I have stopped here multiple times for lunch and I'm always impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The soups are a much better quality than I had anticipated. I love the variety and rotation, but one of their constants is lobster bisque - my favorite! I will be back again, I'm sure.

Great food, friendly service and they support The Dragonfly Foundation. Will be coming here more often!

I was excited to try this place but I just don't think it's going to make it. Got the lemon caper tuna sandwich, it had two scoops of tuna on it and you could tell the romain lettuce was dirty. Super generic decor, which I always hate. I think a Tom & Chee would do better in this location.

Stumbled across this great little place while navigating through Mason. Think Panera, but faster and better flavored all around! I recommend the Southwest Turkey sandwich and Spicy Black Bean Chili for anyone who likes a little kick.

The staff, especially Andrew, is great. They will let you try lots of samples, too! The soups are delicious and ever changing. (Again, you'll like the samples!) Sure the lines can get long, but you will spend less time in line than at Chipotle. Definitely a place to go.

We thought we would try this place since it just opened. I had Tomato Basil and my spouse had Chicken Potpie. The soups were fine but not something that I would go out of my way for. Their location is great since there are a lot of Mason businesses nearby. They were just okay and I should have gone online to review the options since we wanted a half sandwich and soup. After ordering we realised that there was option for this. We will probably not return since our normal stop has better soups and sandwich offerings. Out of a rating of 10 we gave this place a 5.

Soup is ok, sandwiches and salads excellent. We were there on a very busy night. The staff tried to keep up with orders but with only 4 workers it was difficult. Despite disgruntled customers, the 4 staff members worked as a team, were pleasant and never slowed down. I was impressed with the hard working staff.

Soup is great. But they're still figuring out how to operate this new location. Associates are inexperienced and the line to the door is the result. We were also overcharged because the person at the register had no clue what she was doing. Again, soup is great. But Mason is going through a steep learning curve so be prepared to wait.

We, arrived at 11:45 and placed order of two soups and one 1/2 sandwich it took 25 min. The food was very bland and not hot. Will not be going back.

Thought I would try this place out. Had the loaded baked potato soup and greek salad. Both only so so. I was hoping for a homey mom and pop feel, didn't get it. Clean but small.

Zoup --- which is like an updated Panera without the pastries --- serves DELICIOUS soups, like the crab bisque, lobster bisque, lemon chicken, and ginger butternut squash. A little pricey, but worth it for the taste imo. They encourage tasting samples and the staff was both friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of salads and sandwiches, but only tried the tuna salad which had capers, lemon, dill, and a touch of onion --- it was very tasty and way better than Panera's. I did think the balsamic vingarette (on the side) for the lettuce was not the best pairing as over powered the tuna, but next time will get a mayo based one. The whole wheat bread was fresh but nothing special. I'll be back for sure.

Just love the simplicity of soups. Love love love this hidden gem. Had lobster bisque and veggie wrap. Atmosphere has nice quiet upbeat music, seating area has various seating options, stools, single booth, open tables etc. Quiet and laid back.

Been here 3 times now and have been happy with it every time. The tuna and caper wrap is delicious, so much so that I'm unable to order any other side to go with my soup. I've had 3 different chilis and each was very good. The Web site is VERY helpful with calorie and sodium listings so that I can have the best choice for me picked out that day before arriving at the store. It's fast, tasty and easy on the wallet.

This was pretty good. We went at about 5 and no one was there. The employees and the place itself were a little messy and not completely clean or put together. But the food was good and I like that you get to sample the soups before you order.

First impression: My husband and I came at 1 in order to beat the noon lunch crowd and it took 20 minutes to get through a 12 person line. It has been 10 minutes and I am still waiting on my second choice of soup because they were sold out of my first choice and bread bowls. Received my order: Jamaican gumbo is watered down seasoned tomato soup. The portions are tiny for the price. My husband got a sandwich and salad. Both are smaller than Panera but cost the same. Learning curve or not, I won't be coming back because I simply don't think it's worth the price.

Amazing soups and tastey salads!! Just went for the first time. Will try sandwiches some time. Love that you can try the soups. I got the Mac N Cheese soup..yummy! My husband got Lobster Bisque and said it was awesome (I'm vegetarian so I didn't try it). The bread that came with the soup was soft and delicious; artisan bread...there are three to choose from. The staff was super friendly. Can't wait to go back!!

The soup is okay (it reminds me of taking a can of Progresso and adding some greens to "spice it up a bit"), and the wrap left me wishing for better. Kinda squishy, kinda flat. I placed an online order in the morning to pick up at 11:45; I figured this would give them a little time before the lunch rush. With two people in front of me when I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick up time, I left at about 12:10 (with my order that might have been under the counter the whole time?). The poor girl at the register was at the brunt of everyone's displeasure, but to be fair, she identified my order as "oh, the big one!" Honey, I'm a girl with image issues anyway, and I don't think a you-pick-two is unreasonable for lunch, haha. Logistics are just not running smoothly yet, despite maybe 8-10 people working. Aforementioned register girl said the tickets got mixed up (not my problem, you guys don't pay me to expo). I'll go back in a couple months and give it another go while they work out the kinks.

I've been here three times now and the soup is good but the service sucks bad. Hope I'm wrong but I don't think this place will make it. Should not take 20 min to get a bowl of soup to go on a Sunday afternoon. The rest of my group was able to go to blaze pizza next door order and eat e pizza each before I was able to order my soup.

The food was delicious. I got the southwest turkey sandwich and chicken pot pie soup. The chicken pot pie soup is one of their best sellers. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. I liked the fact that they offered samples of their soup. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the wait time for the food to be ready was a little long. I assumed they would be getting the food ready as I ordered it on the line, but instead you order at a register and you have to wait for them to call your name.

Great soup! Had the lobster bisque in a bread bowl. Got a piece of lobster in each bite. The bread bowl was toasted and warm adding to the yumminess.
