I'm a chipotle fan and a local resident. I refuse to go to this chipotle anymore solely based on customer service. I'll drive to the one in maumee if I'm really craving it. Otherwise, they lose my business to hot head burrito.

What a terrible experience. I waited in this huge line to finally get to the front, just find out that they were out of chicken. They said it would be about 10 minutes to prepare it. This is already after the lady started making the bowl. Here's a hint, when you're about halfway through your chicken, put more on the grill so you don't run out. I just walked out of the place after feeling like a fool. Lunch fail. Luckily, Panera Bread right next door has their act together & lunch was saved.

I love chipotle! When I moved to Perrysburg I was excited to have one right down the street. However, this one is the WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. I still go because of the convenience, but there is an issue everytime. They are very slow and don't know how to work together... tonight 5 people were in the kitchen and only one person was out helping a line of customers. I was 3rd in line and it was 8 minutes until I got up to the front. And for those who think online ordering is better, I did that once and we got there to pick it up and she said "oh... yours is the receipt we threw out! So what did you order?" So then I still had to wait. Someone needs to learn how to manage over there. Because this is the only one in the area with any of these problems.

No matter how much you love chipotle; don't bother with this one. The service is terrible and the place is dirty. I'm a local resident and refuse to go back. I love chipotle; but this particular restaurant is terrible. It seems to be a bunch of immature people working with no manager or manager that frankly is not worried about customer service or sales.

Great Food but they always seem to run out of chicken. Plus the service is bad they don't really give too much attention to the customers because they just try to rush you and push you through the line real fast because how busy the place gets. But luckily the food makes up for the service.

Worst staff I've ever seen at a chipotle. Can't multitask and 4 people can only complete 1 burrito ever 4 minutes. Unbelievable. Learn how to train!

Filthy and slow. While standing in line I actually called them to clean tables. Should have left. Rest room was so filthy. Floors are filthy. Service is slow and people standing around. Worst Chipotle I have been to.

This location is a real disappointment. They are slow yet they always seem to have a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. To that end, they tend to be socializing and chatting with each other when they should be paying attention to me, stocking the food, or cleaning up the restaurant. The tables are NEVER clean, finally on one visit I very directly asked loudly asked if someone could come out and clean a table for me. Honestly, they didn't know how to react at first. Drink station always looks a hurricane just came through. Food is fine, but quantities are a little lacking, but the overall experience is a total let down.

I stopped going to this Chipotle location because it was so slow and unorganized. I recently decided to try it again to see if it had improved. This time they were out of sour cream and guacamole, a big improvement! In the past they were usually out of salsa, cheese and lettuce, and they never had guacamole. There was also no line because they have no customers!

I'm a Chipotle snob but this one doesn't live up to the brand. We stopped thru at the end of a long drive from FL to MI, excited about one of our faves right off the freeway. Service was poor. Both the tortilla guy & check out lady. Place was dirty & 2 of the pop spigots were out of order. Tortilla guy wouldn't speak up loud enough to hear & didn't offer any suggestions about kids meal options - we wanted one kids meal with 2 tacos. Not offered on the sign. He seemed very confused about the order, but check out lady said you have a double taco kids meal . Guess it is a thing. I didn't even try to order the extra kids quesadilla without adding an entire kids meal, I think the guys' head would have exploded. But I guess it would have been a silent explosion. The check out lady was obviously frustrated if we didn't move at her pace when asking what meats were in the tacos. She also got frustrated when I came back to ask about salt ( most Chipotles I have been to have roved the shakers but will give you a side bowl if you ask), she kept staring at me like why would I be asking for salt. What is this word salt? Then she went in the back & got one & gave me the whole spiel about removing the shakers. Again, I think she was frustrated that I messed up her rhythm. Bathrooms (yes, I mentioned we were stopping through on a long road trip!) were dirty & fixtures were broken.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE CHIPOTLE!!!im convinced i am chipotle's biggest fan, but this one in particular is brutal!! the staff was just mean to some of the people. if you are that miserable just find a new job. the tortilla lady was so rude just about every other person walked out while they were setting up their order. i wish the CEO could make a visit to this lazy business because he would be embarrassed about the people working it. the tortilla lady put white rice and pinto beans in my bowl before i said i wanted either. so i said i didn't want pinto beans and she looked at me like i grew a second head. i now understand why their tip jar was empty. seriously just go somewhere else you will be so angry you gave these people your money.
