Took my daughter for a birthday dinner. 20 minute wait to get seated.. typical for the mall area. Server was prompt enough and friendly. The food was good. Lobster Bisque was a little bland but ok. Had a great time and will return.

Most Red Lobsters I would give 3 starts to but not this one. Our server asked if we wanted a long island ice tea frozen - then she brought a margarita. I ordered blue cheese salad dressing and she brought ranch. The asparagus costing an extra $2.30 was not crisp but chewy and over cooked. My mai tai was a mix that was way too syrupy sweet and may not have had any alcohol in it. Everything was WAY salty - packaged in salt, prepped with salt and cooked with salt. Even the cheddar biscuits which everybody usually loves were salty tasting. I just cannot recommend this location.

I love Red Lobster! They have the best biscuits and they offer some really great menu items. The drinks are not that bad either which surprised me.

Had a gift card so I took my dad out for seafood. I ordered the sirloin steak..was hesitant since I usually find sirloin to be tough. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my medium sirloin. It was really delicious...seasoned well and quite tender. Very noticeable! I also ordered a red wine with dinner...got a dirty glass...sent it back and the LAZY bartender cleaned the glass and the waitress gave me the same wine now is a wet glass. I looked at the waitress and said am I really asking too much for a dry, clean glass of wine? Well, with Red Lobster, it is usually a crap shoot. At least the steak was worth the trip. Caio!

My girlfriend and I had a seafood craving, and all other seafood in the area was closed. So we ordered lobster bisque and a crab plate. The bisque was sour and seemed spoiled. When we asked the server about it, she said it was "the last scoop." I almost lost my lunch.

Came with a party of 12 for a birthday party. We had reservations and got right in. Had good service and good food. Manager came around to check on the group of U.S. and was friendly and helpful.

Terrible service, told waitress Debbie, we wanted diet coke w/ lemon, didn't get the lemon, also I asked for a full order of chicken parmigiano got half asked for more cheddar bay biscuits never got them. Food came, she never gave us UTENSILS, really! We had to get the hostess to get them,.she clearly doesn't listen! I never got one apology! Don't waste your money! For her tip, sorry zero, she didn't care enough about my experience, I could care less to give her a tip!

Red Lobster is our go to for Lent. .. food is decent. . The wait is about 30 minutes on a Friday night. ... as always live the bread. Check for coupons in the Sunday paper. My husband likes the ultimate feast. I like the seafood stuffed flounder baked.

The food is hit or miss here. Yes, it's a chain seafood restaurant and in a non-sea facing midwestern state, but typically the seafood isn't the problem. This last visit I ordered a Caesar salad, what I got was an albino salad with Caesar dressing. Tasted fine, but when I order a Caesar salad it is because I want that dark green Romaine lettuce. There was a 20 minute wait, not bad for a Sunday lunch. Instead of waiting, we decided to eat at the bar and had great service from the bartender. Cross your fingers that you get a good server and you'll have a fine meal. And they never seem to go wrong with the cheesy biscuits.

Hostess totally incompetent, and unfriendly. Waited for seating when plenty vacant tables were evident. Servers wandering haplessly without a clue. We will never waste their valuable time again.

I came in late on a Wednesday night by myself. Was slightly dismayed by the reviews, and upon walking in, there was no one at the hostess desk. I waited about 2 minutes before just seating myself at the bar. As I sat down, the bartender was just walking off to the kitchen. No problem, I have no problem waiting til she comes back to get a menu/drink. As I pull out my phone to pass the time on who-knows-how-long-I'll-wait, I look up to see the gentleman sitting next to me having dinner had gotten up and got me a menu. He told me that the bartender would be right back to take care of me. I was slightly confused, but just figured the guy had worked there. The bartender came back pretty fast and took my order everything was great. After a few minutes I proceeded to see almost every employee parade up to the gentleman who had gotten me the menu, asking him for help on random things like a waitress asking how to explain the taste of the swordfish to a customer. At this point I assumed he was either the owner or the manager. Either way, just the act of him getting me a menu while he was eating showed me he cared about the customers. He finished his meal and left. I saw him come back a few times throughout the evening and asked me how everything was as well as every other customer in the restaurant. I had a wonderful meal, with great service and actual CARE. Textbook restaurant operations. Thank you.

Wow, waited for a good 30 minutes and couldn't even get bread. Our waiter never returned after bringing our drinks. It was 3 pm so no dinner rush. When we walked out the hostess didn't even call in a manager for damage control. We'll never stop by again.

My husband and I were hesitant to come here after reading the reviews, but we really wanted the endless shrimp deal that was going on I have to say we were very pleased with the whole experience. The hostess was pleasant, our waiter was excellent, on the spot with the shrimp, and the food great.

This Red Lobster is typically typical, if you know what I mean. The seafood is average, nothing to knock your socks off. The salad and dressings taste good. The steak is hit or miss. I love the signature biscuits. This location earns 4 starts for 2 reasons. First, for the appearance. The dining area is clean. The seating and decorations are in good repair. Second, the staff provide good customer service. Very rarely have I left here feeling less than satisfied with the wait staff. In conclusion, although I feel this Red Lobster is a classic version of a typical chain restaurant, it surpasses the average in service and visual appeal.

The wait here is always terrible. It's always at least an hour. Service is ok. The cheddar bay biscuits are the only thing to hold you over while you just wait and wait.
