I am very excited for this restaurant the Chef Maria has a great story! We came here for a birthday dinner and it was a perfect night. The restaurant is in an old renovated Miamisburg home- very charming, warm, inviting setting. The drink menu has some fun, fancy drinks and the wine options were eclectic and not the same old stuff you see on menus everywhere. Ok- on to the food- the ideal mix of appetizers that were easily shareable- we ordered a few orders of each for the table. Meat and cheese platter, arancini, beet salad, crab fondue and Duck Rillette. We had many options for bottle of wines at the table, including some discounted wines they were selling in anticipation of their upcoming order. I had the scallops for dinner and they were cooked perfectly. Other options for dinner that my friends ordered were hangar steak and pork belly. The dessert I shared with friends was the Peanut Butter Mousse cake and it was a perfect dessert. The carrot cake option looked delectable but was a little dry (it can't all be perfect! Need to leave room for improvement). Overall I will definitely come here again, I will recommend it to my friends, I will bring dates here, I will bring family here. This restaurant was a long time coming to the Miami Valley area. Bravo Chef Maria!

Excellent food, service, and decor. I enjoyed the mozzarella cheese and heirloom tomato and balsamic drizzle salad. So tasty! The albondigas with fresh basil were equally wonderful. I finished the evening with their tasty Key Lime pie and a glass of Limoncello. The owner came out to chat with me at the end of my meal to ask how my experience had been. They are currently open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings only. But that will be changing later in the year; they will be adding a Friday lunch service. I highly recommend Nibbles.

At the WHO dinner at the Glen in Yellow Springs for a fund raiser and their food is spectacular!! Can't wait to go to their restaurant!!

A treat & too good to be kept a secret. I am a picky eater & they spare no quality in accommodating. The food is healthy, fresh & unique. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The staff was so nice & Chef Maria is beyond friendly & look forward to returning to try the new menus. We were visiting a friend in Dayton for the weekend and she made a point of taking us to Nibbles for a Friday night dinner. We were so happy she did. Everything about the meal (and cocktails... and wine!) was fantastic. Chef Maria was super friendly and made some amazing, varied dishes (pasta, snapper, lamb, Coca-Cola Braised Pork Cheek!, etc.). Everyone at the table ordered something different and we all tried one another's and all came away with different favorites. Pretty good sign of quality right there.

Lovely little top notch spot. Great food. I mean, really great food. Lovely atmosphere. Exceptionally friendly and attentive service. I had parsnip bisque and lamb shank. Hubby had Greek meatballs and pork cheek. A really delicious meal.

Tried Nibbles for the first time. Awesome meal. Maria and Eric do a great job of making you feel welcome. We had the pork tenderloin and key lime pie from menu #5. There are so many more things to try, it will be worth the drive to get back there to try them.

Simply amazing.....Dayton area needs more places like this! Great drinks, delicious food, terrific service (super friendly staff) and intimate atmosphere. Menu changes every 6 weeks or so, which always gives you a reason to come back and try something new. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back.
