There was no wait, but then again at 1000 I wouldn't expect in. the greeter was quite friendly, as was the server.there breakfast is top notch, well "Momma's Pancake Breakfast anyway). They're crazy busy on Sundays though, so if you don't want a wait, steer clear on the Lord's Day :)

Love this place! I'm not a big fan of breakast foods, but I enjoy going to Cracker Barrel! The service is good, and the hashbrown potatoes are amazing. Uncle Hershels meal is my go to breakfast choice, and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

Cheap food. Had to wait so explored the general store but reminded me of Disney world when after the ride they make you exit through the gift shop. Food was just ok we wish we would have gotten breakfast instead of entrees. Green beans were gross and right out of a can. Salt couldn't even make them taste ok. Waitress let me get a bowl of corn as a replacement. Would i go back. Ah would go to bob Evans instead next time.

Food was cold, service was less than good. We are not fans of this restaurant. Waitress was not attentive at all. We felt we were a inconvenience to her. Our 11 year old who was hungry didn't even eat half of his lunch. Steak & Shake is across the street and is where we normally go, and where we are going now to feed our son.

We don't normally go to this restaurant but we figured why not. We got right in no big wait. Lunch menu was reasonable priced. I got the special country house salad with chicken and baked potatoe. The salad was delicious and just the right portion. The baked potatoes was a little under cooked for my tastes and dry. The waitress was very nice and we got good service, she did forget my extra butter but was very apologetic. We would eat here again. Husband had the meatloaf and loved it.

Good fast meal. Food was consistent, and good quality FOR THE MONEY. If you are good with spending $10 for lunch or breakfast this is the place. If you are expecting more, skip the barrel.

Much like a Waffle House, the South - the better the food. The portions are huge. The food is closer to home style than mass produced in most restruants. They have a killer version of Chickie and Dumplings. They have a big menu. Including an assortment meal. They have alot of options for sides. Pinto beans, hash brown casserole, mac & cheese, apples, all very good. I'm not touching okra, but its rumored to be good. The best thing is the Spiced Apple Butter, really put this on the biscuits. This is social acceptable in other places. The best strategy is asking for both biscuits and cornbread. The corn bread gets torn up and mixed with the Pinto beans. Again most important part-- Further South the better this place gets.

10 am on a sunday. We were sat fairly quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. NICKI was our server. Orange juice delivery was still semi frozen. However the taste of the OJ was great. Plenty of food for the price. You could even split a meal depending on appetite. The food could have used more seasoning imo. The menu has a large selection with diet consciousness in mind. All in all a great time.

Came in for a late breakfast and had a truly great experience from hostess to server and food to retail experience.

If it was for the good food it would of gotten a 1. We had a waitress who was in training .. but was falling all over the place. She brought the wrong food and spilled coffee all over the table. She brought sour dough bread .... it was dinner time. Staff was a mess here. Great mac and cheese :)

Second bad meal in a row. Went a few months ago and my bf's pancakes were too cold to melt the butter. This time we were seated in an area w/o a server. The tables had menus and it appears that was a sign not to seat people there but our server decided to put us at the table anyway. We flagged someone down and were able to order then she brought the check without us being able to get dessert. I don't really blame the waitress she at least took our order but overall I'm done with CB. Next time I'm in the area I will go to Applebees.
