pizza itself is pretty decent. This is NY style. The dough is a bit denser around the rim, so you don't have any fluffed up air pockets. It is quite charred and chewy, however. The toppings were flavorful and good. Shrooms were a tad rubbery, but had good flavor. The sauce . . . .well, there wasn't enough of it to really comment (which also made everything a tad bit salty). A nice robust sauce would bump this pizza up to possibly five stars. All in all, this place is definitely worth a try. The best pizza in town? No. Worthy of Yelp's two star rating? Hell no. Don't let the hate scare you away - give it a try.

The server seemed clueless, food was bad....wings were cold...now people usually say cold, and they are warm but not hot...but in this case cold meant cold. The Italian sub just tased plain bad, there was no fixing the fries either. The salad itself was fine, the uncooked, flabby pieces of bacon was just not a good touch though...pretty sure this place is not a winner.

Meh meh meh. Burned pizza with intensely sparse toppings, way over cooked burgers, salad missing ingredients, appetizer dip with far too few dip-able things. Server was a bratty frat dude. Manager came and creeped at our table to affirm the burned pizza but didn't say anything. They took the pizza off, which was a nice gesture. Much appreciated, but not enough to recommend anything. Nice space, though.

This is my first time here. This is a refreshing break from my holiday shopping. The atmosphere is very inviting. The fireplace is a great touch. Not too loud in here looks family friendly. The prices are good. The service thus far has been excellent. I ordered the turkey burger, fries and a Coke. All fresh and hot, well except for the Coke it's ice cold. This is worth the drive for me from Olde Towne East where I live to here.

Nice atmosphere. Was here for a Friday night during happy hour. We had 2 bud lights and a glass of wine. We ordered wings and popcorn shrimp as appetizers. The shrimp was spicy, the wings were delicious. We ordered a half pep/half cheese pizza. Loved the crust. Overall a solid place. Would return again.

This would be a one star review of it weren't for the excellent service. Our server, Jon S. was friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and the decor is nice. But, food was our main objective and it wasn't very good, in fact, it was quite gross. Ordered the build your own pizza with three toppings for about $18. There was very little sauce and they were stingy with the toppings. The pizza was about average medium size and tasted processed or boxed. Also tried the pizza burger. The beef was disgusting. It was dry and had a synthetic flavor. I'm guessing it was a pre-cooked, chemically-flavored patty-that's how it tasted. It was inedible, sent it back, but at least the server was plesant and no hassle taking it off the bill. Baked potato soup-meh. This place is a terrible waste. Pickerington needs more restaurants. Any half-decent restaurant would do very well, especially in this area of town. With the amount of seating and nice enough decor, this place has the potential to make money and provide a place to eat in a town that's lacking many choices. I would love to see them hire a chef and revamp the menu, using quality ingredients. Unfortunately, it's more likely to be out of business soon enough.

2pm. Had the lunch special, small pepperoni pizza and salad. We also had the sampler appetizer. Appetizer was average. Fried cheese sticks, fried chicken balls, fried onion rings, fried mini corndogs. The salad was tiny. The pizza was a small size with tiny pepperonis. It too was average. Although it was not crowded, our waitress kept offering us togo boxes and then instead of filling my water she brought us Togo cups. She was polite, but all in all. Just average.

My son and I were out and decided to give this a try. We arrived around noon on Sunday, and walked in and was seated quickly. The server came over and got our drink orders and then came back and explained the pizza to us, basically that its only one size and that its cooked in a wood fired oven. She took our orders which was a pep pizza and a Turkey Asiago sub. The pizza was decent, I have had better but no complaints, it was hot and had a good flavor to it. My son ate the sub and I am not sure he liked it. He said it was ok but he did not eat much of it, he did bring it home and finish it later but he did not seem fond of it. He also tried the pizza and he said it was good as well. They do use the Coke 100 machine for soda, those are popping up everywhere and personally I am not a fan but I am not knocking any of the review for that. Over all it was good and we may return if we want to go out for pizza, but typically when we order pizza we want delivery.

