WOW!!!!! After a long day on that Traders World grind me and the Squad rolled up looking to get sorted out with some of those good burrito bowls and needless to say Chipotle hooked us up with that good good! Getting sorted out with all my Oasis tapes and Alf toys gave me a large appetite and I needed a manly pile to cure that large appetite so I got myself straightened out with some brown rice and those good sofritas and shredded cheese and BLACK. BEANS. BABY. YES baby. A+ would eat again baby!

It's chipotle so it has that going for it... However this one is slower than most and seems to run out of things often. The people are very friendly and always smiling. Also the seating is not the best they have lots of room on 8 top tables but if your a small 4 or under group there is sometimes not a place open and you end up sitting on the high tops with other people you don't know.

Skip this one! I'm used to waiting at Chipotle..but 29 minutes is excessive don't count on clean tables, or friendly staff. The line was consistently at least 20 deep with long waits the entire time we were eating as well.

Based upon other reviews, I'm clearly not in the minority thinking this is probably one of the worst Chipotle. We moved to the area recently and have been here several times, so this isn't based upon my experience tonight. The food just doesn't taste as good as others I've been to, it's a filthy mess and the lack of customer service is embarrassing to the brand. Ordered through the online app tonight and my husband picked up my order. It was wrong. I eat the same thing every time, so when it has mild tomato salsa instead of hot salsa, it makes a BIG difference in the flavor profile. I called to have it corrected - no apology. I drove all the way back (at 9PM on a Sunday night) - no apology, no offer for anything to compensate me for my SECOND trip up there and they screwed up the order AGAIN! This was the LAST time I will ever go to this Chipotle and I doubt I'll be driving an extra 10 minutes to get to the next closest. To the managers - do you ever wonder why YOUR restaurant isn't as busy as the other ones in the area? Your Yelp reviews are telling you why. Chipotle - I'm putting you on notice - you are not the only burrito place in town. Hot Head, Moe's, Qdoba, etc, etc.. If you lose me as a customer, I can get a burrito anywhere. You are not that special that I'm going to put up with sub-par food, dirty stores and poor customer service.

Like most people, I've been to several Chipotles and this is one of the not so greats. I will never understand why certain Chipotles are regularly running out of the same things, where others regardless of the amount of foot traffic, seem never to have the problem. Each time I've been here they've had a chicken issue, either they don't have any at the moment, or they've run out in front of me. Anyway, this one is particularly busy since the outlet mall is close. More often than not there is a long line and limited seating. The service is okay considering how busy they are, but most times I would choose something else if I'm in the area.

We've only been there once since moving to the area bc it's always seriously packed. My biggest issue when I went was the lack of parking. I literally got the last spot at like 1:30p on a Sunday. Our food was great, other than our one Carnitas entree serving was literally half gelatinous fat. I wasn't expecting the lean-ness of grilled chicken, but I mean, C'mon! Still gave 5 stars cuz....Chipotle

We are big Chipotle fans. Rarely do we find a Chipotle that isn't up to snuff. Even when we do, it is never to the point of no return. This Chipotle location is the exception. It was bad start to finish. We entered at lunch time and it was understandably busy. That wasn't a problem. We are used to that and the line normally moves relatively quickly as it did here. The problems began with the cleanliness of the place. There was food all over the floor and tables. With so many employees in site, and being so busy, we couldn't understand why one of them wasn't wiping down the tables so that patrons could sit down and enjoy their meals on a clean table. Eventually an employee came out and wiped the tables down and promptly emptied the food from the tables all over the floor. Which of course, explains our first impression. When we got to the order counter the first server was friendly enough. However, when she added our rice and beans in the bowls it was done in a manner that resembled the distribution of prison cafeteria slop as you see in the movies. The next step was the meat. It was handled the same way but not before mixing up our bowls with the customer behind us. I could see the frustration and tension between the employees as they darted dirty looks at each other. We finally made it to the pay station where the apparent manager was standing there next to the cashier. The manager had recent exposed wounds on his right forearm that was quite unappetizing. The cashier rang us up for our two bowls plus a quesadilla that we didn't order. We explained the error and the cashier was clearly frustrated in trying to figure out how to credit my card as the manager stood by and watched. Finally I told her I would just take the quesadilla to end the issue. The manager's only comment was "I haven't tried the quesadillas either." To the food...The sautéed fajita veggies were flavorless and very soft. The carnitas was waterlogged and light on flavor. The rice was under cooked. Even the guacamole was off. Clearly this Chipotle is mismanaged in nearly all aspects and it's a shame. Chipotle corporate needs to intervene. Yes, it was that bad.

The service isn't the friendliest or most professional. Plus they don't give military discount. They'll give police and firefighters out of uniform 50% off but military doesn't get anything. Nothing like standing in line and the off duty cop in civilian clothes gets half off while someone in there Air Force uniform is told they don't do military discount.

Worst customer service I've ever had, employees aren't nice, completely rude!!!! Never would I wait in line again for their food! What a waste of our time to come here. Get some good employees who actually care. Also, the place is a MESS as in DIRTY

This place needs to get it together. You never know what you are going to get; especially if you order online. The employees which I notice there is a lot of turnover, need to read the online order instructions. Four times in a row they did not follow the instructions. It's best to go inside rather than order online. We love having a Chipolte in our community but we have been going to West Chester more often because they will take your credit card info over the app or net. Monroe used to but does not anymore.

This is the worst Chipotle in the history of Chipotles. The place is usually dirty but tonight I had the added pleasure of seeing a cloud of flies hanging from the menu above the cash register and good prep table! They're always out of something. Tonight they were out of white rice. Seriously?! Last time it was chicken. WTF?! Something on the food prep table usually looks terrible. For example tonight the peppers and onions looked a few days old. There is also the problem with portions. Dude, I didn't come here for a rice burrito. Maybe you like a rice burrito but that's not quite my style. I have also had problems with online ordering. "Your good will be ready in 10-15 minutes" means you have to wait for 10-15 minutes in the restaurant because the 10-15 minutes it took for you to get here wasn't enough time for them to make it. While you're at it. How about you hire some workers that know how to interact with customers and don't eat while working the cash register. How about the manager and the general manager lose their jobs and get replaced some people that actually know how to manage people.

It'd be cool if they actually had my online order ready when it said it would be ready. Instead they wait until we get there to start making our order. And the brown rice was an extra 10-15 minute wait. Find another location if you want halfway decent service.

Great quality of food! I always go here after church and it always seems clean and fresh food. My only problem is, later in the evenings they stop making guac and thats all my wife wants when we come here. So when they don't have it, we get pretty upset.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
