Clubhouse Sports Grille Menu

Stepping foot into this restaurant is like literally walking into the dictionary definition of "pedestrian, run-of-the-mill, basic, standard sports bar and grill". It just opened and service was a bit frenetic and unorganized, but I'm sure they will iron that out. The televisions seemed well laid out and should be a good place to watch multiple games at once on a Saturday or Sunday. Our group had several of the menu items and the word that describes the menu best was "uninspired". It is your basic sandwich, burger, wings and wrap place. They did have a burger with peanut butter and a pot roast sandwich but they could really step it up here to be something special above the standard. The beer selection was "meh" and also just absolutely standard. They'll need to find a niche and/or some inspiration or the eventual dictionary definition might be "RIP - The clubhouse once existed in this location"

This was our fourth visit since it opened...and we took our son and his girl friend. The food has been very good every time we've gone. We've tried something different each time...except we have had the pretzel bites with spicy cheese several times. The homemade soups are always delicious. The burgers are yummy and the pork tenderloin is good and huge. The grilled chicked was so-so...but my favorite has been the pot roast sandwich. Absolutely delicious. It's become our go to place during the week.

Ate lunch here on a Wednesday a couple weeks ago with hubby and some friends. I chose one of the lunch specials they had that day, which was the clubhouse sandwich with salad on the side and sweet tea, and hubby had the chicken pot pie. There was nothing spectacular about the sandwich and salad I ordered, but hubby's chicken pot pie tasted really good. I also liked their sweet tea. The service was good too, definitely a friendly vibe. I'd definitely come back for their chicken pot pie, and maybe check out some of the other items in their menu.

went for trivia nite last nite first time there...very good staff and service. But.....its the nosiest, loudest sports bar I was ever in. I got the wings, not very good, and small....16 oz beer for $3, not bad. I will try again, now I know when to go and when the specials are...over all not too bad, but not great.

35 alumni had lunch there today and not one complaint. The food was terrific (try their deep fried mushrooms as they are the best ever), the staff were wonderful. We enjoyed their patio which had a nice breeze and ceiling fans to cool us on this rather warm day. Everyone liked it so much we are thinking of having next year's reunion casual get together on Friday night there.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. I've yet to have something I don't like. If you go you must try the deep friend buffalo burger... They are a little slow but well worth the wait!

First time eating there had the club house sandwich with fries. Sandwich was decent can't really mess up a club sandwich everything was a nice portion. First off the French fries sucked to greasy stuck together and nasty. Second the waitress was very slow at getting refills and un professorial. She took 20 mins to just being change out. I'm a very polite person also I always say thank you when a drink arrives our is taken. So maybe I had a bad experience but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I absolutely love this place, the food is great, the service is great and it has a great music library in their self service music kiosk. However I gave them four stars because people who go there don't know how to control their kids. They let their kids run around and cause chaos. Please make them sit down and be quiet or don't take them.

It's great for a local restaurant and the food is delicious. Plus they have sweet tea, a weakness of mine!

I am updating my review as I had some food there last week and the wings were good. The other items I received were very poor quality, but I can tell by the taste they are buying product on price not quality. Most of the food I have tasted at Clubhouse I can buy at GFS or in bulk at Sam's warehouse. I do love the people that work there, minus the guy who THINKS he is a chef. I hate to burst his bubble but serving poor food like this the word "Chef" should not be in your vocabulary. I will go back again when I see a good quality menu change, or the next wing night!

My favorite place to eat. We eat lunch there as many as three times a week. We get there between 11 and 11:30 and our food is always ready within 10 minutes. I have never had a bad meal there yet, I would recommend the fish sandwich, grilled boneless chicken chunks, chicken parm. sandwich, and when they have steaks on the dinner menu they are always cooked great. For appetizers the Pretzel Bites are addicting. If you go during a Bengals game get there early. They always large servings

AMAZING!! Food was great, fresh n different. Service was top notch. Amanda the bartender/server was one of the best I've encountered. Sucks I live so far away otherwise I'd be a daily regular. Keep it up n I'm glad to have experienced this place in my travels

My second time here. The first time a had a bad experience. I'm have never complained about something when it comes to food. But last time something happened and they fixed it and gave me a gift card. This time it is absolutely awesome. Try the Philly sandwich or "the Walter". Amazing food and great service. Deserve all five stars. The first time was an accident. So I understand stuff happens. Doesn't mean I would put them down until I gave it a fair chance. I'm glad I did.