Did not check Yelp before coming here, as I bought the Groupon on a whim for a new place to try. The Good - The place is very modern, nice and clean. It would probably be a great place to watch some Football and have a few drinks. The service was just fine. The waitress did take a little while to get our bill to us but she was busy with other tables, so not a negative. The Meh - The food. We ordered the loaded baked potato soup and Italian twisty rolls. The soup was flavorful and the twisty rolls were good too. However, I ordered the Italian Hero and my Husband ordered the Mushroom Provolone Burger. Both were very mediocre. He said his burger was also very salty. We both had chips as our sides and they were definitely not worth the $1.95 a piece. Some looked really oily and others were super hard. Just a very very mediocre meal. And for the $42 total bill price, (Husband had a cider from the tap too.) there are many other places to go, that have much better food. I ended up with a stomach ache half way through the meal. Also a note to people with small children. The high chairs here do not have the bar/post that goes between the kiddos legs. My 8 month old kept slipping down (even with his highchair cover on and belted in.) and when he would try to sit back up, he would hit the back of his head on the back of the chair. We ended up taking turns holding him throughout our meal because he couldn't properly sit on this highchair, though we have never had any problems at other places that have proper highchairs, with the post in between where the legs go. Doubt we will return here anytime soon.

I would like to preface this review by stating you either have to be really good, or really bad for me to leave a review. Sadly, it's the latter. I was pretty pumped to try this place out, and then I read the Yelp reviews and started to second guess myself. Going against better judgment, I ventured out with my brother to check this place out. We went on Labor Day and it was surprisingly busy, but we were able to be seated right away. We probably sat there for a good 10 minutes before someone came to ask us if we have been helped. It wasn't even the waiters section. He told us our waitress was busy and he'd be taking care of us. I was already starting to regret coming here. We placed our drink orders (two waters and one soda), and about 10 minutes later we got our waters, but no cup for the soda. (It's one of those fancy 1000 flavor coke machines) Another 5 minutes went by before he came back to take our order. I got 6 wings (sweet thai chili) and my brother and I split the Gratzi Meatball Pizza. Wings came out rather quickly. I was told they were fresh wings, but they were clearly frozen. It also looked and tasted like they were just smothered in store bought sauce. But wings are wings, so I ate them. The pizza came out and looked good, but I could already tell that the "homemade meatballs" were not homemade. One side of the crust was well done, while the other side looked a bit under cooked. Our waiter had set us some small silver plates for our slices. Thankfully I looked at mine because it had some sort of sauce on it, so I requested a new one. The pizza was bland, boring, and all of the above. It's such a disappointment too because I really wanted to like it. It's like they took a Little Caesar's pizza and just doctored it up a bit. All in all I'm out $30 for 6 wings and a pizza that left a lot to be desired. I could get over the underwhelming food if the service was spectacular, but it was anything but. It's not the employee's fault by any means, but a lack of a good manager and training program. It's very clear that this is someone running it with little to no experience. Save yourself the trouble. Order from one of the chains, or just hit up your grocer's freezer and grab a DiGiorno.

This place had a great atmosphere for a pizza restaurant/sports bar. Fair prices for drinks, service was solid, menu offerings were good and not to terribly priced. I drove from Gahanna to Pickerington to check it out because I had a coupon and I'd drive back again just to eat there. Not the best pizza you'll have in your entire life, but the ingredients taste fresh and the beer was ice cold.

If anyone is wondering... This is somewhere between a horrible experience and a nightmare... Please don't go here! (Cliff notes 1.75 hours dressing all over our table, smells bad, raw pizza, manager doesn't care. Offered to put our already touched pizza back in the oven.) Walk in. Pizza joint smells like a stale bar at closing time... Maybe a pizza smell would be a good thing? 30 minute wait later there is dressing all over our table and the floor... More waiting. Open my silverware. It's dirty. Get a replacement set. It's dirty. Ask for a third set and get lectured on how I don't know what dirty silverware is... #really??? Bring out our salad... All pressed up against the bus boys dirty t shirt. #gross Hour later still waiting for our pizza... Hour and forty five minutes later we got raw dough pizza... I have a two year old. Let our server know and it took ten minutes to get the manager. He obviously cares a lot... The manager offered to put the pizza we touched and had on our table BACK INTO THE OVEN #dirtygerms I could go on, but I'll stop.

Terrible service. Under cooked food. Managers excuse was "I don't know what's going on" go to steak and shake better food for a lot less money. One star is being kind..

