Better Chipotle than most. Staff is friendly and they hustle. Place is pretty clean. Food is fresh. This place is usually crowded, but you won't usually wait longer than 15-20 min. I'd recommend ordering ahead online for big groups. Their online ordering system is pretty good now and a separate crew in the back works on it. I could be wrong, but this feels like the busiest restaurant in Marysville. Also piercings seem to be the norm here for the staff. Is that a prerequisite to getting hired? :-)

Well. It's Chipotle. I like Chipotle, and the food here is just like any other. But the place itself- worst Chipotle I've been in. Cramped, loud (in a blasting-music-echoing-off-the-walls, poorly designed kind of way.) strangely laid-out. It's handy, I guess, but I'll try to stop at another Chipotle before I go here. Or, if I have to eat in Marysville, will eat somewhere else.

Me and my wife both love Chipotle, we've dined at many different ones all across Ohio. This one located in Marysville is by far the worst we will skip it in favor of one in Columbus. Imagine that would rather drive 30 miles further to get a better meal. If they're only going to serve half a bowl or a burrito with half servings they should at least charge half-price. I even jokingly tell them "lettuce is cheap grab some of those on there"

Great place to eat. Love the burrito bowls. The guac is way to expensive though.

Judging by the list of complaints I have just read on Yelp and other places, I figured I should write about my experiences as well. The biggest concern that I have seen so far is the amount of food, space, and lines. I think Marysville Chipotle gives more then enough food for one person. I know I am going to step on some toes, but if you think that they don't give enough food, you probably should be looking at what your putting in your body. They are doing you a favor by not cramming it all in the burrito. Personally, I think the portions are great and more then enough fill me. I think that people want more then what they should be given, therefore they complain on a review site because they can't engorge themselves with food. My thing is, if you want more food, speak up. They are more then friendly there and will make sure that you won't be able to fasten your pants by the end of the night if thats your prerogative.... As for the space and lines, look at the community you are comparing it to. Marysville is smaller then the Dublin area, therefore they only need a limited space. Its not the employees fault you choose rush hour as the time you needed to stuff your face. Don't blame the business, man up and take responsibility for your own stupidity. Its not fast food, its has no express lane, its a place to come get great food. As for my experience, the employees are more then friendly if you talk to them like people, which they should be treated. They have always been on the ball, even when busy. The food has above my expectations and I would take anyone there. If you have a bad experience, rather than being passive aggressive and hiding behind your computer, tablet, or phone, get up and go in and express your issue in an adult manner. I know that by doing so, you would get the best service and no attitude. Stuff happens, people have bad days, and you shouldn't judge based on another location. If it means anything, I actually went the Chipotle off of Avery Muirfield after work to see the difference, and the employee spilled my bowl in the bag and didn't say anything to me. That was one time, not every time. See what I am saying?

I went today and the staff is very unhappy. They look stressed and the place isn't that busy.

I love chipotle. I go there all the time. However, the marysville location is sub par. Every time I come in, the line is no longer than 4-5 people, and yet it still takes 20 mins for my order. The employees are very slow, rude, and often don't pay attention to those waiting in line. I was just there today (11-10-14) and I waited a solid 10min when it was my turn to order so that two of the employees could finish a personal conversation. Bottom line, they will get your order correct, but the service is awful.

While the food is always good, this visit, I was absolutely appalled at the behavior of the staff. It was clear that the guy making my burrito was new, and the way the other staff members spoke to him was rude and degrading. Instead of yelling at him to roll a burrito tighter in front of paying customers, a 'try again and let me know if you need help' would have been nicer and much more impressive from a customer standpoint. More rude comments from the other staff members included: you should know how to do this by now & you can't leave a burrito unwrapped (it wasn't). Only complaint about my food: my veggies were a little burnt.

The food was the same thing you get at any other Chipotle, which I've aways though is WAY too much food. It's good stuff, but I can't imagine a standard Chipotle burrito being less than 2000 calories. If that's the food you want, this place will provide it, and just for that they deserve a star or two. But other than that, I don't know if I can discribe just how much a disliked my experience here. The entire place is cramped with far too much action in such a small space. I couldn't wait to get out. If you are clausterphobic, don't even attempt to order food here. Just walking in the place produces stress. Perhaps if it was a non-eating hour, I would try it again. But I have no desire for to experience the most uncomfortable 20 minutes of my life again. Who ever designed this small, cramped version of Chipotle failed in my book. But I'm sure Chipotle has enough fans who will go through hell to eat their stuff to keep this location functioning for years. I however will pass.

I'm sure the staff here are terrified of me now. I gave this place one more shot in hopes maybe some of the newbie staff would have gotten used to making burritos. Well... The burrito was only half the problem this time. I placed an online order while I was at work, so I could just easily run up to the counter, and avoid all the soccer Mom's and Yuppies in line acting like they've never been to a Chipotle in their lifetime. I also was on a time crunch for a business meeting. I walk up to the counter and stated I had a pickup order, the cashier looks around, but can't find my order, and just says, "We're having problems with our online system. What did you have?" I told her what I had. The cashier then proceeded to check out two people, and continue to ignore me while I stood there, and made no attempt to correct the problem, and I think she expected me to go stand behind the ginormous line and wait. Uh... no, I don't think so. I hate getting rude, but I pretty much called them out for ignoring me, and told them I was not going to stand there all night while they went through everyone's orders, while I had a confirmation stating I had sent my order in an hour prior, and that they needed to fix the problem. The reaction: All of the girls and cashiers had their heads down staring at the counter as if it were the most interesting thing in the entire establishment. No, "I'm sorrys" or "Let's get that fixed for you." OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE customer service. Finally, a manager came out, apologized, made my food, and sent me going, which is all I wanted in the first place. I didn't want free food, or to cause a scene, I just wanted to get my order and fucking LEAVE, so I could get to my meeting! Three strikes, and you're officially out Marysville Chipotle. You shouldn't have opened a location if you were planning on being so crappy.

Typical Chipotle atmosphere. Wood and brushed stainless. Staff was very friendly and moved customers through the line quickly. Food was very good and tasted fresh. Only gripe is it is a bit pricey but for real food that's fast, it's a worthwhile compromise for me.

THE BEST CHIPOTLE (food) EVER!!! So why 3 stars?? Cramped claustrophobic environment, (you should have known better) -- AND the fact that I have to ASK (hello!!!!???) for the tables to be wiped down EVERY time I walk in. Since I don't get beans, I ask for extra everything except for meat, they are very accommodating in that regard, I order a bowl and ask for a tortilla on the side!!

Staff is kinda iffy. I know one guy that works there and he is a hard worker and great personality. I'm thinking he carries the rest of the crew on that note. I'm not a huge Chiptole fan but my husband is. I do enjoy their salad with.pork, tom salsa, sour cream and cheese. The salad dressing is fantastic! I want to steal the recipe! However the food is the same as everyother store, I do think they put less filling in your burrito though. My bag didn't seem as heavy as it usually does when I go to the one in Dublin. Could use a lot of improvement on presonality and friendliness. And a lot more space. Next time pick a better location to open a store.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
