I gave this 2 stars because it at least is able to stay open in Johnstown. Now for the reality. We eat here regularly due to lack of options but the food is barely mediocre. The couple that runs the place is the rudest couple people I have ever met. They screwed up my order and when I asked her to make it right the woman proceeded to yell at me that I ordered the wrong thing. It was insane. If you are hard up this place is ok but after being yelled at like a child I will get my food in Columbus or from Route 62 BBQ

I will forever judge other Chinese-American restaurants by their General Tso's. None compare to how consistently good it is here! The staff knows what they're doing, if you treat them professionally they'll be kind to you.

I had to come back and update my review due to some changes that we've noticed the last few times we've been here. The eggrolls are probably my favorite of anywhere now! They are crispy and have a great flavor. They are so good that I've eaten them for lunch several days in a row and it was not a fluke! Yum! Please keep doing what you're doing! The food seems to have improved as well. I do wish they would use more seasoning and more heat in dishes that should be spicy. I also am hoping to see the hot and sour soup to improve in the same way that the eggrolls have.

Have eaten here many times...clean kitchen..steaming hot and very large portion's of food.Good prices. They have the same selection as other Chinese restaurant's so selection is great.Dining room is not fancy but I'm there for the food not decor and I believe that help's them keep the prices down. They have always been respectful..but I am respectful to them as well.Kung Pao&Hunan Chicken our 2 top favorites

Been here many, many times. I dont know that i would dine in but its perfect for carry out. The couple that run in speak in broken English but are friendly and do a good job. The dishes i have had, Triple Delight, Happy family, Cashew Chicken, Crab Ragoons have always been very good. The wait time is usually 10 minutes tops. which amazes me. Yes, they keep the temperature low in the building, its usually very warm in the kitchen and its not in there culture to "waste money" to heat and unused dining room. I could care less, my food is perfect and hot and the portions are huge Keep up the good work

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