I'm very surprised by the bad reviews on here. Me & my mother went a couple days ago around lunch time. We were greeted & seated right away. For appetizers I ordered the house salad and my mother ordered the wedge salad. My salad was good..it wasn't tiny and topped with one tomato like most places side salads.. and my mother said her wedge salad was delicious. Next we ordered a Hawaiian pizza to share. My only gripe about the pizza is they were all large pizzas and we couldn't do half & half or get smaller sizes. We wanted half pesto chicken but they said they couldn't do that. We were kind of disappointed about that because the had alot of unique pizza flavors so we would have loved to try more than one but we were not willing to spend about 35-40 dollars on two pizzas.. Anyways the pizza came out cooked perfectly and it was yummy..we were very hungry after shopping all morning and almost ate the whole pizza lol. I am very picky about pizza and this pizza was quality. The crust, the sauce, toppings..everything was perfect. I would have given 5 stars if they had different size pizzas but overall this was a great place! I think the other bad reviews were from when this place first opened and they hadn't worked all the kinks out yet..I think those people should give this place another chance..

I've been a couple times. The worst part has been the service. Too many youngsters who would rather hang with each other than serve. The servers also seem unfamiliar with the menu. I noticed quite a few send backs. The pizza has been too salty each time but the cheeseburgers are good. All in all another sports bar imitation but not done well. Maybe with tuning and maturity this could be a worthwhile stop.

My family of 5 visited Gratzi opening week in the summer. We were excited for a family friendly place where we could also relax and catch the game. We had one of the worst experiences dining out... Ever. Against our better judgement, we went back assuming that they had worked out the problems. The place was about 25% seated, yet we waited over 5 min just to be greeted. We ordered the boneless chicken wings, they should be more correctly labeled boneless chicken crumbs. 4 of 10 were the size of a tip of a pinky! When I called the manager over he was not apologetic, I'm assuming this is normal. He said he would replace those 4.... Which came out after we had finished. Our food took over an hour to get to the table and the portions were so tiny that my 5 year old asked where the rest was. The salad I ordered was missing and the manager said he would take it off the bill (I should hope so??). It was not taken off. Exhausting, disappointing and frustrating is how I would describe Gratzi. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.... No third strikes for this place!

Love this place and am so glad they came to Pickerington! It's nothing super special but it's more enjoyable than the plethora of chain pizza restaurants available in Pick. The wait staff is very friendly, if not the quickest, and often remember us. We almost always order the same thing: gluten free pepperoni pizza and italian kettle chip appetizer. Their GF is one our favorites- the crust is chewy and yummy and doesn't taste like the normal cardboard. The pizza generally comes with crispy blackened edges since it's cooked at a very high heat- yum! The kettle chips are fantastic- loaded with creamy alfredo sauce, balsamic, blue cheese, and scallions. We have tried several of their specialty pizzas, too, but always come back for the pepperoni. The loaded fries appetizer and donut dessert are good bets as well! They also have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is a nice treat.

Was seated right away. Order taken quickly. Loaded fries arrived hot and yummy. Drinks came so late the fries were almost gone. The Steak and Gorgonzola cheese pizza was alright, a bit soggy. The Turkey and Asiago hero was not right, 2 bites and thats all. We still took the pizza home. They took the fries and hero off the tab. Total $32.98

Please note this review is for the new location, E Broad, Reynoldsburg. Was told when we entered Stromboli was excellent. We were a party of 4 ,2-adults, 2- grand children, 9 & 11.We ordered a Stromboli appetizer for all of us, kids split a pizza, my wife had salad and I ordered Stromboli for me which I shared. Service was OK, but I wanted a margarita ,they didn't know the price or contents so I said make a reg one and put a little grand Marnia in it. I had two. When I got bill $90 $35 for the 2- drinks, every one else had soda...AVERAGE STROMBOLI, DON'T recommend ORDERING DRINKS

This place has the most AMAZING wings, their pizza is good too. Ive only been once so I thought I'd try the basics. Plan to go again soon and sample more of the menu. I have teenagers and they didnt complain so that in itself says a lot.

We love Gratzi in Pickerington, but this place was terrible. The trip started with the hostess asking us if we wanted her to walk us to the table. So she gave us the menus and silverware and told us what table she thought we should sit at. The pepperoni twists were flat, the pizza was not even close to the same and the chicken fingers were comparable to McDonalds chicken nuggets just longer. I would either give this place some time to get organized or go to Pickerington.