I am never disappointed when I come here. Last night, my husband got the half rack ribs in a basket and I couldn't choose between the sticky burger or the white veggie pizza. I chose the white veggie pizza. Very tasty!! Spinach and artichoke dip on a pizza crust and smothered with multiple white cheeses and topped with sweet white onions, mushrooms and green peppers. It was not my first time ordering this entrée and I was not disappointed. Mmmm Mmm Mmm. I sampled the ribs and they were very tender. Good flavor. Some places, they are dry and chewy, but not here. I thought the coleslaw was good too. I was too stuff to eat dessert, so I got it to go. The bread pudding was out of this world! Especially sitting in my comfy clothes on the sofa at home.

I will start by saying that the food is consistently good... Now if only the service was equally as impressive. My co-workers and I go to the Clubhouse every Friday and something usually goes wrong with the service. I guess it depends on the day. One day the orders come out incorrect. The next they may charge you the wrong amount. Typically the owner is there but never once has he apologized to perhaps his most loyal customers. If something is incorrect he will make an inappropriate joke about putting you on a diet. The turnover at this restaurant has to be ridiculously high from a staffing standpoint. I don't know if we have ever had the same server. They are always training someone "new". Great food, especially for the Monroe area, but the service really hurts the overall experience. Btw, don't ask for any extra condiments for your order, as they will probably add up to cost more than your meal. Must be where ownership makes up the margin. The owner and management doesn't get the big picture of the food service industry. Disappointing. This could be a really cool place but not until some things change. It's almost a game now to see what can go wrong during our Friday lunch adventure.

The food is excellent, especially the pot pie! Service is usually pretty good but it can get busy on weekends and during the summer which can result in a slightly slower service. This is a great place for family lunch or dinner, business meetings, or to hang out to watch the game.

Simple fare with great flavor and good service. Surprisingly kid friendly, and the food itself? Let's just say I'm already writing a song about their Bacon Cheeseburger... You're probably thinking: You cant mess that up. Well these guys perfected it to the point that I am already thinking of when I'm going to have my next one. Also good chili and fantastic appetizers! The kids meals are great, particularly for the primary school age group, but if you have a light/picky eater there is lots of simple food to choose from. We will be back shortly to this place!

We have been 2 times to this place- and if we weren't moving im sure we'd be back many more times. Food is delicious with huge portion sizes and very fresh. Service is great and the patio is a huge bonus for us being smokers. The pork tenderloin sandwich was so ginormous I made 3 meals out of it!

We stopped here one night and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The service is outstanding and the prices are really good. Definitely would recommend this place.

Food is very good and big portions so bring your appetite. Atmosphere is comfortable with music playing via the jukebox. Lots of flat screen TVs with just about every game on you can imagine. Great food and drink specials. The employees/staff are very friendly and management goes beyond expectations. I suggest you try it if you have not already! I suggest getting The Walter or the ribs!

We (a group of 20-somethings from around the area) have visited The Clubhouse a few times on Sundays for lunch, and we have enjoyed it. The food is always good and the waitresses are very nice (and pretty). Wanting to support local business and local sports, we went there to watch the Red's play on a Friday night. When we did, we found that every poor soul with one foot in the grave had passed on BINGO and strolled into the restaurant for a night on the town. While I have a fondness for the elderly, they are not my ideal crowd for a sports game and beers. All in all, I'd say that The Clubhouse Sports Grille is a great place to go, but you need to know what you're getting into. Pick your time and date wisely.

So glad I pointed this place out to my husband after taking the backroads home from The Cone one evening. True, the decor screams sports bar, but the food is definitely quite a bit above what most would think sports bar fare is. Made almost weekly trips since then (sometimes more), trying quite a bit of the menu and have pretty much liked everything. My faves are probably the pork tenderloin sandwich and the portobello sandwich (yes a vegetarian offering at a sports bar, and its good!). The hubby likes the wings and the sticky burger. The buffalo chicken and irish egg roll things are good app options. We were having such a tough time finding a good place to watch the game AND have good food (looking at you Frickers, blech). So glad we found this hidden gem. Can't wait until the tailgating starts!

Food is good but you wait forever!!!! You wait to check in, you wait for a table, you wait to be seated, you wait and wait and wait.

Newly opened, very nice place. Went for lunch, had Chefs Salad. Veggies were fresh, with plenty of shaved ham and turkey. Croutons seemed homemade as they were extra good. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend, will definitely go back!

Service needs major improvements, food is well over priced. Family owned and operated doesn't always mean great success, this place proves the previous statement. They do have nice TVs... There's a reason they serve booze here.

Great pretzel bites with beer cheese! Yummy sticky burger with peanut butter! Live music on Saturdays. Check this place out!
