With limited Chinese restaurants in this area Dragon village stands out. The food is good, the prices are reasonable and the service is decent. Does it wow? No. Like most Chinese restaurants they have started reverting to the fillers of snow peas, broccoli and onions in most of their dishes. However that does not take away from the taste. I have tried most items and must say my favorite is their Shezuan chicken and beef, Curry chicken and General Hsos. If the owner ever reads this comment: While we appreciate the cleanliness of your restaurant, please keep wet floor mopping to before and after hours. Treading over a wet slippery floor is not my idea of a good welcome apart from the fact is dangerous.

I take "Chinese" food seriously. I mean SERIOUSLY! And so far, unfortunately I haven't been able to find a decent Chinese place here in Columbus. The measuring stick for me is........the fried rice. I mean, it's the quintessential side dish, right?!? With that being said, since I've been here in Columbus, Dragon Village has without a doubt the best fried rice I've had. Period. The egg foo yung is amazing and VERY filling and the fried wonton appetizers are to die for. But if you're in the area, stop by and just get a pint of fried rice and thank me later.........

My boyfriend and I have gotten takeout from here twice now. I got Szechwan shrimp the first time. It was spicy and delicious, but super oily. The second time, I got shrimp lo mein. It was decent. Also strangely oily. On the plus side, the food was ready in 15 minutes both times.

I wish I could give it 3.5 stars only because their drink menu is limited (no soda machine as they have a cooler full of different sodas). I ordered the Hunan chicken which I enjoyed. Their lunch ($5-7) and dinner menus ($7-9) were very competitively priced for what you get. Tried the crab rangoon appetizer and got 8 pieces for $5, pretty fair price. Main difference on price is the dinner has slightly larger portions and it comes with a egg roll. Overall I would recommend and I'll be back in the future.

The food here is really good. I have not had anything from here that I would not have again with the exception of a few of their appetizers which is the reason for the four stars and not five. The service is really great and fast. I can order half of the menu and it will be ready in 15 minutes. Always 15 minutes.

This is my favorite Chinese take-out! I have been enjoying their food since they opened. The owners are extremely friendly and they have made the most out of a simple store-front. My favorites are Kung pao chicken and General Tsos. Their shrimp egg rolls are a must also.

I won't let the fact that Dragon Village is conveniently less than 2 minutes from my house affect this review; it's all about the food! I haven't found a Chinese buffet worth visiting again, but as a dine-in/carry-out restaurant Dragon Village has quickly become a family favorite! The pork fried rice is always a winner, as well as the crab rangoon. My 6 year old even likes "the crispy things with meat inside" (wontons) ! Got the pu pu platter for the two of us to share this visit, which was more than enough and tried some of hubby's curry chicken. (I'll definitely try again!!) Is Dragon Village the best this area has to offer? Not sure about that, but for a fast, convenient and reliably consistent experience it works for me!

Dragon Village was on par with my expectations when I was craving Chinese take-out. I arrived to pick up my order ten minutes after I called and then only waited another 5 minutes. The food was hot and fresh! The staff members were very pleasant. I really enjoyed the Crab Rangoon the most. The flavor of the cheese filling was so yummy. I also ordered Orange Beef, but was a bit let down because the pieces consisted mostly of breading and hardly any meat. The sauce, however, was spicy and delicious. Lastly, I ordered the veggie Lo Mein, which contained plenty of veggies and had a nice flavor. Why I ordered so many items just for one person, you may ask? I'm eating for two now, give me a flippin' break here! Overall my first taste of Dragon Village Pataskala was a great experience. I will definitely be ordering here again!

With only 2 options for American Chinese food in the area, this is by far the better choice. Fresher ingredients and a better quality food experience than the other local spot. Only issue, get a fountain machine for drinks!

I wanted to like this place because it's one of two Chinese restaurants in the area, but though the food seems ok at first, it does not treat me well afterwards. The service is good, quick, and their egg rolls are very good, but I stay away from anything else.

Who would have thought that I would find amazing Chinese food in Pataskala!? I searched for years in north Columbus for good Chinese and was never satisfied! The orange chicken, general tso, wonton soup, crab rangoon are all amazing!!