A team of 10 of us where loading boxes of food at a pantry for Thanksgiving. Someone brought in Gratzi's pizza, I think they may have donated it. Every one of us loved this pizza. So much so that my wife and I went there last night. We build our own pizza with Pep, Portabella Mushrooms, and two types of peppers. I think the pizza tastes good. Our server was great. I see a lot of reviews on here, frozen not fresh, not wood fired etc. It would be helpful if the owner or manager would address these comments directly. I have no idea what wings places have fresh wings or which are frozen etc. If I like the taste I'm not going to care. However if you would address the complaints directly that would appear more helpful and professional. This is a place I would come to every once in a while. The only draw back is the price for the size of the pizza and the $1.50 per item add on. I'd like to see a delux pizza etc at a similar price. I don't like paying 20.00 after tip for a small to medium 4 topping pizza. However let me say it again, we like the taste of the pizza as did everyone in our large group the day before one of which is a restaurant manger.

This place has HORRIBLE leadership. You can tell the owners really do not care about their employees and really skimped on the training and encouragement. One of my friends was recently fired from the restaurant because she made one mistake on someone's order and the owner said "it was a stupid mistake." The owners wife asked her if she even graduated from high school! Who says that to someone????? Thank God in the real world employees are given second chances; especially when it's their second week.

This place looks really nice: well laid out and comfy. The food offerings however are just so meh. Bland, predictable and soulless-- think upscale McD's. Sometimes you find amazing food in strip malls--an unexpected treat, but too often this is what you find: corporate food.

For a pizza place the pizza was just ok. The salads were decent, the moz sticks were tiny. Seems like a cool bar and music outside was good. I'm sure the alcohol drinks are good but we had soda which the choices were endless. Overall ok but there are better.

If I could rate this negative stars, I would!!! How can you call yourself a pizza place when you don't even know how to make pizza!!!! Not only did I send mine back, there were at least 10 other tables that sent theirs back because it wasn't cooked properly. Really, sending out under cooked pizza to customers? You have a an awesome oven where the heat should be like 1000 degrees and the pizza should only take 90 seconds to cook. Hell, these guys don't even know what type of flour they use to make the pizza. Really? Don't you make the dough from scratch? I chose not to have them stick it back in the oven cause like some customers since I didn't want a burnt topping pizza. So I chose to order the Italian Stromboli. Bad mistake!!!!! Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for this it came out burnt on the outside and raw inside. Needless to say I'm starving!!!! No way was I waiting for them to screw up a third order for me so I left to eat else where. Then we get our check and I see they are charging us $12 for 12 wings. According to the menu, today (Wednesday), it's 50 cent wing night. When I inquired about being charged double, I was informed their daily specials start at 9pm. Excuse me?!?! There is no where on the menu that daily specials start at 9pm. Nor did our server inform us about that. So I get screwed by these guys for the third time since no adjustment was going to be made!!!! There wasn't even a manager on the floor that I could speak to. Really?!?! You're a new restaurant and you should always have a manager on duty!!!! My boyfriend who owned pizza shops in NYC left his name and number for the owner to call. I doubt anything will be done about it!!!!!

I too am surprised by the negative reviews. I frequent Gratzis and have never had a bad experience. My favorite appetizer is the onion rings or the traditional wings. My favorite sandwich is the Prime Rib. It is huge so I often eat half and save half. I have only tasted the pepperoni pizza and it was good. It too is a large portion, but for the price it is a bargain. The decor is nice, gives you more than a local pizza joint feel. I hope people will give it a chance to work out beginning mishaps as stated in other reviews as it has only been open for a little while.

Seated right away, so that was good. Ordered a house wine and husband got a water (mind you, it's happy hour according to the drinks menu but she mentioned nothing). 10 mins later, she delivered his water and said she'll be back with the wine. 5 mins later, the wine arrives. She takes our order: Husband wants something without onions; I want a stromboli with cheese and mushrooms. Five minutes pass and as I was reading the Yelp reviews, the waitress asks, "You only want mushrooms in your Stromboli? Nothing else? I'm confused." So I had to tell her it comes with cheese, so I want to add mushrooms (it's a freaking build-your-own Stromboli)! 15 mins later, a cook comes out and plops our circular trays down on the table. We say, "Thank you." And he replies, "Yep." Husband inspects the sandwich and it's covered in onions. He shoves the dish symbolically to the far edge of the table. 5 mins later the waitress comes over and checks on us. Husband says he ordered no onions. She checks what she wrote down on her pad, says, "Okay," giggles and walks away with the dish. That was 10 mins ago. Stromboli is tasty ;)

