TJ Chumps has top sushi grade salmon that I can't stay away from. I also think they have excellent ribs and the pork chop sandwich never gets old. Not to mention the chicken tortilla soup that they cannot keep on hand. Great food and atmosphere.

Great place to unwind with great food. Consistently great food at that. Big outdoor patio and lots of TVs for the sport fans. Really good wings and a big bar.

Went there only once and ordered the wings. Refreshingly good wings! Very meaty, not overly fried, and well-sauced. I would prefer TJ Chumps wings over Hooters, based solely on that one experience. I also remember the curly cheese fries being delicious. They serve the fries with a bowl of cheese sauce on the side. Literally a bowl, no fear of running out of cheese. It was more of nacho cheese sauce rather than real cheese, but I like it that way. The waitress seemed to forget about us once we got our food and I ran out of water for a good while. Overall, I would definitely go back and order the same thing.

I ordered the humus and the flat bread that came with it looked like it just got done soaking in a hot tub full of grease. wtf!! I love humus, but come on...let's go overboard here. Go buy some flatbread people. Don't give me a piece of bread that you just threw in the fryer for a half hour. An order of celery that came with it cost me 2 dollars and I received 4 celery sticks. I mean come on. Let me go to the market and buy a nickel worth of celery at this point. It's just you order humus and you think you just something healthy; I don't want to feel like I just ate a box of donuts. My entree was pretty uneventful to say the least. I got the salmon salad, which was a piece of salmon atop a couple of shriveled pieces of lettuce. Not the best way to spend 10 dollars in my opinion. On the other side of the coin, the service was good. The people are friendly. I do like the atmosphere, but probably won't come back bc I didn't like the food

Native to the Miamisburg area, we settled here for lunch. This place reminded me of any other type of burger/bar type of restaurant so I wasn't expecting much. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and I have to say their thoughts on it is a little different. The mushroom in particular. The Swiss and burger is pretty standard along with the fries of course. Now, what TJ chumps does differently with the mushroom is that they have one massive mushroom as big as the burger. This is different because most other mushroom Swiss burgers have little mushrooms sprinkled on there. To me, I think the idea of a big burger is ideal, it brings out the mushroom in a mushroom burger. The service was well put throughout the meal. I never had to ask for anything, and if I did I didn't have to do it multiple times. If you want a good local burger joint, or a similar TGI Fridays, this is the place to go. Their family friendly restaurant mixed in their take on the mushrooom Swiss won my vote.

Great sports bar. Excellent menu. Decent beer selection. I've never had a bad time at this place. Outdoor patio is the place to be in the summer.

Dropped in for a lunch on mother's day...the patio is awesome. Natural lighting from the outside, tons of tvs, everything you could hope for out of such a place. Here's the bad: We had one issue, which was the wait. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. It took us over twenty minutes to place our order. This is what was good: everything else. The staff was friendly. The food was fantastic. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and waffle fries. It was very high quality bar food. I'll definitely be back to grab some food, and perhaps next time, enjoy drinks on the awesome patio.

Nice place in a very desolate location. Unfortunately for them not much of a view. Nice bar indoors and bar on patio outside with tables. Food was good. Service was nice.

Brought friends here again last night after our first visit. AMAZING! Their ribs were killer, Their wings... BEST I've ever had (and I can eat some wings!). The side of broccoli was the largest broccoli florets I've ever seen, and the smashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were way above average. They make their own salad dressings and sauces. The blue cheese that came with the wings was lumpy full of cheese and sooo good, we even bought a tub of the rib sauce to use at home it was that good. I will be eating here many more times! I worked in the restaurant industry for years and honestly they are clean, well run, and have incredible food. Not to mention their servers are great! Definitely go!!

Well our cycling gang, the Wild Cogs, stopped in to TJ's today for lunch. Handy for us as it's only about 300 feet off the Great Miami Bike Trail in Miamisburg. Great Menu with lots of selection, salads to sandwiched to burgers. Also a nice selection of draft and bottled beers. The 7 of us each had something different, and all were well pleased. I had the Santa Fe burger off the seasonal menu that was wonderful, with onion rings (breaded not battered) which were good enough too. ( can you tell I like battered rings better?) Then we finished it off with a piece of carrot cake ( super terrific) that was big enough for the 7 of us to all enjoy!!! If we ride this trail again, we'll definitely be back! Might even go a few miles out of our way off I75 to have that carrot cake again! Unless you want fine dining, you can't go wrong here.

If your in the area this is a place we like ... huge salads, great sandwiches, good drinks .. the services is consistently good, Some think its over priced but I'm impressed with their menu selection.

We just ate lunch there today. Fabulous service. 4 of us had the lunch special of Half chicken salad sandwich /soup. They brought it out and the shock on our faces would tell the story! A mini scoop of chicken salad( I am not exaggerating when I say it was 2 tablespoons)!!! The chicken tortilla soup was watery. They put a dab of chipotle on the bread. It was sad....we were sorely disappointed. We have eaten many times at the Englewood location and always enjoyed the food. Again, servers were AWESOME....food was lacking!!

