My father stayed here while he was in town visiting recently. He was very pleased with his room. I have stayed a multiple Marriott hotel locations and always been very pleased by their consistency. Their rooms are always well maintained and clean. This particular location has a restaurant inside. I met my father to conduct some business in the hotel lobby. The lobby itself is beautiful. There is a lot of space and we were able to find a table that provided quite a bit of privacy.

I became sick after eating this hotel's breakfast. Asked for late checkout, and they extended checkout by 30 minutes. Wow, thanks so much. I am overwhelmed by your generosity and understanding. They advertise having free wi-fi, however, the signal is so weak, none of us were able to use it. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. They charge as if you're staying in a modern hotel, but all fixtures and decor are terribly dated. The blankets were comfortable, but that's about it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, located near lots of restaurants. Wish the pools were heated. The breakfast buffet was perfect! The made to order pancakes were probably the best I've ever had! Thin, crispy and a great way to fuel up before a long bicycle ride.

Other than the breakfast buffet, and friendly staff, I felt like I was going into a mid 90's not updated hotel room. If this hotel was on "Hotel Impossible", it would definitely need a lot of work in the housekeeping department. I will say that the lobby was more updated, but once you get to the rooms, it was a completely different story. My room was filthy. The coffee pot even had old water in it that had clearly been in there for a long time due to its gross coloring and odor. Needless to say, that was disturbing. That reason along makes me not want to ever go back there. I will be in the Cincy area for work and this hotel is convenient for that, but that is about it.

Great breakfast buffet. Good selection, tasty coffee and bloody mary's. Very attentive staff and decent music. Not a bad way to finish up your stay in the Cincinnati suburbs!