I found this place had very good food, excellent and knowledgeable wait staff, We had the Italian Kettle Chip. They were wonderful and a wonderful Margarita Pizza. The person that complaint that the cheese was low grade & running did not know that the Mozzarella was mix with Alfredo to give it a good creamy topping. The sausage Stromboli was excellent. Our friends that joined us had a Prime Rib Hero & a Meatball hero respectively. The food was served hot and promptly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

It wasn't terrible. We sat at bar. Find you usually get better service/more experienced servers. Cheese pizza was good. Wings ok. Bartender gave several win samples. Wine was decent. It just is no different than all the other places. I prefer the press grill the tavern. Places with moe character and a better more imaginative menu. The patio looked nice. I will probably go back but it's just a typical chain restaurant.

I've gone here four times since it has opened . The only problem I had was my first time I was skimped on one chicken wing. But then two visits later the gods of Gratzi graced me with an extra wing. The pizza is amazing, great selection of beer, gluten free options. The wings are amazing. The best In Pickerington . The service is still a bit slow but it's a new establishment and I have worked at places like this and understand. Best place in pickerington to eat I think. I will be back again .

My husband and I ate there tonight for the second time, wanting to give it a second chance, but a pizzeria it is NOT! We both had a spinach salad which was very good and the draft beer was also good but the margarita pizza tasted like something from a school lunch! The mozzarella cheese used on the pizza looked like soup when it came out(must have been a very low grade of mozzarella) and it had no flavor whatsoever! The basil was barely existent. It was cut in strips the width if spaghetti! The crust was adequate. We did not even finish it. The first visit, we ordered the portabella mushroom pizza and in the middle the crust was not completely cooked. If you really want good pizza, go somewhere else!

I wouldn't say it's as awful but it's def. mediocre. I had the buffalo chicken sub which was horrible the first time. Second time I had the white pizza which was pretty good. Had we had better service I would give 4 stars. SUPER slow. I get your new but the wait was ridiculous and they had plenty of open tables.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went with my wife, father, and mother in law. First it's supposed to be a "sports bar" type place, doesn't even have miller lite on draft...I can live with that. Service was slow but our waitress was pleasant. I wanted to order a pizza and add onions and what I would assume would include a charge. I was informed that you can not add anything to an existing pizza and that I'd have to do the "build your own", thus adding $4 to the already overpriced pizza just to add onions. I declined and just ordered it as is. My wife ordered the prime rib sub which was pretty good. We also ordered the loaded fries which were burnt, when we asked for an extra sauce...of course another charge. My pizza was sub-par at best, especially since they fancy themselves a pizzeria. I don't mind paying good money for a good meal, but this place really nickels and dimes you over everything. No one in our group enjoyed the experience, and personally I look forward to what will be there after this place goes under.

My husband and I were hesitant to stop here because of the reviews but after my manager gave it a good rating we decided to have a late lunch today. It was about 1:30 and we were seated right away. Waitress took our order about five minutes later. Sweet tea was good. Took a little while to get our food but a huge group ordered before us so it's understandable. I got the French dip and fries and my husband got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Both were really good. The hand cut fries were wonderful! We will be back again during off hours as I know the traffic is horrible right now on that side of town.

The food was good, and had an awesome waiter. The dude was super honest and really knew the food and menu well. Tad on the expensive side for the type food it is, but nevertheless worth it.

Came hrre daturday lsst and here is edited review: Menu is what you expect for a sports bar: pizza (of course! !! It's a pizzeria), wings (good selection of sauces to choose from), good selection of appetizers, burgers, subs (Heros), salads, soup, and good selection of draft and botteled beers. Server was good; he was attentive but not intrusive. Now our food: we ordered the sampler appetizer that has corn dogs, boneless wings, onion rings, and cheese sticks in addition ordered 6 traditional wings tossed in my requested mixture of hot and sweet Thai chili. Everything good. Wings were as good as BW3 but not as good as Roosters. Now why only 1star: BIG snafu over changing channel for The Ohio State game against Kent State. Manager had to bartend because the bartender didnt show up for work. NO ONE KNEW HOW TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL. After the patrons loudly complained, the manager came from behind the bar and changed the screens to the correct channels, Each tv screen had to be changed by use if an ipad AND ONLY THE MANAGER KNEW THE CODE. I suggested she train the servers in how to change the channels and she said the OWNER DIDN'T WANT THEM HAVING USE OF THE IPAD! Ridiculous polucy by the owners. So if I could rate management I would be 0 stars, waitstaff 2 stars stars and the food 3. GET THE MESSAGE OWNER: I as a former restaurant manager can tell you if you don't let up on your management style, you WILL go out if business!!! GUARANTEED!!!