If you like traditional American fare, and lots of TVs, this is the place for you. They don't have much that is on the lighter or healthier side, and if they did, it probably wouldn't sell. I think they have one vegetarian item, but you may be able to get them to take the meat out of a salad. If you order hot chocolate, they will hand you an instant packet and a cup of hot water. That being said, everyone really seemed to be enjoying themselves with the 31 TV sports overload. So there's that.

Came here with 3 girlfriends and we each got a different salad. I got the chicken salad salad, very large ( all the salads were) and very good! Great price! 5.99$ Nice patio, good service. Just a side note to mention. I didn't drink but my friends did and they didn't like that the draft beer came in a plastic cup. It got warm before they finished it because we were sitting outside.

I was not too impressed with this place when i went in there for lunch. I ordered the chicken parmesan wrap with chips and a salad. I wanted to sub the chips for a salad but they said all i could do is add on a salad for 2.99. So i added on the salad. The salad was very large which was probably the best thing about the place. The chicken wrap was soo dry i had to take the ranch dressing from my salad and use it on the wrap so i could chew it. Also I had to guzzle water. The wrap without the ranch dressing was almost impossible to eat. There was minimal chicken and mainly lettuce in the wrap. The service was alright, pretty much what you would expect from a bar that does not make most of their money on food im sure. Also the people who came in there were rather vocal about their views, and there were a few S and F bombs thrown around. Not a place for kids. Try it out if you are there for the drinks but do not expect family friendly and good food.

Live in Miamisburg and have heard great things. Me and the wife went and the food was just nasty. The service was slow and they didn't seem to want to be their. If you want warm tasteless food and bad service this is the place to go.

So, after I finished a brisk 20 mile bike ride on the trail, I met the Hoff here for dinner. We sat outside, which is one of the great draws of this place...that and the extremely loud, obnoxious sounds of Harley Davidson motorcycles that routinely pass by. Some even stop to have lunch. I must say, I felt pretty cool pulling up on my bike next to those Harleys. The Hoff and I started with some Great Lakes on tap, which was delicious. I usually drink this stuff in bottle-form, so I was glad that it was on tap - probably the first time I've had it that way. The waitress (one of half a dozen who helped us...really!) recommended something not really on the menu: a salmon bruschetta dip with balsamic vinegar and grated parm cheese. That was awesome! I was really impressed. Then again, balsamic vinegar makes everything taste good! For dinner, I had the ribs. Here's the part that grossed me out, but I was so hungry I looked passed it: there was a dark hair on my ribs. It almost looked like a thread, but I am sure it was a hair. Yuck. It was a straight hair. I didn't try to connect the hair to one of the six people serving us, but I probably should have done so. Usually, I would just put the whole plate aside, but I didn't. Thinking about that now, in the cold light of day, makes me cringe. How could I keep eating those ribs? The Hoff's dinner was some sort of shrimp thing, which was made with peppers...unanticipated. He cannot handle peppers, so that was not good. I shared my hair-covered ribs with him...well, gave him a bit piece. He thought the dish was a bit spicy, and since he's not a spicy person (at least in terms of culinary taste), he didn't eat it all. So, overall, a reasonably good experience. I regularly go here, so I am a fan. Not a fan of hair in my food though.

Came here with a local while I was in town for business. I ordered the Chump Steak sandwich and was impressed. I asked for it medium, and that's exactly what I got! Nice sear and pink in the center. The creamy horshradish sauce was a nice touch too. Too bad it was November, otherwise we could have sat outside on the patio. Trivia nights on Wednesdays!

  • Kiarash Z.

When I sat down in the massive outdoor patio on a gorgeous summer night, I thought nothing could go wrong. The advertised $6 pitchers and 39 cent wings added to the illusion. I had friends, an ashtray and a lazy summertime pace. Then the wings came. They were awful. I tried Cajun honey mustard and medium. Both were bland and oddly oily, like they weren't fried long enough and poorly sauced. And the $6 pitcher of beer ended up costing $9 because Blue Moon doesn't count as a domestic draft, even though it's listed beside the Buds and Millers on the menu. The server kept trying to push pineapple cake on us, even after told her we were loaded to the gills with food. On the upside, the atmosphere was great, the waffle fries were delicious, the service was oustanding and the beer was ice cold and served up with orange slices. Great work on the service; the food needs improvement.

One of my favorite places for lunch. Wonderful service---fast, friendly, eager to please, and the food is consistantly tasty. I have tried to branch out, but I love their chicken salad salad with honey mustard dressing (a huge serving of yummy chicken salad on fresh greens) that comes in both a lunch and dinner portion and I crave their Black Bean Soup, which is hands down the best I've had in the Miami Valley. I've been trying to worm the recipe out of the servers, but good natured as they are, they aren't giving away any kitchen secrets! On nice days, the patio is a great place to lunch. I've never had dinner here, but I drive by on my way home from work and during the good months, the patio is always packed and my brother says they do a good dinner business. He, btw, swears by the swordfish or salmon sandwich and the steak and mushroom soup. I say try them all and make your own decision.