1st - This place is NEW. They may have had some bumps in the road to opening. I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is CLEAN - NEW - and NICE! I have been 3 Times and everyone has been attentive and friendly! Nice selection at the bar. Late Happy Hours! I just don't understand all the bad reviews. The place does get packed and seems like the bad reviews where back when it first opened. Anyway, I like it and you should give it a try!

This restaurant appears to have opened prematurely, as the managers kept making the same excuse to several disgruntled customers (including myself) that "they are new and need to work out the kinks". After nearly a 2 hour investment of time, our pizza arrived COLD! While the waitress was very apologetic, the management lacked customer service saying "I don't know what to do, we don't have a large enough oven to handle the number of orders" and initially refused to comp the order. Meanwhile, the greeters kept taking new customers and placing them in a 45 minute queue for tables. They really should have shutdown and regrouped to stop the bleeding. They had LOTS of teenaged employees....that had nothing to do except apologize to their tables. I hope Gratzi makes enough to pay them....and I encourage them to look for new jobs at a better run establishment soon. Gratzi's made a HORRIBLE 1st impression and we will NOT be back!!!! If your time is worth more than money, you'll skip this place too...

Having worked in food service for several years I understand people can have one bad experience and call it quits. Our first experience left room for improvement but the staff was friendly and you could see everyone was working hard. The atmosphere was nice and the prices were reasonable. We were also able to bring our children and not be stared at if they were a little noisy. Since our first visit we've been back 2 additional times and service and food has improved each time. We will continue to return and encourage others to try it out. Thanks!

When this placed opened my wife and I had high hopes that Pickerington had a pizza place that would excel above the rest. Imagine our disappointment when we graded this place as the worst in the area. Every rookie mistake in making a pizza was made on the pie we ordered. The mistakes were as follows: Too much cheese. Poor quality cheese. Subpar crust with poor texture, obviously poor flour and preparation, flavor and baking technique. Non-existent sauce ... What sauce there was had the flavor of garlic salt (not fresh garlic, which in my mind is a rookie mistake) and very little tomato flavor to it. The toppings were sparse and unremarkable with very little flavor, especially the pepperoni which was a major disappointment. To summarize, the pizza was essentially a sub-par cheese bread. In regard to the service, it was marginal at best. Cooking a pizza is an art form. Those that do it the best pay attention to every detail and will prepare every ingredient themselves and will have uncompromising standards. They will make every effort to ensure the cooking medium, temperature and technique are going to ensure a top notch product. That is obviously not the case here. It is my hope that the owners sample some of the better pizza in the Midwest and try to incorporate some of the best aspects of those pies into their product. It's a simple concept that shouldn't be that difficult to figure out. Great crust, prepped and cooked properly, great sauce in the right proportion (lay off the garlic), great cheese in the right proportion, great toppings, liberally topped onto the pie (not sparsely). If you've done it correctly, it doesn't matter what style of pie you've made ... The result will be something you always remember. If your pizza is average you may acquire a few loyal customers. If your pizza is poor, you'd better hope you can get off your lease quickly.

For a new restaurant I thought that this place was great. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but it turned out to be one of the best places we have been to in Pickerington in a long time! We were greeted at the hostess stand and told it would be about a 20 min wait. Seated right around 20min and promptly greeted by our server, John. Drinks right away and our orders were taken. My husband and I both started out with house salads. They came out and were good, about what was expected. Our pizza did take about 25-30 min to come out, but John explained that this was the process with wood fired pizza. What a great pizza! Crispy crust, just the right amount of cheese and topped with arugula, prosciutto and flakes of parmesan! Yummy! We decided not to get dessert because we were stuffed, but we will definitely be back to try! I would highly recommend Gratzi to anybody!
